아주 좋아요, 첫날에 처음 왔을 때 깨끗하고 위생적이었습니다.

New, clean hotel with high class gym and modern rooms. We had a lovely view of the mountains from our room. However, house keeping was only making two of four beds and did not replace the used glasses they took from the bathroom. We had a delicious granola the first morning. The second day the hotel was totally out of granola.

A hotel with a fantastic location and great potential, but... Unfortunately, the hotel has become quite worn down. This is particularly evident in the pools, especially the outdoor pool where almost all the tiles on the edge are either damaged or missing. A good upgrade is needed here. There also seemed to be a lack of control over who entered or left the pool area, as the gate system was broken. The room we stayed in was fine. The breakfast was very basic, and there also appeared to be a lack of control over who came in to eat. There were so many people there that it seemed like the entire town had come to eat for free. Dishes, drinks, and especially cutlery were often out of stock and it was very slow to get them refilled. As the title suggests, this hotel has a lot of potential if they just invest a bit of money and time into upgrading it.

We booked a lake view room for an overnight stay in this comfortable hotel on the Wilderness Road. The view from the room widow was uninterrupted across the lake. Our room had a good bed, decent quality bedding and simple furniture. Reasonably sized bathroom with plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff were great, (especially the lone person on breakfast duty who had to cook, clear, restock and manage reception all on her own), breakfast was ok but they struggled to keep it stocked and there’s a lounge area overlooking the lake where you can get a drink and a biscuit. There was also a fridge in the lounge with a freezer and you can get a beer or microwave a meal there when the bar and restaurant are closed. The curtains in our room did nothing to keep out the light overnight but did provide some privacy and I would have preferred images of the local area and history rather than the dull artwork in the room but aside from that, we had a good stay. Free parking right outside the front door. Recommended.
