세부 조식 맛있는 호텔 예약

여기서 묵는 동안 안전하다고 느꼈어요. 입구에서 수하물 보안 검사를 하더라고요. 저녁 식사는 호텔 내 식당에서 했는데, 일본 음식이 아주 맛있었어요. 다음 날 아침 식사하러 갔을 때도 사람이 꽤 많았던 걸 보니 투숙객이 많은 것 같았어요. 근데 아침 식사는 그냥 그랬어요. 사실 아침에 밖으로 나가서 어딜 가야 할지도 모르겠고 귀찮아서 호텔에서 먹었는데, 프런트에서 다음 날 아침 식사를 반값에 해주더라고요. 서비스도 좋았어요. 호텔에 도착했을 때 고층 객실로 업그레이드해줘서 기분이 좋아서 팁도 줬어요.

정말 잊을 수 없는 경험이었어요! 서비스부터 음식까지 모든 것이 완벽하게 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃을 도와준 얼(Earl) 씨는 정말 훌륭하고, 친절하며, 전문적이었어요. 저희는 숙박에 매우 만족했으며, 다음에도 누스타 호텔에 다시 묵기를 기대합니다.

바닷가에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 객실은 8개(제 기억으로는)밖에 없는 아담한 규모입니다. 모든 객실이 넓고 깨끗하며 아름다웠습니다. TV는 없었지만 저희에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 호텔 내에는 거북이와 다양한 물고기들과 함께 수영할 수 있는 전용 산호초가 있습니다. 상어와 폭포를 보러 가는 투어도 운전기사와 함께 제공해 줍니다. 호텔 레스토랑 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 모든 것이 마음에 들어서 호텔 밖으로 거의 나가지 않았습니다. 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다.

장점: 프랑스계 호텔 체인의 브랜드 호텔이에요. 침구가 정말 편안했고 베개가 4개나 있어서 마음에 들었어요. 서비스도 아주 좋고, 삼성 TV로 유튜브도 볼 수 있었어요. 주변에 먹거리가 많고, 한밤중에 나가도 안전했어요. 단점: 처음에 객실 올라갔을 때 카드 키가 잘 작동하지 않았어요. 해변 구역이 너무 작고 볼거리가 별로 없었어요. 수전이 헐거워서 건드리기만 해도 고장 날 것 같았어요. 그리고 가장 중요한 건 헤어드라이어가 없다는 점이었어요!! 정말 이해가 안 되네요.

필로우즈 호텔에서 4박을 지냈는데, 다음 세부 여행 때도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요. 객실은 넓고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 호텔 직원분들은 친절하고 좋았어요. 위치는 세부 중심가에 있어서 좋았고, 특히 충화 병원 근처에 숙소가 필요한 저희에게는 더할 나위 없이 완벽했습니다. 프로모션 혜택도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 앞으로도 트립닷컴을 통해 예약할 것 같아요.

정말 행복했어요. 방은 좀 낡았고, 위생 상태가 럭셔리 브랜드처럼 아주 훌륭한 건 아니었지만, 오슬롭 시골의 작은 여관들과 비교하면 정말 최고였습니다. 무엇보다도 뷰가 정말 멋졌고, 방 문을 열면 바로 물에 뛰어들 수 있었어요. 서비스는 직원마다 달랐지만, 전반적으로 모두 친절했습니다. 너무 좋았으니 또 오고 싶어요!

2025년 12월 27일부터 29일까지 리버뷰 클럽 스위트룸에 머물렀습니다. 방은 정말 넓고 편안했습니다! 체크인할 때 금고가 작동하지 않는 것을 발견해서 객실 전화로 프런트 데스크에 알렸는데 30분 동안 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 그래서 두 번째로 전화하니 바로 처리해주겠다고 했습니다. 그래서 욕조에 몸을 담갔는데, 목욕 후 물을 뺄 때 배수관 문제인지 욕실 전체가 물바다가 되었습니다. 그래서 다시 전화해서 알렸습니다. 그리고 금고도 아직 처리되지 않았다고 덧붙였습니다. 클럽과 저녁 식사에 갈 예정이니 수리 기사가 직접 방에 들어와 수리해도 된다고 말했습니다. 저녁 식사 후 거의 9시쯤 방으로 돌아와 욕조를 확인해보니 수리되어 있었습니다. 하지만 금고는 여전히 처리되지 않아서 다시 전화해야 했습니다. 그제야 비로소 처리해주었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 훌륭한 5성급 호텔이었고, 바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 조식, 중식, 석식 뷔페 모두 아주 좋았습니다. 해산물 식재료는 개선할 필요가 있습니다. 다만 호텔 직원들의 고객 응대 태도는 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 대부분의 호텔 직원들은 손님들에게 제대로 인사하거나 미소 짓지 않았습니다. 5성급 호텔 수준에는 미치지 못했습니다.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

위치가 외곽이라 시내에서 놀다가 다시 들어오기엔 택시비 부담이 좀 되고 시간 많이 걸립니다. 최대한 리조트 내 시설을 즐기는게 좋을 것 같네요! 위생 걱정 많이 했는데 문제 없었습니다. 쾌적하고 좋아요. 호텔로 들어오는 길목에 호텔 가이드들이 지키고 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받았어요. 그리고 근처에 마트 있어서 편하게 이용 가능합니다. 또 갈 의향 있어요! 그러나 호텔에서 잡아주는 민간 택시보단 그랩이 훨씬 더 싸니까 그랩 잡아보고 안되면 호텔에 부탁하세요. 만족스러운 호텔이었어요
