리리뷰어호텔 서비스가 정말 좋고 조용하며 깨끗해요. 쿤밍역이랑도 아주 가깝습니다. 서비스가 훌륭해서 무엇이든 요청하면 들어주고 짐도 맡길 수 있어요. 호텔에서 쿤밍역이 바로 보여서 어디든 다니기 편합니다. 다만 택시 잡는 게 좀 막히는 편이에요. 그래도 교통편은 편리해서 몇 걸음만 가면 바로 버스 정류장이 있어요.

胡胡姑娘정말 멋진 경험이었어요. 저희 가족 다섯 명이 디럭스 비즈니스 스마트 스위트룸(침실 3개)을 예약했는데, 호텔은 새 건물이라 깨끗했어요. 쇼핑몰, 음식점, 버스 정류장이 가까워서 위치도 좋았습니다. 객실 인테리어도 멋졌고 넓었어요. 흡연 가능 객실이라고 되어 있었지만 냄새는 전혀 나지 않았습니다. 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐어요. 덕분에 편안하게 머물렀습니다.

XXue-YanMy sincere compliments to this hotel and the owners! This was my first time visiting China and I chose to stay in this hotel in Kunming for a few days. I really enjoyed my stay here as a tourist and would not have wanted it any other way, because I really fell in love with Kunming with this hotel as a basis. The room was very clean, which is very important to me. Also, the description indicated on the website aligned with the hotel, like free Wi-Fi, the room being smoke-free, housekeeping everyday, nearby attractions and a peaceful environment. Especially the latter was very convenient, since the hotel is situated within a community secured by a gate, away from the busy streets. The community is quiet at night, which made it a very peaceful basis to return to after a full day of activities - and also a nice environment to sleep. In the community but also at the gate, there were many restaurants which had delicious local food. The bus station was a short walk away, just in front of Guandu Ancient Town (which I really recommend to visit, just like the temples). Last but not least, the owners are very friendly. They were very patient with me (a foreigner not speaking Chinese) and translated everything to English using their mobile phones when they did not know the words. They made good recommendations for places to visit, like the Yunnan Provincial Museum, parks or good restaurants. There was always someone at the reception, which gave me a safe feeling, because there was always someone watching the people who entered the hotel. After my checkout, I was even allowed to leave my suitcase at the hotel for a while so I could explore the area one last time before I would move on to my next travel destination in China. This was definitely my best hotel experience so far, and at the time of writing this, I have visited more hotels in China and this one is still my top 1!

CCCCC다른 건 다 좋았어요. 서비스도 훌륭하고, 환경도 좋고, 침구랑 다른 시설들도 신경 쓴 티가 났어요. 그런데 호텔에서 귀마개를 줬는데도 하수구 소음은 막을 수가 없었어요. 위층에서 물 내릴 때마다 천둥소리 같았어요. 🙉

MM294216****이 호텔은 장단점이 뚜렷하게 느껴졌어요. 먼저, 인테리어나 시설은 전반적으로 훌륭했고, 공용 공간도 넓었어요. 객실 밖에는 업무를 보거나 휴식을 취할 수 있는 테이블과 의자가 있었고, 빨래를 널 수 있는 발코니도 있었고요. 위치는 정말 좋았지만, 그만큼 소음도 있었어요. 아침 7시쯤부터 외부 차량 경적 소리가 들리곤 했습니다.
이 호텔은 바와 연결되어 있어서 객실로 가려면 바를 통과해야 했는데, 처음에는 길을 찾기가 꽤 어려웠어요. 프런트 직원은 그다지 친절하지 않았고, 첫 체크인인데도 필요한 물품을 다 챙겨주지 않아서 직접 요청해야 했습니다. 더 놀랐던 건, 이 가격인데도 첫 숙박이 아니면 칫솔과 치약까지 유료라는 점이었어요. 이런 경우는 처음 겪어봤는데, 보통은 무료로 제공되잖아요. 수건도 압축 일회용 수건이었는데, 소독된 일반 수건이 아니었고, 이것도 처음 사용 후에는 유료였습니다.

JJohanna이 지역은 꽤 깔끔합니다. 저는 기차역 근처에만 예약했는데, 아래에는 음식 노점이 늦게까지 문을 열고 정말 많은 음식 옵션이 있는 거대한 대학 마을이 있습니다.
쪼그리고 앉는 변기. 알려드리자면, 객실에는 작은 욕실에 쪼그리고 앉는 변기만 있어서 쪼그리고 앉는 변기 위에 서서 샤워를 해야 합니다. 저는 괜찮지만, 모든 사람이 좋아하는 것은 아닙니다. 가격대비 충분히 좋습니다.

HHuaxindashaomumu호텔은 지하철에서 불과 몇 백 미터 떨어진 좋은 위치에 있으며 시내 지역에 위치하고 있으며 객실은 매우 조용합니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 좋았으며 객실을 무료로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 방의 배치는 합리적이며 습식 욕실과 건식 욕실이 분리되어 있습니다.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

OOlga호텔은 나쁘지 않지만 찾기가 어렵습니다. 지도는 완전히 다른 장소를 보여줍니다. 욕실에 작은 곰팡이가 있는 걸 제외하면 방은 깨끗했습니다. 객실은 꽤 넓고 아늑하지만, 겨울에는 에어컨이 있는 객실을 잡는 것이 더 좋습니다. 방은 매우 추웠지만, 담요가 있어서 다행이었습니다. 최악이었던 건 욕실이었어요. 너무 추웠고, 수건도 마르지 않았어요. 파이프에서 물이 매우 시끄럽게 흐르기 때문에 이웃을 방해하지 않으려면 저녁에 씻는 것이 좋습니다 :) 직원분들은 매우 친절합니다! 전반적으로 인상은 긍정적입니다. 호텔이 도시의 명소와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다시 여기로 올게요 😁
