익익명 사용자I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

리리뷰어여행 갈 때면 항상 이곳에 묵습니다. 직원들이 항상 친절하고 미소를 잃지 않아서예요. 시설도 훌륭합니다. 하지만 이번에는 객실, 특히 욕실에 손질이 좀 필요했습니다. 수건 하나에 반창고가 붙어 있었고, 다른 수건에는 커다란 붉은 얼룩이 있었습니다. 샤워 후 깨끗했던 기분은 금세 사라졌습니다. 그 외에는 정말 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

I thought it is the hotel responsibility to help guests return lost items,even if it is sample to call UPS or Fedex to pick up.I am trying to talk with reception much times but nobody to help me,it is terrible experience

리리뷰어아주 좋은 호텔. 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. Wi-Fi가 훌륭합니다 !!! TV는 크기가 더 작지만 케이블에는 스포츠 성가대가 포함되어 있습니다! 침대는 충분히 편안합니다. 베개가 많아요. Keurig 커피 메이커는 폭발적입니다. 훌륭한 아침 식사 편안한 숙박을 위해 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다. 전철에서 조금 멀지만 버스를 이용하면 됩니다. 자동차로 여행한다면 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 쇼핑몰과 매우 가까운 매우 편리한 위치입니다.

That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.

리리뷰어This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village).
The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.

리리뷰어Nice enough room for the price. I only stayed for a night but the guy on reception was welcoming on checking in and the room had all of the required amenities for a short stay. The location is just outside of town so will require transport of some kind to get to the centre. Chinook was the closest CTrain stop and around a 15 minute walk.

VVedanandThe room was clean, and I was not expecting to get such a nice and beautiful room to spend the night. It was beyond my expectation. Value for money. That's the main reason I trust Trip.com for all my bookings.
