We had an amazing stay at Paragraph Freedom Square Tbilisi! The service was outstanding—every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The spa, gym, and pool were all top-notch—clean, modern, and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back!

호텔의 위치는 훌륭하고 외식 및 쇼핑 옵션이 많이 있습니다. 우리는 변환 헤드를 가져 오는 것을 잊어 버리고 도보로 5 분 거리에있는 작은 상점에서 구입했습니다. 프론트 데스크의 남동생은 정말 훌륭합니다. 주차 등록을 돕기 위해 APP를 오랫동안 사용했으며 동료에게 물어 보았습니다. 정말 최선을 다했습니다. 대단히 감사합니다. 호텔 자체는 매우 아름답고 디자인 감각이 있으며 입구는 야외 바이며 레스토랑도 매우 아름답고 아침 식사는 풍부하고 맛있습니다. 우리는 발견되지 않은 문에서 잊을 수없는 여행을했습니다.

침대 두 개가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. Trip.com 앱을 통해 호텔에 메시지를 보냈지만 답장이 없었습니다. 호텔에 직접 이메일을 보냈지만 답장이 없었습니다. 침대 두 개가 있는 방은 침대 한 개가 있는 방보다 작습니다. 도착했을 때 배정받은 방은 침대 두 개가 붙어 있었고 시트 한 장이 깔려 있었습니다. 담당자를 보내 침대를 분리하고 각 침대에 시트를 따로 깔아야 했습니다. 방에는 의자가 두 개 있지만 팔걸이가 없어서 그다지 편안하지 않았습니다. 매트리스도 그다지 편안하지 않았습니다. 매트리스 위에 매트리스 패드를 얹어 놓았는데 너무 부드럽고 뜨거워서 더 잘 자려면 패드를 제거해야 했습니다. TV 채널, 특히 뉴스 채널이 있었습니다. 스페인어, 포르투갈어, 이탈리아어 채널은 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만 장기 투숙 시 항상 같은 메뉴였습니다. 따뜻한 요리는 두 가지 종류가 있었는데, 스크램블 에그, 베이컨, 그리고 야채가 들어간 요리였습니다(매일 메뉴가 바뀝니다). 빵 뷔페, 두 종류의 시리얼, 잼, 벌집에서 따온 꿀이 있습니다.모듬 과일, 헤이즐넛, 신선한 치즈, 요구르트, 삶은 달걀, 저지방 우유, 아몬드 우유가 있습니다.커피와 카푸치노 머신과 티백이 있습니다.계란은 원하는 스타일로 주문할 수도 있습니다.글루텐 없는 빵은 끔찍합니다.잘라내면 부서지는 맛없는 롤입니다.다른 옵션은 포장되지 않은 둥근 쌀 케이크로 더 이상 바삭하지 않고 포장을 풀면 오히려 쫄깃합니다.다행히 우리는 글루텐 없는 빵을 직접 가져갔는데, 글루텐 없는 옵션이 있는지 묻는 이메일이나 앱 메시지에 응답하지 않았습니다.헬스장은 작습니다.유산소 운동을 하기에 좋습니다.몇 개의 웨이트가 있습니다.가장 무거운 것은 지하에 있는 20파운드짜리입니다.최상층에는 구시가지의 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있는 테라스가 있습니다.호텔 입구는 포장되지 않았습니다. 거리를 수리하는 것 같아요. 밖으로 나가면 온천까지는 걸어서 5분, 케이블카를 타고 성까지는 10분, 시계탑까지는 약 20분 정도 걸립니다. 마을을 돌아다니려면 ”볼트”를 타는 게 아주 좋은 선택입니다. 리셉션과 레스토랑 직원들은 친절합니다. 경비원들은 항상 화난 것처럼 진지하고, 절대 웃지 않습니다.

호텔은 조금 낡았지만 위치가 매우 좋고 창밖 풍경이 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 트빌리시 전체가 내려다보이는 창가에 앉아 있습니다. 매우 좋은. 방도 엄청 넓은데, 씻을 수 있는 칫솔, 치약이 없으니 꼭 직접 챙겨오세요. 박물관 및 기타 명소까지 도보 거리. 추천하다.

위치는 훌륭했지만, 사무실 밀집 지역과 너무 가까웠고, 최근 시위 때문에 호텔 접근이 매우 불편했습니다. 욕실 편의용품과 생수도 제때 채워지지 않아 서비스가 전반적으로 부족하다고 느꼈습니다. 음식은 괜찮았지만, 조식은 이 등급의 호텔치고는 양이 너무 적었습니다. 아마도 주변 환경 때문일 수도 있고, 다른 등급의 호텔은 어떤지 잘 모르겠습니다. 전반적으로 위치를 제외하고는 서비스가 부족해서 실망스러웠습니다. ☹️ 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 않을 것 같습니다.

Прекрасный, стильный отель! Хорошие номера, необычный спа. Вкусная кухня. Единственный момент, хотелось бы более новую сантехнику и теплые полы ванной комнате.

호텔 위치가 환상적이어서 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했고 늦은 체크아웃도 가능했습니다. 객실은 넓고 전망이 아름다웠습니다. 호텔에는 수영장, 헬스장, 커피 바 등 다양한 편의시설이 있습니다. 특히 조식이 정말 마음에 들었는데, 풍성했습니다! 강력 추천합니다!

오래된 호텔이라 수리해야 할 부분이 많아요. 야외 수영장과 바 쪽에 예약했어요. 서비스는 느리고 평범해서 래디슨 호텔 수준은 아니에요. 1층에 ******이 있어서 밤에는 밖에 이상한 사람들이 모여들어요. 레스토랑 음식은 괜찮지만 가격이 좀 비싼 편이에요.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
