I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

저는 매년 캘거리에 도착하고 떠나기 전에 이 호텔을 이용하며, 현재 조건이 동일하게 유지되는 한 계속 이용할 것입니다. 귀하는 효율적이고 친절한 방식으로 체크인을 받으러 도착합니다. 귀하의 객실은 크고 침실과 욕실은 모두 깨끗하고 세련되게 장식되어 있습니다. 침대는 크고 매우 편안합니다. 커피/음료 머신, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 좋은 wifi가 있습니다. 호텔에는 수영장과 체육관이 있어서 원하시면 이용하실 수 있습니다. 아침 식사도 포함되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 조금 더 좋을 수 있지만, 귀하에게 적합한 것을 찾을 수 있을 것입니다. 그리고 이 모든 것을 저렴한 가격으로 얻을 수 있습니다! 이길 수 있는 것은 정말 없습니다!

On the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.

방은 깨끗하고 편안했으며, 주방 시설도 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었고, 욕실 또한 밝고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 프론트 직원분들과 공항 픽업/샌딩 직원분들 모두 정말 친절하셨어요. 위치는 두말할 것 없이 최고였습니다. T&T 마트와 다양한 식당, 카페들이 도보 10분 이내 거리에 있어 정말 편리했어요. 가성비도 정말 탁월합니다. 밴프나 캘거리를 경유하시는 분들께 강력 추천합니다! 정말 완전 강추해요!!

훌륭한 호텔입니다. 체크인 시간 전이었는데, 짐을 맡기려던 참에 프런트에서 방이 준비되었다고 하여 바로 체크인을 도와주었습니다. 저녁에 다음 날 에어캐나다 항공편이 취소되었다는 연락을 받았는데, 프런트 직원이 늦게까지 항공권과 기차표를 알아보는 것을 계속 도와주어서 정말 감동받았습니다. 호텔에 무료 공항 셔틀버스가 있어서 숙박을 강력히 추천합니다.

최고의 호텔과는 거리가 멀지만 다소 깨끗하고 침대가 편안합니다. 많은 이주민, 이상한 파견대가 있습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 와플, 오믈렛, 요구르트 등이 있습니다. 기본적으로는 충분합니다. 전용 주차장이 있는데 어떤 날은 주차 공간을 찾기가 어려웠고 어떤 날은 무료였습니다. 캘거리의 다른 호텔과 비교하면 가격은 여전히 ​​괜찮습니다. 하지만 우리 의견으로는 더 저렴해야 한다고 생각합니다.

호텔은 공항에서 약 8km 떨어져 있으며 버스는 없지만 공항 호텔까지 무료 픽업 및 드롭 오프가 더 편리합니다. 주변에 상업시설이 없어 쇼핑과 식사가 불편합니다. 객실은 넓고 시설은 새롭고 깨끗하며 편안합니다. 그러나 일부 시설은 너무 작고 욕실은 수평으로 매달려 있습니다. 아침 식사는 풍부하고 맛있었습니다. 가격이 조금 높습니다.

I was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.  Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.  When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.  Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. 이 호텔 레지던스를 예약한 건 이번이 두 번째입니다. 첫 번째는 작년 3월에 온라인 예약 없이 이용했고, 두 번째는 올해 1월 30일부터 2월 3일까지 온라인으로 예약했습니다. 첫 번째 예약 때도 서비스가 좋아서 다시 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 두 번 모두 만족스러운 서비스를 받았습니다. 호텔 위치도 아주 좋습니다. 치누크 10번과 15번 버스를 타고 다운타운과 사우스센터로 갈 수 있고, 레드 라인 지하철을 타고 서머셋과 투스카니 역으로 환승하기도 편리합니다. 블루 라인 경전철을 타고 새들타운과 69번가 웨스트 엔드로 가는 것도 아주 좋습니다. 저는 호텔에서는 휴식과 잠만 잤고, 그 외에는 주변을 둘러보고 가족, 친구들을 만났습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원과 청소 직원분들이 정말 친절했습니다. 👏 다음번에 캘거리로 여행 갈 때도 이 호텔을 세 번째로 예약할 예정입니다.
