'Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally report a safety concern regarding the slippery condition of the toilet/shower area. While I was showering, I slipped and fell because the floor was extremely slippery. During the fall, I hit the back-left side of my head against the lower part of the wall, while my right elbow supported my fall. I experienced pain in my head and mild pain in my right elbow following the incident. Fortunately, I did not lose consciousness or experience confusion, but I am concerned about the potential seriousness of the injury and the safety risk posed by the slippery floor. I would appreciate it if you could urgently inspect the shower/toilet area and take appropriate measures to prevent another person from experiencing a similar accident. This may include improving the flooring, installing non-slip mats or strips, and ensuring that the area is maintained in a safe condition. I would also appreciate confirmation that this matter has been received and will be addressed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this safety concern.
