Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

Mr. Hamzah is nice person@ receiptionist. And also Mr. Abdul rahman at M2 restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The person assisting during my stay at the hotel was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay and provided excellent service. Truly appreciated the kindness and warm attitude. He also upgraded to me to another VIP rooms. such wonderful treatments with lowest price. thanks to Mr. Hamzah for upgrade my rooms at kaabah view. Breakfast at restaurant, Abdul rahman nicely serve to me n very helpful & friendly. insyaalah, will stay again in here. 😘❤️🩵😘

Dear Trip.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah, which was booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category, nor the information confirmed prior to arrival. 1. Early Check-in Confirmation Not Honored Before my arrival, I received a message from the hotel requesting confirmation of my check-in time if it was before 12:00 PM. I confirmed this accordingly. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no room was available and was asked to wait until around 4:00 PM, under the pretext that this is the standard check-in time. This was both disappointing and exhausting, especially after travel, and contradicted the prior communication from the hotel. 2. Bathroom Plumbing Issue On the first day, I encountered a serious issue in the bathroom where water overflowed and accumulated, making it impossible to shower or even use the sink properly. Although the issue was eventually repaired, it significantly affected my comfort during the first day of my stay. 3. Repeated Unfulfilled Requests (Pillow and Blanket) I requested an extra pillow and blanket multiple times (at least four separate requests). Each time, I was assured that they would be delivered shortly, yet they never arrived. This reflects poor service follow-up and lack of coordination. 4. Incorrect Breakfast Restaurant Assignment At check-in, the reception staff encoded my room key with access to a breakfast restaurant that was extremely limited in size, overcrowded, and of noticeably low quality. Often, there were no available tables, forcing guests to wait. Every morning, hotel staff verified my eligibility to enter this restaurant. However, on the last day, a different employee informed me—unexpectedly—that my booking actually entitled me to access a higher-quality, more premium breakfast restaurant, which I immediately visited. This means I was wrongly deprived of the service level included in my booking for the majority of my stay. --- Considering all the above issues—miscommunication, delayed room availability, maintenance problems, poor service responsiveness, and incorrect service allocation—I believe this stay fell far below reasonable expectations. I kindly request that Trip.com review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and service failures I experienced, whether in the form of a partial refund, Trip.com credit, or another suitable resolution. 환상적인 호텔. 매우 깨끗합니다(그리고 향기로운 로비). 우리는 Haram 전망이 있는 트윈 디럭스 룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 넓고 편안하며 플러시. 아침 식사도 좋은 시간(6:00~10:30)으로 견고했습니다. 우리는 금요일에 체크 아웃했고 그들은 Jummah salah 이후에 체크 아웃 할 수있었습니다. 호텔은 실제로 하람과 매우 가깝습니다. 온라인 리뷰에서 나는 확신하지 못했지만 실제로는 King Fahd Gate 79까지 도보로 몇 분 거리입니다. 하람에 들어가기 위해 시계탑 호텔보다 문에서 문으로 빠른 것 같습니다. 하람에서 호텔로 돌아오려면 성원을 빠져나오는 위치에 따라 조금 더 길고 약간의 오르막길로 인해(매우 까다로운 것은 없으며 노인이 아닌 것은 괜찮을 것입니다) 바쁜 시간에는 산책로가 혼잡합니다. 또는 호텔 정문에서 거리 수준까지 2분 이내에 운행하는 셔틀이 있습니다. 거기에서 에스컬레이터/리프트를 타고 하람까지 이동합니다. 적극 추천합니다. 여기의 유일한 단점은 욕실에 로션이 없으며 샤워 수압/온도가 그렇게 높지 않았습니다(매우 사소한 문제!)

훌륭한 위치와 청결. 방 크기는 좋았고 부분적인 Kaaba는 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 타워 리프트는 기도 시간에 바쁠 수 있지만 호텔 리프트는 좋았습니다. 청소 및 케이터링 직원은 환영했습니다.

Stayed for 1 night. Thank you for a female receptionist (sorry, I did not take your name), you really made my day after a long journey from my hometown to Makkah from morning to night, our room got upgraded *************. Hotel location wise, near Haram about 80m and less crowded compare to hotels in clock Tower, beside the famous ice cream and having an international sahoor buffet during Ramadan. Everything was good and staffs also friendly. A good stay and best experienced I will say. Thank you. Will book this hotel again if I come back to Makkah next time, Insha'Allah. Thumbs up!

Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms. The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

One of the best and most affordable hotels in makkah' and most elegant' it might not be spacuouse but it sure is well ventilated

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.
