I didn't like it because they are not empathetic when an emergency occurs. I made a reservation for three nights and when I arrived at the place it cannot cross the border with Canada and they (*******) could not give me the option of transferring me to a hotel on the New York side and I lost all my money, even though the reservation had insurance anyway. I lost, they charged me for the online reservation, the cost of the room for the 3 nights and the purchase insurance, all that money for two because we were two families traveling together. The experience was horrible, in short I DON'T USE THEIR POOR SERVICE ANYMORE. The only thing they care about is selling and the client doesn't even care.
