우리는 Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thaker Algharbi에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

Great hotel, very clean and well-maintained throughout. The location is excellent and convenient, close to many shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a nice view. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others

Start wasn’t good as I had to wait almost 50 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready , while serving me receptionist switched to help other guest who spoke Arabic while I was still waiting which I felt disrespectful, while entering room first time it had a strong cigarette smell left by previous guest, rooms were spacious with good ambiance, room service was helpful and kind but the floor wasn’t cleaned regularly , during shower the water was all over the floor in bathroom due to leak in shower glass bottom, on 2nd day the card wasn’t working to enter room , I tried going to reception 3 times and every time they said it’s done but it never worked till one of the staff accompanied me to get the room opened, talking about the positive side Hotel is newly built and breakfast was lavish with a lots of choices , a/c was excellent with warm water if heater switch turn on , shuttle service to and from Masjid Al Haram is good but sometimes it goes out of scheduled timetable , plenty of lifts so you don’t have to wait much , there is Masjid , gym, play area , restaurant in different floors , there is a wholesale market Anjum souq for Clothes , toys, perfume etc just opposite to hotel which is worth visiting . Shall try this hotel again due to its positive facts and hope same mistakes are not repeated by Hotel again.

It is nice place little far away from Haram 30 min walk. Bus service to Haram good but way back challenge. Used only one time then used Taxi. Breakfast is good too.

I could be happy to writting more better than what i am writting about Three Pearls Hotel review. Firstly the reception desk ladies were ok, but the Men over there hardly understand english language. Secondly the cleaning staffs were horrible. They even found mis behaving with the border for cleaning the floor carpet with vaccum cleaner for the second day! The service staffs used to limit the coffee and tissue papers saying, if it is not asked by the boarder then why they should give it! The location of the hotel regarding aerial distance

The check-in process was easy and fast. There are gift shops and grocery stores available in the hotel, which is very convenient. Regarding transportation to Al-Haram Mosque, it is not a direct route; there is a transfer point for public buses. I hope the hotel management will reconsider the comfort of the mattresses, as they were a bit firm.
