Staff is quite friendly and did what they can, but I was surprised at how old the hotel felt because it says its 4 stars. The room seemed pretty old, pictures look better online. Hotel was empty, not a lot of visited but it’s also off season. Staff is quite helpful though, but the hotel it’s as high quality as in the photos, seems like it needs to maintenance. We also didn’t swim cause we couldn’t smell chlorine in the water so we were afraid of bacteria.

Проживали в отеле двое суток. Нормальные завтраки. Два бассейна хорошие, чистые. Нет выхода к пляжу. Нужно идти вправо или влево от отеля. Достаточно уставшие номера. Нас заселили в номер, где не работал сейф, не горели лампы. Лампы заменили, от сейфа выдали ключи, иначе не удалось его сделать. Мы попали на какую-то репетицию праздника. Довольно забавно. Фото прилагаю. Напротив через дорогу есть пиццерия. Заказывали там пиццу и пасту. Довольно вкусно. Рекомендую останавливаться, но на небольшой срок.

Добрый день. Отдыхали в этом отеле 5 дней. Плюсы: номер большой с балконом и прекрасным видом на океан. Очень удобная кровать. Есть средство от комаров.  Минусы: нет одеяла, тапочек и халатов. Из косметики было по одному маленькому тюбику: гель шампунь и кондиционер. Море напротив отеля не для купания - много лодок. Завтраки скромные (не было сыра) но было что выбрать. Ужины вкусные - всегда была рыба и мясо.

Me alojé en este hotel recientemente y tengo sentimientos encontrados. La habitación era amplia y ofrecía unas vistas al mar espectaculares, lo cual fue un gran punto a favor. Además, disfruté de las dos piscinas, donde el agua estaba en perfectas condiciones. La playa cercana, aunque pequeña, era muy agradable para pasear. El hotel está bien ubicado, con varios restaurantes a poca distancia para cenar por la noche, lo que es conveniente. Sin embargo, creo que hay áreas que necesitan más atención. Aunque han remodelado el hotel hace algunos años, algunos detalles requieren cuidados adicionales. En cuanto al desayuno, me gustaría que mejoraran la variedad. La opción occidental sería ideal, ya que no todos disfrutamos del curry por las mañanas. Un detalle curioso es que aunque hay muchas hamacas disponibles para los huéspedes y un cartel que prohíbe reservarlas con toallas o libros, parece que muchos se levantan temprano para asegurarse una hamaca. Esto puede ser un poco frustrante si no llegas a tiempo después del desayuno. En general, mi experiencia fue buena, pero hay aspectos que podrían mejorarse para hacerla excelente."

房間挺乾淨，酒店位置很好，服務很熱情周到，泳池很漂亮，酒店後面就是沙灘有各種水上活動，價格實惠，落日很美

Остановился в Coral Sands Hotel на 10 ночей в июле 2024. Отличное расположение, рядом с отелем есть все необходимое: пляж, кафе, сувенирные магазины. Персонал отзывчивый, решали оперативно любой вопрос, который у меня возникал. Шведский стол и ресторан отличные! Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. Номер комфортный с рабочим кондиционером, вид на море потрясающий. В целом отдыхом остался доволен и всем рекомендую!

We had a great time at Coral Sands at Harbor Island! Lunch and drinks were amazing, and we highly recommend this hotel. The views are absolutely incredible, and the staff is truly top-notch. The F&B Manager, Gede, was an amazing host and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. He represents his company with great pride, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Sandi from Bimini, our host at the beach, was very informative, helpful, and welcoming. He made our beach experience even more enjoyable. The front desk ladies were also wonderful. Their service skills were outstanding, and they made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, the service, hospitality, food, drinks, and beautiful views made our experience at Coral Sands truly memorable. We highly recommend Coral Sands at Harbor Island and look forward to returning!

We discovered the Coral Sands Hotel while looking for a place to stay in the Galle district. It turned out to be a wonderful and refreshing experience for us. If you are considering a visit, you definitely should go; it promises a delightful experience. Location As for the location of the Coral Sands Hotel, it is situated near the town of Hikkaduwa in the Galle District. The beautiful view of the sea from one side of the hotel will undoubtedly transport you to another world, and the stunning Hikkaduwa beach is sure to leave a lasting impression on your memory. Also, if you wish to go coral reef viewing, that facility is available in the sea right in front of the hotel. Hotel This is a pleasant, well-sized hotel. Facilities provided for guests include two swimming pools, a bar, a café, a gym, and a mini English library. This hotel is located by the roadside, with a Pizza Hut and a Spa Ceylon situated at the front. They also have rooms equipped with Jacuzzis, and you can choose a room according to your needs. The beautiful view of the sea from one side of the hotel will undoubtedly transport you to another world, and the stunning Hikkaduwa beach is sure to leave a lasting impression on your memory. Swimming Pool Regarding their swimming pools, there are two main pools, and a separate, smaller pool has been set up for children. The most important and impressive aspect of this place is that it is maintained in a very clean condition. Room As for the rooms, while they were not particularly large, they were presented in a very clean and tidy manner. An electric kettle was provided for making tea or coffee, along with the necessary supplies—tea, coffee, and milk powder—in small sachets. We were provided with a TV and a mini-fridge, but what really caught our eye was their canopy bed, enclosed by netting. Restaurant and Food They had a clean restaurant with ample seating capacity, and we received efficient service there. When it came to the food, they were dedicated to presenting it to us beautifully and at a very high standard of quality. All three main meals we had were set menus; however, They provide buffet service when there are enough guests. All the food and beverages we received were delicious and of high quality, and the beautiful presentation further enhanced our dining experience. They took steps to maintain the distinctive, superior flavor of each individual dish. Service Among the important points worth mentioning, we place the friendly service we received at the very top. The friendly smiles and respectful attitude shown by everyone made our journey truly smooth and comfortable. Everyone we met there—from their security officer onwards—was efficient, kind, and friendly. We wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sanjaya and Ishara for the support they provided from the very beginning of our interaction. Beautiful hotel but horrible service. The room was very congested. I asked for a plate to feed my 3yearold daughter,they demanded extra money. They gave a bedsheet instead of a blanket. So many other small things missing too. Looks good outside, but zero care for guests. Never again.

So, so bad. The entire hotel was run down with bits falling off and seemingly unmaintained. And full of dour, unhappy Russians. Our first room was super noisy with traffic noise which made sleep impossible, but did give me a chance to write this poem at 3am Unhappy Russians With unhappy faces Go on unhappy tours And create unhappy places If you are from a Western country in general and Australia in particular, avoid this hotel like the plague.
