I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. 11월 슈퍼 태풍 왔을때 3-4박 묵었고, 당시 태풍이 너무 심하게와서 온 사방이 아수라장이 됬었는데, 반나절만에 직원들이 깨끗하게 정리하고 원상복귀 시켜둔거보고 놀랐어요.. 반타얀 섬 자체가 호캉스가 아닌 액티비티 위주라 적당한 가격의 호스텔에 갈까도 많이 고민했지만 비슷한 가격에 아나야 리조트를 발견했고 비치 프론트에 이정도 퀄리티 숙소라니 가성비 너무 좋고 관리도 너무 깨끗하게 잘되어있어서 너무 너무 추천! 리조트 직원들도 너무 친절하고 500페소 내면, 얼리 체크인이 가능한데 아침 일찍 섬에 도착하셨다면 얼리 체크인을 하고 조금이라도 시간을 아껴 쉬시거나 액티비티 하시는거 추천! 조식은 뷔페식이아닌, 필리핀식 아침메뉴로 단일메뉴 중 고를수있어요. 비프 타파 추천해요! 아쉬운점은 아무래도 가성비 리조트다 보니 드라이기가 없어요! 드라이기 필요하시면 챙겨가세요!

안녕하세요! 제가 처음으로 차이 호텔 앤 레지던스에 갔습니다. 제가 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 것은 직원들(안내 데스크)이라고 말할 수 있습니다. 긴 승차 끝에 마침내 도착했기 때문에 행복한 얼굴로 호텔에 들어갔고, 그래서 프런트 데스크에서 인사를 나누고 예약한 객실을 확인해달라고 요청했지만 직원들은 별로 좋은 반응을 보이지 않았습니다. 전혀 미소도 짓지 않고 그냥 아무렇게나 말을 했습니다. 신분증을 묻는 것 같았습니다. 그녀와 이야기하는 게 기분 좋지 않았습니다. 😐 다른 호텔과는 달리 좋은 분위기에서 제 경험을 말하는 것일 뿐 다른 손님들의 경험담은 아닙니다. 어쨌든 큰 문제는 아닙니다. 전반적으로 차이 호텔은 좋고 깨끗하고 좋습니다👍👍 하지만 때때로 방 밖에서 누군가 이야기하면 약간 들립니다. siguro pag malakas mga boses. 그래서 차이 호텔, 특히 케이 마농 가드(타타이 룩)에게 감사드립니다. 정말 친절합니다.

신축이라 모든 시설이 완벽하게 작동했고, 컨디션도 최상이었습니다. 위치도 조용하고 한적해서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨습니다.

마크탄 뉴타운을 이용할 때마다 항상 이곳을 이용하고 있습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족하지만, 이번에는 프론트와 연락이 잘 안 되고, 정전이 발생했으며, 룸 클리닝 시 수건이 비치되어 있지 않고, 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터 한 대가 수리 중이어서 매우 혼잡했습니다. 그래도 서비스는 정말 좋고, 전반적으로 매우 마음에 듭니다. 혼란스러운 상황 속에서도 친절한 직원들 덕분에 앞으로도 계속 이용할 예정입니다. 시설 노후화는 아쉽지만, 그것만 빼면 다 좋습니다.

편안하고 안전하게 지냈습니다. 직원들은 요청 사항에 매우 세심하게 응대해 주었습니다. 창문이 잠기지 않는 문제가 있었는데, 직원에게 알리자 며칠이 아닌 몇 시간 내에 바로 수리해 주었습니다. 이런 신속한 처리가 정말 인상 깊었습니다.

The services offered were good, staffs were responsive enough to my queries and they allowed me to have an early checked in. Although the room was clean enough you can still notice that its old. At first you can smell something off with the rooms but then when i checked the map the area of the hotel was located nearby a river or perhaps a sewage causing the area to smell bad. Overall i just stayed there for 1 night and went to my next destination, i slept well with good breafast in bed in the morning. Good enough for the money you paid.
