소피아 무료 와이파이 호텔 예약

Located in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

최근 소피아 노보텔에 묵었는데 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어 바쁜 하루를 보낸 후 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 공간을 제공했습니다. 침대는 너무 딱딱하지도 푹신하지도 않아 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 쇼핑몰 바로 건너편에 있어 식사, 쇼핑, 엔터테인먼트를 즐기기에 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 항상 미소로 도움을 주었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 신선하고 맛있는 다양한 메뉴로 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 헬스장이었습니다. 헬스장은 꽤 작고 무거운 프리웨이트와 풀업 바가 없었습니다. 기본적인 운동에는 괜찮지만, 좀 더 종합적인 운동을 원하시는 분들은 실망하실 수 있습니다. 소피아 노보텔은 위치, 편안함, 서비스 면에서 훌륭한 선택이지만, 피트니스 마니아라면 헬스장 시설이 제한적일 수 있습니다. 저는 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

호텔은 좋았습니다. 온라인으로 발견해서 기뻤습니다. 부정적인 피드백이 많기 때문에 온라인으로 예약 할 좋은 호텔을 찾기가 어렵지만이 좋은 피드백이있어서 예약했습니다. 그리고 그것은 나를 실망시키지 않았다. 호텔은 로비 / 리셉션에 들어가는 순간 냄새가 나는 좋은 향기로 깨끗합니다. 서비스는 훌륭하고 친절하며 수용적인 직원입니다. 방은 넓고 나에게는 4 성급 방처럼 보입니다. 그들은 다음 여행이나 비행기를 기다리는 동안 체크인 후 휴식을 취할 수있는 수많은 좌석과 함께 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 나는 커피를 마시기 위해 식당에 가기 전에 라운지 공간 / 로비에서 가방을 잊어 버렸습니다. 그런 다음 루마니아로가는 버스 정류장에 갈 시간이 이미되었을 때 내가 예약 한 자동차 서비스에 가기 위해 서두르고있었습니다. 버스정류장에 도착한 후 다른 전화를 받으려고 할 때 가방이 소유되지 않은 것을 발견했습니다. 다른 짐을 가지고 다니고 서두르기 때문입니다. 잃어버릴까 걱정이 되었어요, 가방이 있어서 좋았어요. 직원이 넘겨주고 보관했는데 아무것도 빠진 것이 없었습니다. 찾고 나서 호텔을 예약한 예약앱에서 이메일을 받았는데 Amar Design Hotel이 호텔에 가방을 두고 왔다고 연락했다고 합니다. 그리고 그들은 제 연락처 번호를 저에게 연락해달라고 요청했고, 즉시 바로 그렇게 해달라고 요청했습니다. 하지만 이미 가방을 받았습니다. 여전히 직원들에게 감사하고 감사합니다. 나는 소피아에 돌아올 때 확실히 다시 여기에 체크인 할 것이고 여기를 여행하는 친구들에게 추천 할 것입니다. 고맙습니다. 좋은 숙박이었고 그들의 서비스는 그것을 훌륭하게 만들었습니다!

The hotel overall is ok, clean and spacious . The night driver shuttle service guy who picked us up on 30 April is great. Very caring , called us to ensure we reach the airport. However this stay take the crown of the worst receptionist award . The lady is dark skin, with curly hair tied up hair and was on duty on 1 May between 8.30-9.40 am. We booked the shuttle service at 8.30 am but since we will be running late we called reception to cancel the booking. Her reply was it cannot be cancelled you need to take a taxi to airport. When we reached the reception at 8.55 am and asked again where is airport shuffle she said in a stern voice without any smile you must book via QRcode. we decided to wait at the main entrance for shuttle which did not show up. I went back to reception at 9.05 am and ask why did i missed the bus even though I was there at 8.55 am and she replied with a straight face it left at 9 am . I decided to book the shuttle bus via QR code at 9.30 am and waited at the main door. At 9.28 am there was no sign of bus, I went back to reception and she said wait for a few minutes. At 9.35 am , she was on the phone chatting but i saw 2 hotel guests going up the bus with their luggage on the side door(not main door) . I run to round up 4 other hotel guests to inform them the pick up is at side door and we quickly went up the bus. We found out that the receptionist told them to wait at the main entrance instead of the side entrance. so in the end we waited since 8.55 am till 9.35 am and missed the 9am shuttle bus and almost missed the 9.30am bus due to an extremely unhelpful receptionist who should not be in that role of hospitality if she feels that every query posed to her is a chore. Management of the office please review your service quality standards. This attitude is simply not acceptable and it is not a cheap hotel.

매우 실망스러운 서비스 – 가격 가치가 없습니다. 나는 최근에 Hotel COOP Sofia에 머물렀고 접수원 중 한 명인 Mariana와 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 리셉션에 전화하여 방에 얼음을 요청했을 때 그녀는 다소 무례한 어조로 나에게 알렸습니다! 호텔이 얼음을 방으로 배달하지 않고 직접 수집하기 위해 아래층으로 내려와야 한다는 것입니다. 전날 저녁에 방에서 얼음을 받았다고 설명하려고 했을 때 그녀는 갑자기 전화를 끊었습니다. 상황을 명확히 하기 위해 로비에 내려갔을 때 그녀의 행동은 용납할 수 없고 사과가 적절할 것이라고 말했습니다. 그녀는 사과하는 대신 ”너무 바쁘다”고 ”손님이 너무 많다”고 주장했지만 당시 로비는 완전히 비어 있었다. 그녀는 다시 내가 여전히 얼음을 원하느냐고 무시하면서 물었습니다. 나는 그녀의 상사와 이야기해달라고 요청했지만 그녀는 내가 의미하는 것을 이해하지 못하는 척했습니다. 결국 그녀는 종이컵에 약간의 얼음을 가져다주었습니다. 내가 주장한 후에야 그녀는 얼음 양동이와 족지로 돌아왔습니다. 이 수준의 서비스는 이 카테고리의 4개 출발 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 수준보다 훨씬 낮습니다. 경험은 매우 부정적인 인상을 남겼고 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다. 이 외에도 호텔의 시설은 기껏해야 평균이며 가격을 정당화하지 않습니다. 유일한 진정한 장점은 주차 가능성이며 하루에 €12의 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Hotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night.

위치도 소피아 중앙역에서 도보 10분이내로 가깝습니다. 비토샤거리도 도보로 20분정도 걸리더군요. 가는 길에 소피아박물관도 있습니다. 위치가 아주 좋구요~ 전 6인실 예약했는데 4인실이 배정되어 있었습니다. 다닥다닥 붙은 객실이 아니라 공간도 넓직하고 공용키친이 있어 요리도 가능합니다. 세탁서비스도 있습니다. 매니져분이 직접 돌리고 말려서 접어놓기까지 해주시더라구요~땡큐^^ 침구류도 깨끗하고 침**다 등이 다 있어서 침실커튼 닫고 아주 환하게 있을 수 있었습니다. 다음에 간다면 다시 이용할 의사 100% 입니다.

모든 것이 완벽했고, 호텔 직원은 친절했으며, 호텔 시설에 대해 이야기하면 예산이 넉넉한 내 의견에 따르면 됩니다. 중심지와 그리 가깝지는 않지만 도보로 20분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 가구와 에어컨은 구식이었습니다..
