경비원이나 리셉션 직원이 투숙객을 맞이하는 것이 중요합니다. - 체크인 절차가 원활하고 좋았으며, 요청 사항도 잘 처리되었습니다. - 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. - TV 채널이 매우 형편없어서 TV 방송을 보기가 어려웠습니다. - 수영장은 매우 붐볐고 가득 찼으며, 근무하는 직원이 없었고, 수영장 바닥은 음식물 쓰레기와 물 찌꺼기로 매우 더러웠으며, 청소하는 직원도 없었습니다. 혼잡한 상황에 대비하여 탈의실이 부족했습니다. - 방문객으로 인해 복도 바닥이 진흙투성이이고 물기가 많았습니다. - 조식 레스토랑의 메뉴 중 상당수는 품절되었고, 방문객이 너무 많아서 자리가 없었습니다. 마치 마을 사람들이 잘 먹지 않는 것처럼 음식 때문에 다투는 사람들이 많았습니다. - 체크아웃 절차도 좋았고 아무런 문제도 없었습니다. 앞으로 더 체계적이고 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 스위스벨린에서의 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 감사합니다.

메단역에서 도보 거리 내에 매우 편리합니다. 묵었기 때문에 식사에 대해서는 모릅니다. 체크인 시 보증금 Rp.300.000이 필요하지만 영수증을 제대로 제공합니다. 만족한 점 ・방이 넓고 창문도 크고 밝습니다. 제대로 청소되어 편안했습니다. ・화장실의 수압이 강하고, 뜨거운 물을 충분히 사용할 수 있습니다. ・드라이어의 풍량이 강하다. 호텔의 드라이어로서는 감동 레벨이었습니다. 신경이 쓰이는 점 ・컨디셔너는 없기 때문에 필요한 분은 스스로 준비합시다. ・상층에 나이트 클럽? 가 있는지 밤에 라이브가 있는지, 상층에 묵으면 아마 시끄럽다고 생각합니다. (저는 조용한 방을 희망해서 6층에 묵었는데, 준준과 희미하게 소리가 들렸습니다.) ・체크인으로 조금 기다렸습니다.

욕실이 붙어 있거나 신발을 벗을 수 있게 되었기 때문에, 일본인에게 있어서 매우 편안한 방이었습니다. 커플에게는, 3층의 레스토랑에서, 로맨틱 디너를 5000엔 정도부터 즐길 수 있습니다. 라이브 음악도 붙어있었습니다. 하지만 주의 사항으로 하루 전에 예약이 필요합니다. (우리는 단품 요리를 5000엔 이상 주문하여 메시지 플레이트나 그 자리에 안내해 주셨습니다.) 입지와 직원의 서비스도 좋고 매우 만족했습니다!

Ibu Rosmalia처럼 열심히 일하는 청소부 덕분에 6박 숙박이 편안했습니다. 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 충분했지만 아침 식사 공간에는 에어컨이 없었습니다. 나는 땀을 흘리고 있었다. AC를 개선하십시오. 방의 AC도 16C라고 명시되어 있지만 28C처럼 느껴졌습니다. 또한 의견을 말하고 싶습니다. 왜 고객을 태우거나 데려오기 위해 IDR 5K를 Grab에 청구해야 합니까? ☹️☹️ 그랩 운전자는 Dantob이 메단에서 요금을 청구하는 유일한 호텔이라고 말했습니다. 심지어 Marriot나 Adimulia와 같은 5성급 호텔도 요금을 청구하지 않습니다. 고객은 수수료를 지불해야 하는 사람입니다. 우리 가족이 하루에 3번 외출한다고 상상해 보세요...6x5 = IDR 30,000 X 7일 = IDR 210,000...😖😖😖

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

10년도 더 전에 골프를 치던 시절에 이곳에 묵었었습니다. 이번에는 혼자 왔습니다. 샤워실은 불안정하고 수압이 약하며, 로비 라운지에는 라이브 음악이 없고, 노래방은 문을 닫았습니다. 제 방은 수영장을 향해 있어서 12월 31일 새해맞이 행사 때 너무 시끄럽고 시끄러웠습니다. TV 채널은 괜찮았고, 커피와 차는 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 평범하고 지루했습니다.

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

장점: 프런트 데스크, 하우스키핑, 조식 담당 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 객실은 3성급 호텔치고는 꽤 넓습니다. 단점: 조식이 밋밋하고 거의 모든 요리가 맛이 없습니다. 아마도 새로운 셰프가 필요할 것 같습니다.

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.
