We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 상업 지역에 있으며 편의점, 패스트 푸드 레스토랑 및 작은 식당과 같은 모든 것에 가깝습니다. 방은 정말 깨끗하고 방의 향기는 정말 편안합니다. 샤워 실과 화장실은 분리되어 있습니다. 직원들은 정말 수용하고 항상 웃고 있습니다. 식수는 리필 가능합니다.

장점: 좋은 위치, 훌륭한 편의시설, 응답이 빠른 호스트. 객실은 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰져 있습니다(샴푸, 바디워시 등). 전망이 좋습니다. 에어컨도 잘 작동합니다. 전자식 도어락이 있습니다. 단점: [1] 세탁기가 없습니다(장기 투숙에는 권장하지 않습니다). 아래층 세탁소는 엄청 느립니다(세탁물 1kg만 세탁해도 3일이 걸립니다. [2] 거실 TV가 작동하지 않고, 침실에도 TV가 없습니다. [3] 집주인의 잘못은 아니지만 콘도 건물 자체가 상태가 좋지 않고, 복도는 어둡고, 엘리베이터는 느리고, 주차 바닥은 곰팡이가 피고 습합니다(냄새가 심합니다). [4] 인덕션 레인지와 다른 가전제품을 사용할 수 있는 전기 소켓이 없습니다. 제안: [1] 장기 투숙 시 편의 시설로 세탁기를 추가해 주세요. [2] 주방에 연장 코드/콘센트를 설치하여 손님이 제공된 가전제품을 사용할 수 있도록 해주세요. [3] 밝은 롤업 커튼을 교체하여 햇빛을 차단하고, 특히 낮에 늦게 자는 사람들에게 도움이 되는 암막 커튼을 설치해 주세요.

Stayed 2 nights. Heart of the BGC with great view of the golf course. Certainly could use a few repairs but overall it was a great place to stay and I’d go back regardless of the few issues. Biggest pain was on checkout when we couldn’t leave our bags for a few hours. Would stay again regardless.

I had made the mistake of booking a property using Agoda, that was a disaster as they didn't endorse our stay nor respond to messages! I then found this place in Trip...and the situation went from disaster to glorious peace! Maggie was simply AWESOME 😎! I booked, was endorsed, checked in, and resting in the apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! The place is very comfy, with everything you may need, all in great condition. My only suggestion would be to spray insecticide a bit more frequently because we came across 2-3 small bugs around the kitchen area. Nothing dramatic, I honestly just can't think of anything else that could be improved. Massive thanks from us. I hope I can stay again soon!!!!

Beddings - Since luma na yung mga ginagamit nilang beddings particularly bed sheets and pillow cases, expect that there were old stains and marks. You may raise it with the reception if the look is so shabby for your eyesight. They will happily replace it. If the aircon is not cold enough for you or anything that creates you discomfort, they will do their best to address your concern even if it takes you move to the other room. Staffs were very helpful. Location is is strategically located but during night it may appear unsafe because it is near in the residential area (many workers from BGC walks there at night since it was their way going to their respective dorms or transportation) so for me, personally, I don’t feel unsafe at all walking going there from BGC during 12mn. Amenities not so much, just a very basic accommodation.

숙소는 넓고 깨끗했으며 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 완비되어 있었습니다. 전망도 아름다웠고 위치도 최고였습니다. 하이 스트리트까지 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있었어요. 강력 추천합니다!

나는 방에 들어서자마자 방이 잘 청소되고 관리되고 있는지 즉시 확인한다. 하지만 바닥에 먼지가 너무 많아서 신을 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 욕실을 확인하면 욕조가 보이고 펌프 중 하나에 더럽고 기름기가 흘러내리는 것이 있는지 확인하게 됩니다. 그러면 샤워 공간 주변의 타일 가장자리가 잘 관리되지 않고 티슈가 사용된 것을 볼 수 있습니다. 전체적인 외관이나 방은 소파와 완벽하며 심지어 에어컨조차도 방을 춥게 만듭니다. 5월이 가장 좋아하는 부분 중 하나는 화장 거울이 있고 TV 수신이 좋은 메이크업 쪽입니다. 직원들은 친절하고 방문객을 허용하지만 물론 머물 수 있는 경우에만 제한됩니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었지만, 해당 지역의 청결도가 좋지 않아 솔직한 리뷰를 작성해야 합니다. 또한 가격은 2인 1박 숙박에 비해 너무 저렴하여 정말 저렴하고 그만한 가치가 있습니다.

It is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well. If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome. Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry. The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.
