'I am very disappointed with my experience at the Garner Hotel. Due to the extreme heat of 38°C, I travelled overnight and arrived in the morning, hoping the hotel would make some effort to accommodate me. As a regular guest, this would have been my sixth stay at the Garner Hotel, so I expected at least some consideration. Unfortunately, the reception staff showed no willingness to help or offer any solution, despite the circumstances and despite the fact that I had already paid for my room. The only person who showed any empathy was the lady working at the bar and serving breakfast, who kindly checked on me a couple of times. In the end, although my room had already been paid for, I decided to book another hotel, where I was welcomed with kindness and understanding. Sadly, after being a loyal customer, this experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will think twice before staying at the Garner Hotel again.'

'Sauber und simple. Alles was ich gebraucht habe.

'Although I booked a queen bed room, the room given was two single bed bedroom. There was no body to complain about this issue since the checkin was made via a kiosk. Lot of noise coming from the corridor, and even a dog was barking at night(at the corridor). Most probably one of the guests’s dog.'
