My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

방은 비교적 작지만, 화장실은 그에 비해 넓은 편입니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며, 일회용 슬리퍼가 제공됩니다. 호텔 위치는 산타 루치아 기차역에서 걸어갈 수 있을 정도로 환상적입니다. 프런트 직원은 매우 친절하고 서비스 마인드가 뛰어났습니다. 아침 식사는 그럭저럭 괜찮은 정도였습니다. 단점을 몇 가지 말하자면, 첫째, 아마도 베네치아 섬 호텔들의 공통적인 문제일 수도 있겠지만(제 추측입니다), 내부 구조가 상당히 복잡해서 두 대의 엘리베이터를 갈아타야 했습니다. 둘째, 방에 방향제 향이 너무 진했습니다.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Прилетели в час ночи в VCE, поэтому нужно было переночевать. По факту дорога до отеля несложная, 20 минут и без тротуара только маленький промежуток. Почти половину пути можно пройти с аэропортовой тележкой. Заселились быстро, номер хороший, кровать, одеяла очень приятные. Порадовал отличный завтрак. Рекомендую этот отель для поздней ночевки. Единственное - нам продали билеты на автобус на ресепшене на 2 поездки, сказав, что я могу это использовать с ребенком - а так похоже нельзя, надо 2 билета покупать. И на остановку лучше идти Triestina Tessera, а не Orlanda Pinerolo, на последней чуть прозевал автобус и водитель лишь радостно мне помахал рукой и проехал мимо.
