'This is an old condominium, not a hotel. I would not recommend it for families. We booked a total of 5 rooms for a group of 10 adults and 4 children. It was very inconvenient, especially since we were attending a wake at Heritage, because the room assignments were far apart. Three rooms were in Morgan and two were in Stamford, and each room was even located in a different tower. We had to go down to the lobby and switch elevators every time we visited another room, which was very tiring. Our first room was very dirty. There were a lot of cockroaches, and the pillowcases had not been changed. The second room had a mug with lipstick stains, and there was no kettle. The third room was spacious, but the kettle wasn't working. The fourth room smelled like dogs, while the fifth room had a strong urine odor. They also won't message you about your room assignments unless you contact them first, although I must say they respond quickly. Overall, I don't recommend this place for families booking multiple rooms. It's only suitable for couples or travelers on a budget.'
