I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah during my visit for umrah in summer. The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Abraj Al Bait complex and really convenient access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it is really ma great choice for pilgrims visiting the holy city.

They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. 주제: 잘못된 방 배정에 대한 불만. 친애하는 호텔 관리 여러분, 최근 호텔에서의 예약에 대해 실망을 표현하기 위해 글을 쓰고 있습니다. 예약 플랫폼을 통해 특정 기능이있는 객실을 예약했으며 고객이 도착하기 전에 이러한 세부 사항이 확인되었습니다. 그러나 내 고객이 체크인했을 때 확인된 예약과 일치하지 않는 완전히 다른 방을 배정 받았습니다. 주요 문제는 리셉션 직원의 태도가 아니라 예약 및 확인된 방을 제공하지 못한 것입니다. 또한 고객에게 개인적으로 연락하여 접수원과 직접 대화를 요청한 후에야 문제가 결국 해결되었다는 점을 언급하고 싶습니다. 나는 고객에게 원래 예약 한 방을 원한다고 설명하도록 지시했습니다. 이 토론 후에야 호텔은 객실을 변경하고 원래 예약과 일치하는 숙박 시설을 제공했습니다. 하지만, 결국 이 문제가 수정되었다는 점에 감사하지만, 추가적인 개입을 필요로 하지 않고 처음부터 제대로 처리되어야 했습니다. 이 사건을 검토하고 향후 확인된 예약이 존중되도록 조치를 취하여 고객에게 기대하는 서비스를 제공 할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 시간과 관심에 감사드립니다.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
