리리뷰어We loved our bungalow, as it was well-designed, had a functional kitchen, and many useful gadgets like an iron, a hair dryer, or umbrella for sunny weather. The shared area had a lovely vibe and was perfect for recharging mentally with all the greenery, pool sounds, and chirping birds. We could even squeeze some physical activities into our routine, as the place had a dedicated space for yoga with mats, small dumbbells, and resistance bands. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, although the presence of the security guard was comforting. Our host was friendly and helpful, answering our questions on WhatsApp or providing tips on hustle-free navigation in the Tulum jungles.

SSS72I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people.
The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs.
The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that.
The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be.
I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation.
When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.
Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.
Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.
Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

리리뷰어Jose is amazing, let me leave it at that. He takes care of literally everything about you in detail. Whatever you want, he just magically brings them for you. Delicious breakfast that makes me want to not oversleep everyday. And the scent in the room really adds to the deluxe experience.

First of all the room was super clean and cozy.
The hotel has a very convenient location: all shops, bars, restaurants, quick shops, pharmacy is 2-15 min walking distance.
Karla was a very professional, polite, and friendly host.
She makes everything easy and fast 👌 It’s like “you don’t have to wait for a fresh towl for 30 min” 😁
There is a fresh coffee every morning 😍 It’s nice to have a cup and go to the beach and drink it.
I love it! I would definitely stay again!

GGeorge Cyprus해변 거리의 시작 부분에 아주 멋진 작은 호텔. 센터에서 택시를 타고 약 300mxn에 도착할 수 있습니다. 걷는 것이 마음에 들지 않는다면 툴룸 해변 거리를 따라 걸어 레스토랑이나 비치 클럽에 쉽게 도달 할 수 있습니다. 나무 바닥이 손톱으로 녹슬고 위험하여 수정해야하지만 방은 야외 샤워 시설과 욕조가있어 매우 좋았습니다. 리셉션은 매우 도움이되었고 심지어 밤에 레스토랑과 이벤트에 대한 추천을 제공했습니다. 그들은 자신의 해변 접근과 라운저를 가지고 있으므로 해변에 바로 있기 때문에 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사가 광고되었으며 약간의 그래놀라와 과일이 든 가벼운 요구르트와 필터 커피와 주스, 두 사람을 위한 토스트 두 조각. 아침 식사는 내 의견으로는 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 가격대비 전반적으로 좋은 경험. 리스트 이미지에 표시되어 있지만 객실에 커피 머신이 없으며 일반적으로 호텔에는 무료 커피 머신이 포함됩니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 이상한 것처럼 보이는 캠핑이 있었는데 호텔과 연결된 계단을 통해 호텔에 접근할 수 있었기 때문에 그것이 무엇인지 확실하지 않았습니다.

AAidil BuyongA charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world.

리리뷰어The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates.
Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake.

루이스는 매우 친절한 호스트였고, 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐 옮기는 것을 도와줬습니다.
호텔 위치는 큰길가에 위치했으며, 1분도 안되는 거리에 oxxo와 길거리 타코가게들이 있습니다. 그리고 맛있는 식당들과 카페가 주변에 즐비해있고, super Aki도 걸어서 다녀올 수 있습니다.
옥상에서는 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 멋진 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있고, 1층 문은 철제문으로 잠겨져있어 외부인의 출입이 통제되어 안전함을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 귀여운 멍멍이들이 항상 반겨줍니다.
