Prenotazione fatta all'ultimo minuto, abbiamo trovato questa pensione a due passi da Rialto, una sorpresa di bellezza e cura, indicazioni minuziose per arrivare e fare il check in. I locali sono sistemati di recente e arredati con gusto per dare la giusta atmosfera al soggiorno senza scadere in modernità anonime. La colazione internazionale propone bevande calde e fredde per tutti i gusti, pane fresco e pane sandwich bianco o integrale con affettati e formaggi, dolci e anche un contenitore caldo con frittata, bacon e fagioli. Uova sode e tanto altro.

호텔은 주변 명소에서 도보로 약 15~20분 거리, 한적한 산루치아 기차역에서 도보로 약 28분 거리에 위치해 있습니다.그러나 원본 사진에서는 경치가 좋지만, 여행가방을 가지고 있는 여행자에게는 산책을 권장하지 않습니다. 기차역에서 나가서 5.2번 버스를 타시면 됩니다. 티켓을 제대로 사지 않았을 수도 있지만 호텔에서 기차역까지 가는데 9유로가 들었습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑 거리와 매우 가깝지도 멀지도 않지만 도보 내비**션 신호가 표류하기 쉽고 좁은 골목을 많이 들어간 후에는 출구를 찾아야합니다. 호텔방은 작고 욕실은 넓은데 호텔에서 칫솔을 제공하지 않는데 프런트에 문의해보니 칫솔이 없어져서 너무 답답했습니다. 호텔이 해변과 가까워 아침에 산책도 하고 커피 한잔도 할 수 있고 나쁘지 않습니다. 호텔에서는 두 곳의 레스토랑을 추천했습니다. OGINA와 호텔 오른쪽 50m 직진 지점에 있는 레스토랑입니다. OGINA 잊어버리세요. 별로 좋지 않아요. 다른 해산물 식당도 괜찮았고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 하루종일 먹었는데 다음날 아침에 설사를 했습니다. 아마도 제가 유당불내증이 있어서 치즈를 많이 먹어서 그랬던 것 같습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 매우 기본적이며 가격은 25유로, 세금 별도 5유로입니다. 29유로는 만족스럽지 않습니다. 전체적으로 1박에 2,000불을 썼고 국내 1급 도시에서 별 3개를 즐겼습니다. 택시를 타야 하는 번거로움이 무료라는 점이 호텔의 장점 중 하나입니다. z z z

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

100년이 넘은 아주 역사적인 건물이에요. 로비를 걷다 보면 마치 미술관에 온 것 같은 느낌이 들어요. 정말 많은 예술 작품들이 있어서 자꾸만 발걸음을 멈추게 됐네요. 아쉽게도 이번에는 시간이 부족해서 며칠 더 머물지 못했어요. 헬스장이 7시에 문을 닫아서 아들이 이용하지 못한 점은 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

저녁에 저희를 태워다 준 버스 운전기사는 태도가 정말 나빴어요. 서비스에 대해서는 별 한 개도 주고 싶지 않습니다. 저희는 픽업 서비스를 예약했고, 온라인으로 결제도 완료되었으며, 예약 페이지에도 확인 완료라고 표시되어 있었는데, 왠지 모르게 당시에는 티켓 페이지로 넘어가지 않고 계속 오류가 뜨는 거예요. 아마 저희가 독일 유심을 써서 그랬거나, 아니면 호텔 웹사이트 문제였을 수도 있죠 (다음 날 호텔을 나선 후 다시 시도해 보니 성공적으로 넘어갔습니다…). 하지만 당시 버스 운전기사는 정말 쌀쌀맞게 굴었어요. 이해하시죠? 여러 번 설명을 해주고, 예약 확인 페이지도 보여줬는데, 자기 잘못이 아니라고 하면서 어떤 이유에서든 티켓 페이지가 아니면 안 된다고 하더군요. 그 불쾌한 말투와 눈빛은 누구라도 침착하기 힘들었을 거예요. 결국 제 남편과 그 운전기사가 말다툼을 벌였습니다. 제가 분위기를 풀려고 노력하면서, “이게 당신 일이고 당신 잘못이 아니라는 건 저도 알아요”라고 말하려는데, 제 말이 채 끝나기도 전에 그는 손가락으로 제 코를 가리키며 눈을 부릅뜨고 큰 소리로 “네, 부인, 전부 당신 잘못입니다!”라고 말했습니다. 그리고 그는 운전석에 앉아 이탈리아어로 혼잣말을 했는데, 그 말투가 마치 모욕적인 말을 하는 것 같았어요. **저도 그 말을 듣고 그 자리에서 폭발했어요.** 밀라노까지 비행기로 와서 기차를 타고 베니스까지 온 건 그 사람의 비위를 맞추러 온 게 아니잖아요. 특수한 상황에서는 특수하게 대처해 줄 수는 없는 건가요? 이런 사람은 예외라고 믿지만, 이 예외 한 명이 저희 휴가를 어느 정도 망쳐버렸습니다. 아침에 저희를 데려다 준 버스 운전기사는 정말 좋았어요. 똑같은 문제였는데도 저희를 버스에 태워줬고, 가끔 이런 상황이 발생할 수 있다고 말해주더군요. 정말 사람마다 다르다는 것을 느꼈습니다. 이제 호텔에 대해 말씀드리자면, 호텔 위치는 기차역에서 걸어서 20분 정도 걸려서 자가용을 이용하는 게 더 적합할 것 같아요. 호텔 내부 시설은 괜찮았고, 주방 시설이 완비되어 있다는 점이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 변기 하나는 물이 잘 안 내려갔고, 샤워기는 온수와 냉수가 오락가락했으며, 나무 건물이라 방음이 잘 안 됐어요. 호텔에는 수영장과 내부 상점, 식당이 있었지만, 주변은 매우 외지고 구경할 만한 곳이 없었으며, 농지와 주거 지역만 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

숙박비가 높은 베니스이지만 비교적 합리적이고 방도 넓고 깨끗합니다. 화장실과 샤워는 공용이지만, 거기에 별로 신경 쓰지 않는 사람에게 추천합니다. 욕실에는 샴푸와 비누가 있습니다. 칫솔은 없습니다. 산타 루시아 역에서 도보 거리에 운하가 근처에 수상 버스도 타기 쉽습니다. 800미터 떨어진 별관이 있었지만 실제로는 메인 호텔 내였습니다. 또한 아침 식사는 10 €이지만 15 €에 상승하고 있으며 관광객은 2 €를 받고 실질 17 €입니다. 아침 식사의 내용은 매우 단순하기 때문에 10 €라면 확신감이 있지만 17 €는 비싸다고 느꼈습니다. 호텔 근처에 멋진 슈퍼마켓도 있으므로 거기에서 음식을 사는 것도 즐겁습니다. 종합적으로 간단한 숙박을 원하는 분들에게 추천하는 호텔입니다.

베니스에서 비교적 저렴한 선택입니다. 객실은 매우 고풍스러웠고 상태는 최고는 아니었지만 여전히 기능적이었습니다. 바로 앞에 보트 선착장이 있어서 약간 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 다만 아침 식사와 서비스는 좋았습니다. 중심가와 기차역에서 걸어가려면 꽤 멀지만, 이 호텔에서 수상 버스를 이용하면 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다.

이 호텔에서 아주 좋은 경험. 매우 크고 깨끗한 방. 직원들은 매우 조심스럽고 글루텐이 없는 음식을 가지고 있습니다. 또한 훌륭한 채널을 가로지르는 아카데미아 다리와 매우 가깝습니다. 같은 호텔에 레스토랑도 있습니다. 따라서 100% 추천합니다.
