정말 훌륭해요! 조식이 이제까지 먹어본 것 중에 가장 푸짐했고, 방도 아주 깨끗했어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 수상 버스 정류장이 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 100점 만점에 100점이에요. 너무너무 좋았어요! 호텔에서 멀지 않은 곳에 바다가 있어서 멋진 일몰도 볼 수 있었습니다.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

우리의 체류와 사랑에 가장 가까운 정류장은 도보로 단 100m 떨어진 리알토 메르카토입니다. 주요 명소를 방문하기에 완벽한 위치. 바포레타(수상 버스)를 이용하거나 명소까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 그들은 또한 우리에게 비건식 아침 식사를 제공 할 수있었습니다.이 제스처에 정말 감사드립니다. 의사 소통이 원활합니다. 그러나 유일한 단점은 엘리베이터가 없다는 것입니다. 운 좋게도 우리는 가장 낮은 층을 얻었지만 이것이 가장 오래된 건물 중 하나이기 때문에 아무것도 할 수 없다고 생각합니다.

몰리노 오션 뷰 객실은 측면 바다 전망이 좋지만, 프론트 데스크에 꼭대기 층 객실은 피하라고 요청하세요! 꼭대기 층 객실은 창문이 작아서 경치를 보기 불편하고, 천장이 기울어져 있습니다. 또한, 호텔에는 두 가지 인테리어 스타일의 객실이 있는데, 이 객실 유형은 좀 더 안 예쁜 스타일만 있습니다. 객실 크기는 괜찮고, 침구도 편안하며, 위생 상태도 좋습니다. 호텔 출입은 예상보다 편리했고, 부속 섬에 조용히 머무는 것이 좋았습니다.

부모님과 함께 베니스를 차로 여행하는 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 캠핑장은 일반적인 숙박 시설과는 다른 특별한 경험을 제공했습니다. 요리도 가능하고, 주방용품과 식기도 구비되어 있습니다. 주차는 무료입니다. 디럭스 캐빈은 5인까지 숙박 가능하며, 각 방에 욕실이 딸려 있어 매우 편리합니다. 프런트 데스크에 있는 번호표 발급기를 통해 번호를 받아야 하며, 스토브는 캐비닛 안에 있는 라이터를 사용해야 합니다. 캠핑장과 캐빈 시설은 다소 오래되었지만, 가격 대비 만족도가 매우 높습니다.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

숙박비가 높은 베니스이지만 비교적 합리적이고 방도 넓고 깨끗합니다. 화장실과 샤워는 공용이지만, 거기에 별로 신경 쓰지 않는 사람에게 추천합니다. 욕실에는 샴푸와 비누가 있습니다. 칫솔은 없습니다. 산타 루시아 역에서 도보 거리에 운하가 근처에 수상 버스도 타기 쉽습니다. 800미터 떨어진 별관이 있었지만 실제로는 메인 호텔 내였습니다. 또한 아침 식사는 10 €이지만 15 €에 상승하고 있으며 관광객은 2 €를 받고 실질 17 €입니다. 아침 식사의 내용은 매우 단순하기 때문에 10 €라면 확신감이 있지만 17 €는 비싸다고 느꼈습니다. 호텔 근처에 멋진 슈퍼마켓도 있으므로 거기에서 음식을 사는 것도 즐겁습니다. 종합적으로 간단한 숙박을 원하는 분들에게 추천하는 호텔입니다.

베니스에서 비교적 저렴한 선택입니다. 객실은 매우 고풍스러웠고 상태는 최고는 아니었지만 여전히 기능적이었습니다. 바로 앞에 보트 선착장이 있어서 약간 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 다만 아침 식사와 서비스는 좋았습니다. 중심가와 기차역에서 걸어가려면 꽤 멀지만, 이 호텔에서 수상 버스를 이용하면 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다.

이 호텔에서 아주 좋은 경험. 매우 크고 깨끗한 방. 직원들은 매우 조심스럽고 글루텐이 없는 음식을 가지고 있습니다. 또한 훌륭한 채널을 가로지르는 아카데미아 다리와 매우 가깝습니다. 같은 호텔에 레스토랑도 있습니다. 따라서 100% 추천합니다.
