MMalu_Ba별 기대 없이 갔는데 생각보다 훨씬 좋아서 놀랐어요. 원래 3박을 하려고 했는데 1박만 예약했더라고요. 1박만 하고 나니 나머지 일주일은 다른 호텔로 옮기기로 했어요.
방은 작았고, 엄청 번잡한 곳을 마주 보고 있어서 창문을 열면 바깥 소음이 심했지만, 창문이 넓어서 닫으면 소음이 전혀 없었어요!
Rituals 샴푸, 바디로션, 비누가 비치되어 있었는데,
제가 제일 좋아하는 브랜드라서 정말 좋았어요!
리셉션 직원분들(3명이나 만났어요) 모두 친절했어요.
체크인 전에 씻을 수 있는 넓은 공용 욕실도 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 밀라노-로마 야간 열차로 로마에 도착했는데, 체크인이 오후 2시인데 아침 8시에 씻을 필요가 있었거든요.
주변 지역은 개성 넘치는 분위기에 괜찮은 레스토랑과 좋은 쇼핑가가 많았어요.
침대는 편안했지만, 협탁이 하나밖에 없어서 아쉬웠어요.
에어컨은 아주 잘 작동했습니다.
이제 단점을 말씀드리겠습니다.
* 눈에 잘 띄는 곳에 위치해 있는데도 호텔을 찾기가 너무 어려웠습니다. 두 번이나 못 찾았어요! 밤에 돌아올 때도 또 못 찾았고요. 더 눈에 잘 띄게 표시해야 합니다.
* 샤워실이 너무 작습니다. 작은 샤워실에 익숙하긴 하지만, 제가 체격이 보통인 여성인데도 샤워 커튼 하나만 있어서 몸을 돌리다가 샤워실이 더러워질까 봐 걱정됐습니다. 샤워하는 내내 너무 힘들었어요.
* TV가 없습니다!!! 유로 여자컵 결승전을 보고 싶었는데, 결국 다른 바를 찾아가야 했습니다.
* 위치가 제게는 별로였습니다. 콜로세움에 가고 싶다면 괜찮겠지만, 그 외에는 별로였습니다.
* 객실에 무료 생수가 제공되지 않고, 물값으로 2유로를 내야 합니다. 게다가 미니 냉장고가 없어서 미지근한 물만 나옵니다.
* 보증금으로 100유로를 받는데, 체크아웃할 때 돌려줍니다. 저는 신용카드가 없었어요. 신용카드를 쓰면 요금이 청구되거나 환율 때문에 손해를 보게 되거든요. 그래서 현금으로 지불해야 했어요. 다행히 50유로만 청구됐고, 계산할 때 현금으로 받았어요.

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome.
Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights.
The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom.
Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows.
Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other.
We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request.
As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee.
Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial.
House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without.
Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

EEvgeniia_Silver훌륭한 호텔이었고, 2박 묵었습니다. 현지 명소까지는 평범한 걸음으로 25~30분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔이 리모델링 중이라 객실을 새로 단장하고 있었지만, 저희 휴식에는 전혀 방해가 되지 않았고 모든 것이 조용했습니다. 밤에도 편안하게 잠을 잤고, 창문이 도로를 향하고 있었음에도 불구하고 아무도 저희에게 연락하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 훌륭해서 배고플 일은 없을 거예요! 만약 짐을 맡길 곳이 마땅치 않고 다음 일정이 한참 뒤라면 호텔에 짐을 보관할 수 있습니다.

梁梁志彦호텔의 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 로마의 트레비 분수 바로 옆에 있고 쇼핑센터와도 매우 가깝습니다. 하지만 호텔은 좁은 골목길에 위치해 있으며, 객실은 같은 건물이 아니라 50m 떨어진 다른 건물의 최상층에 있습니다. 울퉁불퉁한 도로에서 짐을 끌고 다니는 것은 가방에 매우 큰 피해를 줍니다. 우리가 사는 건물은 매우 오래되었습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 작아서 두 사람만 탑승할 수 있습니다. 또한, 특정 층의 문이 제대로 닫히지 않으면 엘리베이터가 움직이지 않아 1분마다 5개의 계단을 올라가야 합니다. 객실은 괜찮았지만 샤워기 물의 온도 조절이 어려웠습니다. 너무 뜨겁거나 너무 차가웠습니다. 방에 개미가 있었고, 전날 밤에 사 온 당고 케이크는 망가졌고, 더 심한 것은 주전자의 물에 침전물이 많이 있어서 이틀 동안 뜨거운 물을 마실 수 없었습니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스는 매우 일반적입니다. 2박에 2,000위안이 넘게 썼는데 완전 낭비였어요. 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

위생: 오래된 건물이라 환기가 잘 안 됩니다. 화장실에서 냄새가 계속 올라오는 듯했고, 밖에서 돌아오면 방에서도 냄새가 많이 나서 창문을 열어 환기시켜야 했습니다.
