익익명 사용자I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

AAnthea Song체크인 당일, 호텔 셔틀버스 기사님은 픽업 시간이 지연으로 계속 변경되어 꽤 오래 기다려야 했습니다. 하지만 기사님은 정말 인내심이 많으셔서 정말 최고였습니다!👍🏻! 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 프런트 데스크는 전문적이고 친절했고, 조식 바에서 전형적인 캐나다인처럼 보이는 브라이언 씨가 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다. 그는 열정적이고 책임감이 강했으며, 전문적이면서도 유머 감각이 넘쳤습니다.

리리뷰어다운타운에 있는 고객을 방문하기에 좋은 위치였습니다. 2박을 묵었는데, 퀸룸은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 객실 내 기기들도 잘 작동했습니다.
체크인 직원은 정중했고 친절했습니다. 무료 조식을 제공하면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

리리뷰어On the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.

MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & ******. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

리리뷰어Check in was made very easy! Rooms are big and renovated. They have great wifi and it was clean. Pool was great and fun only downside on the weekend was having to book an hour time slot to use the pool. Would book again!

早上想用咖啡機弄個咖啡，打開裝水的後面 滿滿是灰塵 這個是不是應該被好好改變
衞生：衞生細節不好，特別咖啡機衞生 就是沒有打掃過，全是灰

RROGELIORelación calidad/precio normal, acorde a lo pagado. La habitación tiene muchos parches, la ropa de cama muy gastada, y no tiene perchas para colgar ropa, sólo una cómoda. El desayuno es correcto.
