It is more like a resort than a motel . Pool area is great . We just loved the outdoor seating . Room was attended everyday with new sheets . Our balcony was a great place to relax . Can recommend room 1 or 2. Many thanks to the 2 young ladies in reception, so helpful just made our stay that little bet more awesome

The hotel is located a 5-10min walk away from the old city centre. The furniture is a bit outdated and rather basic but I had a good shower and enough space. I booked one of the cheapest rooms 8months ahead of my arrival and was satisfied with what I got for the price I paid. The prices now or in high season, though, are not justified by the quality of the accomodation in the most simple room category (in the souterrain, halfway in the basement; not much natural light). The pool was nice and well kept, however, there are only 6 wooden sun beds. There is a large courtyard with comfy chairs and loungers. Despite other reviews saying that the wifi wouldn’t work in the souterrain rooms I had no issue. The staff (Angeliki and Maria) are wonderful: helpful and ready to have a chat. They provided me with tools to open my jammed backpack lock. No kettle, no hairdryer in the room. The cleaning staff cleaned my room assuming that I had checked out already — they threw away the fridge contents and left the door open though my luggage with my valuables were still in the room. The reception staff was very apologetic but I still found this annoying. When I stayed here there were also large groups o young American students who were rather loud in the night (till 2am in all 3 nights) — I know that the just want to have fun but hadn't I paid in advance zi would have moved out.

We had a semi basement room and it was downstairs with no window. There are about 6 rooms downstairs and felt like a prison. We just went out every day and did not return until bed time. We arrived around 7pm and the night staff was quite abrupt. Did not attempt to try and assist with our luggage down the stairs and said to let her pass so she could go back to her work. We never saw her do any work. She also told us incorrect information on check out time. The day time staff seemed much more pleasant.

I had been recommended this place and almost stayed here but they didn't have anything for 1 person. Instead I opted for a highly rated guesthouse nearby. I was walking back tonight and it was dark. Following my phone goes and got a bit confused. I saw a young man in the doorway here so I circled back and went inside. He had gone inside, there was a lady wiping the bar and the man was there too. I asked then I they could tell me where to turn. She glanced and my phone and she I said the name of the hotel she said I don't know. She said ask him the spoke to him in greek. I tuned to the man where the turn off is and she yelled and said we don't know! I said you told me to ask him. She said I did. He said he doesn't know that place. Honestly, I understand if they don't know. But tone and politeness make all the difference. I will NEVER stay here, or recommend it to friends. I don't care how many amenities you have, if you cannot even attempt to help someone who is trying to figure out the dark streets or respond with respect , then it's no wonder you only have an 8.7 on the other site and my place has a 9.8. I made a good choice. Pelagos just a couple blocks away is a super alternative! Safe courteous, and they never treat anyone like that.

Todo genial, atención, limpieza, amabilidad ningún problema, tuvimos que dejar las cosas mas tiempo hasta que viniera el ferry y no nos pusieron ninguna pega. La chica y el señor muy pero que muy amables como si estuvieras en tu casa, de verdad que excelente.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questa struttura. La nostra camera era accogliente e pulita. Unica pecca forse la doccia un pochino piccola. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile. Ogni giorno ci venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e messi i nuovi shampoo per la doccia. Posizione ottima, al centro città difatti ci si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi.

Havia combinado com a recepção que chegaria no ferry de Naxos um transfer gratuito ao hotel. Na hora que cheguei, á estava um senhor inglês, o Steve com suas piadas,esperando no Porto.Fui com ele e para minha decepção fui colocado num prédio anexo ao hotel, um quarto completo, mas distante e com escadas conforme não posso. Motivo de não ter gostado do hotel do Steve que é uma pessoa legal e divertida.
