There is a bathroom with a single sink, toilet and walk-in shower that is accessible from bedroom three and also from the main living area. There is a large bathroom with tub/shower, single sink vanity, toilet and built-in makeup vanity, which is accessible from bedroom two and also the main living area. The covered deck on the lower level runs the full length of the house. You can access the deck from bedroom two and from the family room through sliders. Plenty of deck furniture for sitting outside. The way the house is designed allows for each level to have privacy and separation needed at times when traveling in a big group. Very gentle walk from the lower level to the dock.
