It’s close to haram and the staff are very helpful

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

After booking, I read some negative reviews about the check-in process, and unfortunately, I experienced the exact same thing. When I reached the counter, the receptionist was completely distracted by his mobile phone. When his phone rang, he walked away to take the call and never came back, forcing me to switch to another queue. The lady at the second counter seemed entirely focused on Arabic-speaking guests. After I had been waiting in line for half an hour, two people who hadn't even been in the queue walked right up, and she served them instead of me. When it was finally my turn again, she was once again focused on her phone. She eventually acknowledged me but oddly questioned why I was only staying for one night. She then claimed she was giving me 'complimentary' breakfast, which made no sense since I had already paid for a booking that included breakfast. The check-in process here can easily take 1 to 2 hours because the front desk staff is more interested in their phones or chatting than respecting the queue. Aside from the terrible service, the hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were fine. However, there was a bizarre incident at breakfast. My water bottle leaked and spilled a little water on the table. It was just a minor accident, but no less than eight different waiters and staff members came over to confront me about it, which was incredibly annoying and unnecessary. It was looking I have stolen something or done, some where so much ferious like they really want to eat me for it. In summary: the staff is highly unprofessional and the customer service is poor, but the rooms are clean and the food is good.

The stay was good and comfortable overall. However, considering it is a 4-star hotel, the room service was not up to standard. We stayed for 8 nights, and even when I placed the “Make Up My Room” tag, housekeeping would often only leave water and leave without proper cleaning. I had to stay in the room and ask them to clean in front of me. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Haram for every prayer, and during Ramadan the frequency increases. Even if the bus is only half full, it usually departs, which is very convenient. The bus stops at Jabal Al Kaaba, which is about a 10–13 minute walk to Haram Al-Fatah Gate. However, the walk is a bit steep and involves crossing a bridge, so it feels like you are walking uphill rather than on a straight path. There is also a mini mart and some small restaurants nearby for snacks. Overall, aside from the housekeeping issue, the stay was good.

L’hôtel est propre la chambre pareil il y’a ce qui faut légère odeur au toilette, mais ninpacte pas la chambre le buffet bon c’est pas non plus un 5etoile mais correct pour le prix payer, le bus par contre c’est une fois par heure donc embêtent il y’a pas de restaurant à côté même algérien.

Ramada Hotel Makkah ek comfortable aur reliable hotel hai, jo Umrah aur Hajj pilgrims ke liye kaafi suitable hai. Hotel ki location theek hai, Haram tak shuttle service available hoti hai jo guests ke liye bohot convenient hai. Rooms clean, spacious aur well-maintained hain, jahan beds comfortable aur basic amenities properly provided hoti hain.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with many delicious options. The free shuttle to the Haram is convenient and always available from the hotel. However, returning from Makkah can be challenging due to heavy crowds at the bus stop, with waiting times up to 40 minutes. The area is crowded and not well organized, which can be difficult for women, elderly guests, and children. Overall, the hotel stay was excellent, but the shuttle service management could be improved.

Had all facilties, food in Ramdan was very nice just had few probl3ms in Eid with shuttle service. Had to get taxis to come back from haram. No update was given regarding this from management.

The suite we got two days before we leave was very spacious and beautiful. Thank you Abdulla, abdurahman, Fahad and Bader for the last experience. The only thing we still don’t like is the behaviour of the housekeeping manager who doesn’t inform the housekeepers of our demands, we hope the hotel management will deal with this matter as soon as possible.
