저희 가족은 코넬 대학교 졸업을 기념하기 위해 나이아가라 폭포로 여행을 갔는데, 트립닷컴을 통해 비토리아 호텔 & 스위트를 예약했어요. 정말 탁월한 선택이었죠! 트립닷컴 앱 덕분에 예약 과정이 너무 간편해서 정말 좋았습니다. 위치도 최고였고, 주차도 편리했으며, 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 침대도 아주 편안했고 객실도 넓어서 온 가족이 지내기에 딱 좋았습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗했고, 가격도 제공되는 서비스에 비해 매우 합리적이었어요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 소파 침대에 시트 커버가 없었다는 것인데, 그 외에는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 나이아가라 폭포를 방문하는 가족 여행객분들께 강력 추천하며, 트립닷컴을 통해 예약하시는 걸 적극 추천합니다!

I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.

폭포 전망을 원하신다면 이곳은 적합하지 않습니다. 하지만 차 없이 여행하는 분들에게는 아주 좋은 위치입니다. GO역에서 20분, 클리프턴 힐에서 15분 거리입니다. 호스트분들은 정말 친절하시고, 아침 식사는 환상적이고 양도 푸짐해요! (ㅎㅎ) 채식주의자 옵션과 글루텐 프리 옵션이 있다는 점도 마음에 들었습니다. 친절한 서비스를 원하신다면 이곳을 추천합니다!

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

이 호텔은 비교적 저렴하고 객실도 꽤 넓습니다. 제 방에서는 스카일론 호텔이 보였습니다. 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았고, 외부 업체에서 제공하는 것 같았는데, 호텔 투숙객이 아니더라도 이용할 수 있었습니다. 흑인 직원들의 말투는 잘 알아듣지 못했고, 다소 불친절하고 참을성이 없어 보였습니다. 백인 직원들은 대체로 친절했습니다. 제 차에 문제가 생겼을 때, 백인 남성 직원이 직접 전화해서 연락을 도와주기도 했습니다.

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

思ったよりもナイアガラ中心地より遠く、また本来ならホテル目の前に止まる市バスが便利なのですが、市バスの発着状況がGoogleと連動しておらずかなり惑わされました。レンタカーがある方にはよいかもしれません。ホテル内装は普通・清潔。やや照明が暗いです。子供はプレイルームやプールに大喜び。ゲームセンターのバウチャーなどもくださり、スタッフはとても親切でした。洗濯機がありますが、部屋によってはカバナを通過せねばならず遠いです。そのカバナで夜遅くまで騒ぐグループもおり、子連れでも平気で声をかけてくるので不快でした。

호텔 내부는 새것처럼 깔끔하고, 객실은 넓고 편안합니다. 헬스장과 수영장도 갖추고 있지만, 아쉬운 점은 조식이 중국 본토의 페어필드 호텔만큼 풍성하지 않다는 것입니다. 호텔에서 폭포까지는 다소 멀지만, 버스를 타고 갈 수 있습니다.

주말을 피해 세 번째 숙박입니다. 객실 요금은 가성비가 훌륭하고, 프런트 데스크 직원은 친절하며, 바로 앞에서 WeGo 버스를 이용할 수 있고, 폭포까지 걸어서 10분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 라마다 브랜드는 믿을 수 있고, 이 오래된 호텔의 시설은 다소 낡았지만 깨끗하고 위생적입니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓습니다. 이번에는 창문에서 멀리 스카이론 타워와 폭포가 보였습니다. 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

Hello The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good. The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
