바닷가에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 객실은 8개(제 기억으로는)밖에 없는 아담한 규모입니다. 모든 객실이 넓고 깨끗하며 아름다웠습니다. TV는 없었지만 저희에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 호텔 내에는 거북이와 다양한 물고기들과 함께 수영할 수 있는 전용 산호초가 있습니다. 상어와 폭포를 보러 가는 투어도 운전기사와 함께 제공해 줍니다. 호텔 레스토랑 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 모든 것이 마음에 들어서 호텔 밖으로 거의 나가지 않았습니다. 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다.

필로우즈 호텔에서 4박을 지냈는데, 다음 세부 여행 때도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요. 객실은 넓고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 호텔 직원분들은 친절하고 좋았어요. 위치는 세부 중심가에 있어서 좋았고, 특히 충화 병원 근처에 숙소가 필요한 저희에게는 더할 나위 없이 완벽했습니다. 프로모션 혜택도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 앞으로도 트립닷컴을 통해 예약할 것 같아요.

전반적으로 훌륭하고 추천할 만한 숙소였지만, 몇 가지 개선할 점이 있었습니다. 주로 방 에어컨과 작은 마무리 부분이 문제였습니다. 수영장과 주변 환경은 좋고 깨끗하며 깔끔했습니다. 특히 시내까지 걸어갈 수 있는 환상적인 위치였고, 호텔에서 바로 다이빙/스노클링을 할 수 있었습니다. 저희는 여기서 500m 정도 떨어진 정어리 떼까지 헤엄쳐 갔습니다. 장점: 방은 최근에 페인트칠을 한 것처럼 깨끗했습니다. 미니바와 레스토랑 모두 가격이 매우 합리적이었습니다. 칵테일은 좋았고, 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 위치가 환상적이었습니다. 수영장 구역은 좋았습니다. 방은 매일 좋은 기준으로 효율적으로 청소되었습니다. 화장실은 이곳의 전형적인 모습으로, 약간 낡고 수압이 약했지만, 서양식 기준을 기대하지는 않았습니다. 건설적인 피드백: 방의 에어컨이 부적절하여 즐거움에 영향을 미쳤습니다. 일주일 내내 온도를 27도 이하로 내릴 수 없었습니다. 웹사이트에 언급된 선셋 요가는 없었으며, 매우 기대했었는데 아쉬웠습니다. 객실 유형에 따라 같은 번호를 가진 여러 방이 있어서, 거의 모든 직원 상호작용에서 혼란을 야기하는 것 같았습니다. 방마다 번호를 하나씩 부여하면 쉽게 단순화될 수 있을 것 같습니다 😂. 물놀이를 기대하는 장소에서 1인당 수건 한 장은 너무 부족하게 느껴졌습니다. 손수건 등이 없었습니다. 이곳이 예산 호텔이라기보다는 조금 더 고급/중급을 지향하는 것 같다고 생각한다면, 낡지 않은 새 수건, 헤어드라이어, 티슈/일부 화장품, 리셉션뿐만 아니라 방에도 무료 생수 등과 같은 작은 마무리 부분이 부족했습니다. 이런 것들이 있으면 좀 더 넉넉하고 기본적인/최소한의 제공이 아닌 느낌을 줄 수 있어 큰 차이를 만들 것입니다. 저희는 추가 수영장 수건을 따로 가져갔습니다. 제가 갔을 때 다이빙 센터는 예약이 꽉 찼지만, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 다른 수십 곳이 있어서 문제는 없었습니다. 리조트 내 시설을 이용하고 싶다면 미리 연락하는 것을 권장합니다. 다이빙을 예약하려고 다이빙 센터에 세 번 갔었는데, 데스크의 여성분은 친절했지만 의사소통에 약간 문제가 있었고, 그녀는 가격표를 가리키는 것 외에는 다음 날짜의 이용 가능 여부와 같은 기본적인 질문에 제대로 답할 줄 몰랐습니다. 리조트 내에서 스노클링용 오리발과 마스크는 빌리지 마세요. 1인당 650페소인데, 시내에서 10분만 걸어가면 1인당 200페소입니다. 다이빙 데스크의 여성분은 가격을 알려주는 것을 부끄러워했지만, 그녀의 잘못은 아니었습니다.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Orchid, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a  view of the ocean over the treetops. It felt peaceful and private — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. The staff were exceptional — so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They helped me plan a surprise proposal for my fiancé, offering suggestions for the perfect location and ultimately arranging for us to use their private rooftop. They also coordinated a romantic dinner there just for us, ensuring we had complete privacy. It was an unforgettable evening, and I’m so grateful for the care they put into making it so special. The resort arranged our transportation both from our previous hotel in Mactan and later to Cebu Pier 1, which made travel stress-free. We also booked canyoneering and an introductory scuba dive through them. The instructors were fantastic — very patient and reassuring, especially when I became nervous underwater and couldn’t finish the dive. While the resort is a bit removed from the busier Panagsama Beach area, that was a huge plus for us. We wanted somewhere quiet, scenic, and romantic, and Blue Orchid delivered exactly that. The restaurant doesn’t have a massive menu, but the food was consistently delicious, portions were perfect, and prices were very fair. Even though there wasn’t a kettle in the room, hot water, coffee and tea was readily available and it was never an inconvenience since everything was close by. We also appreciated the mosquito net over the bed — it added to the tropical charm, though we didn’t need it because insects were never an issue. We even spotted a tiny gecko in our room upon arrival, but it was harmless and quickly disappeared — just part of the island’s character! Overall, the Blue Orchid was everything we hoped for: quiet, romantic, and welcoming. The staff helped make one of the most meaningful moments of our lives absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend it, especially to LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a peaceful and genuinely inclusive place to stay in Moalboal. When we do a return trip to the area, we will stay here again. 

세부시내 Lahug JY mall 근처의 새로생긴 호텔이다 깔끔하고 조식이 포함이어서 가성비 최고의 호텔이다 호텔옆에는 한식당도 있어서 한식먹기 좋고 호텔에 주차장도 있어서 주차하기 좋다 엘리베이터가 3대가 운영되서 객실이동 편하고 꼭대기 층에는 조식 식당겸 저녁에는 bar 를 운영해서 야경보기도 좋다 객실도 욕실도 깨끗하고 무료 물도 2병준다 객실도 넓어서 좋다

너무 재밌게 놀다왔어요!! 근처에 선물 살 마트도 많아서 좋아여! 친절하고 깨끗합니다 ㅎㅎ 수영장은 째간? 한데 재밌게 잘 놀았습니다!

생각보다 깨끗했고 가성비 좋았어요

시설은 낡았지만 이만한 가성비 있는 호텔은 없다고 생각합니다 청결도나 그런거에 민감한 사람이 아니라면 추천합니다 방도 넓고 화장실도 넓어요

늦은비행기로인한 늦인체크인이나 일찍체크아웃을해야 할경우 하루정도 묵을수 있기에 매우좋습니다 가격대비 가성비가좋고 위치도 막탄뉴타운 근처에있어 좋습니다 단 오후2시이전 체크인시 1시간당 100ph의 비용이 들어갑니다

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
