익익명 사용자Our stay at Conrad Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, with easy access for prayers and a peaceful atmosphere that adds to the spiritual experience.
The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with high-end amenities, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate every day.
Service at Conrad Makkah is truly world class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was elegant, and the staff attentive to every detail.
Overall, Conrad Makkah exceeded our expectations in every way. It perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and convenience with the spiritual tranquility that every visitor to Makkah seeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj, you won’t be disappointed.

리리뷰어The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers.
What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry)
She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety.
The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners.
Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

저는 이 호텔에서 8박을 했는데 정말 만족스러운 경험이었어요. 객실 청소 서비스가 매일 제공되어 항상 깨끗한 상태를 유지해 주었습니다. 호텔은 시계탑 바로 뒤편, 마스지드 알 하람(이슬람 성모 마리아의 사원)에서 아주 가까운 곳에 위치해 있어요. 매번 기도 전에 조금씩 걸어가야 했는데, 오히려 가벼운 운동이 되어 좋았습니다. 이렇게 좋은 위치에 이 정도 가격이면 정말 가성비가 최고예요. 다음에 또 꼭 묵을 거예요.

남편과 함께 움라 순례를 왔고, M 호텔에서 5박을 했습니다. 호텔 서비스와 음식이 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 하프보드(조식 및 저녁 식사 포함)로 예약했는데, 호텔 뷔페의 이프타르(금식 후 식사)와 수후르(새벽 식사) 음식이 특히 훌륭했습니다. 다음에 다시 움라 순례를 오게 된다면 꼭 M 메카 밀레니엄 호텔에 묵고 싶습니다. 호텔 위치가 조금 멀긴 하지만 택시나 셔틀버스를 이용할 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 레스토랑 직원분들과 무스타파 셰프님 덕분에 맛있는 음식을 즐길 수 있어서 정말 감사했습니다.

MMina Luzon나는 이그제큐티브 룸을 예약하고 훌륭한 편의 시설을 기대하며 화장실이 너무 작습니다. 나는 Makkah에 일찍 도착했고 도착 이틀 전에 이메일을 보냈습니다. 조금 일찍 체크인했지만 호텔은 내 요청에 대해 무지한 것처럼 보입니다. 접수원은 유창한 영어를 구사할 수 있습니다.
마녀는 아랍어를 구사하지 않는 손님에게 좋습니다.

리리뷰어Ibrahim Khalil Road의 훌륭한 호텔로 Masjid Al Haram에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 자신과 가족을 위한 좋은 가격의 호텔을 원하신다면 스릴이 없습니다. 이것은 하나일 것입니다. 실제로 그것을 잘못 할 수 없습니다. 아침 식사는 최고는 아니지만 일을 합니다.

MM8008Overall, the staff were nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Azza, who helped me change my room, the first receptionist I met (I will update her name later), Abdulrahman, who handled my second complaint and did his best, and most importantly Abdullah, who took my cleaning concerns seriously. Thanks to him, the housekeeping staff finally came at 11:35 PM as promised.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping issue was a major problem. My room was not cleaned for several days despite repeated requests. We even stayed out all day to give the staff a chance to clean, but nothing happened until Abdullah intervened. I also felt that traveling with my disabled father may have contributed to being overlooked, which was very stressful.
Apart from the housekeeping problem, everything else about the hotel was good. I hope management addresses these housekeeping issues to ensure all guests receive proper service.
