This is an updated first floor coastal condo in Lely Resort. Home to 2 public championship challenging golf courses. This condo is within 15 minutes to Marco Islands beautiful white sandy beaches and in the other direction to the famous 5th Avenue's restaurants and shops. The world renowned beaches of Naples are a short drive away.Our super clean and inviting condo was just updated with all the amenities that you would need in your home away from home. The condo has a comfy breakfast nook as well as a high top bar counter for easy entertaining. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans. A brand new Keurig coffee maker will help kick start your morning. Relax inside or outside on the lanai overlooking the relaxing views of the water fountain. The master bedroom has new luxurious king bedding and pillows. The living area is set on the second floor above the garage storage unit, so you walk up the staircase to our home and emerge in our great open floor plan. Ample windows in the living area let you view beautiful sunsets unobstructed because the home is at the treetops. Glance down the windows and you see the open patio area and entry to the refreshing, private, heated swimming pool. Each bedroom has its own desk, great for remote workers. There is a laundry room for guest use. We also wanted to be sure all guests had a place to sit at the table, so both our dining table and our table on the lanai seats six. There are also four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, Keurig, cooking utensils, pots, pans, a Ninja air fryer, toaster, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, wine glasses, martini glasses, BBQ utensils, you name it! Prepare meals with friends and family while enjoying the gorgeous view of the water. We have open cabinets making storing you food easy and convenient. We have a welcome manual in the kitchen with helpful information about the property along with recommendations for local things to do, but we are always available by phone should you need anything.The bedrooms and living room all have HD flat screen smart TVs and the den has a brand new The Frame tv.
