Food excellent for what I paid. Not Jumeirah or Conrad standard but value for money yes. Room was really good for what I paid. Would have liked a rainfall shower but everything worked and room was clean and spacious. Front desk were helpful and kindly allowed me and early check in and 2 hours late check out which was great as my train was 5pm and normal check out was 12.00pm. I would stay again because if the price but when I usually visit Makkah with family we stay at Jabal Omar Hotels which are closer to the side of the haram we prefer. Its about a 5 min walk for someone myself but with family it will be more like 10 mins to the new extension of Harqm.

Dear Trip.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah, which was booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category, nor the information confirmed prior to arrival. 1. Early Check-in Confirmation Not Honored Before my arrival, I received a message from the hotel requesting confirmation of my check-in time if it was before 12:00 PM. I confirmed this accordingly. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no room was available and was asked to wait until around 4:00 PM, under the pretext that this is the standard check-in time. This was both disappointing and exhausting, especially after travel, and contradicted the prior communication from the hotel. 2. Bathroom Plumbing Issue On the first day, I encountered a serious issue in the bathroom where water overflowed and accumulated, making it impossible to shower or even use the sink properly. Although the issue was eventually repaired, it significantly affected my comfort during the first day of my stay. 3. Repeated Unfulfilled Requests (Pillow and Blanket) I requested an extra pillow and blanket multiple times (at least four separate requests). Each time, I was assured that they would be delivered shortly, yet they never arrived. This reflects poor service follow-up and lack of coordination. 4. Incorrect Breakfast Restaurant Assignment At check-in, the reception staff encoded my room key with access to a breakfast restaurant that was extremely limited in size, overcrowded, and of noticeably low quality. Often, there were no available tables, forcing guests to wait. Every morning, hotel staff verified my eligibility to enter this restaurant. However, on the last day, a different employee informed me—unexpectedly—that my booking actually entitled me to access a higher-quality, more premium breakfast restaurant, which I immediately visited. This means I was wrongly deprived of the service level included in my booking for the majority of my stay. --- Considering all the above issues—miscommunication, delayed room availability, maintenance problems, poor service responsiveness, and incorrect service allocation—I believe this stay fell far below reasonable expectations. I kindly request that Trip.com review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and service failures I experienced, whether in the form of a partial refund, Trip.com credit, or another suitable resolution. The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms. The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.

예약 후 체크인 과정에 대한 부정적인 리뷰를 읽었지만 불행히도 똑같은 것을 경험했습니다. 카운터에 도착했을 때 접수원은 휴대폰에 완전히 산만했습니다. 그의 전화가 울렸을 때 그는 전화를 받기 위해 걸어갔고 다시는 오지 않아 다른 대기열로 전환해야 했습니다. 두 번째 카운터의 여성은 아랍어를 사용하는 손님에게 전적으로 집중하는 것 같았습니다. 30분 정도 줄을 서서 기다리다가 줄을 서지도 않은 두 사람이 바로 걸어 올라갔고, 그녀는 나를 대신해 서빙했다. 마침내 내 차례가 되었을 때 그녀는 다시 한 번 그녀의 전화에 집중했습니다. 그녀는 결국 나를 인정했지만 이상하게 내가 왜 하룻밤만 머물고 있는지 물었습니다. 그녀는 그 다음 나에게 '무료' 아침 식사를 제공한다고 주장했는데, 이는 내가 이미 아침 식사가 포함된 예약 비용을 지불했기 때문에 의미가 없었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원이 더 관심이 있기 때문에 여기에서 체크인 과정은 쉽게 1~2시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 대기열을 존중하는 것보다 전화나 채팅. 끔찍한 서비스를 제외하고 호텔 자체는 매우 깨끗하고 시설은 좋았습니다. 그러나 아침 식사에서 기괴한 사건이있었습니다. 내 물병이 새고 테이블에 약간의 물을 쏟았습니다. 사소한 사고였지만 8명 이상의 웨이터와 직원이 제게 이에 대해 대면하러 왔습니다. 그것은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 성가시고 불필요했습니다. 제가 뭔가를 훔쳤거나 해본 것 같았고, 어떤 곳은 그들이 정말로 나를 먹고 싶어하는 것처럼 열렬한 곳이었습니다. 요약하자면: 직원은 매우 비전문적이며 고객 서비스는 열악하지만 객실은 깨끗하고 음식은 좋습니다.

The beds are comfortable, the amenities are good. They have shuttle service to haram. I'm missed my breakfast. The shower curtain was dirty.

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.

놀라운 숙박 Ahmad 형제와 리셉션의 자매는 모두 도움이되었습니다. 우리는 오후 4시에 체크인했습니다. 바빴기 때문에 평소보다 약간 더 오래 걸렸습니다. 룸 서비스는 탁월했습니다. 위치는 주변에 훌륭한 음식이 많습니다. 도보로 10 분 거리에 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 지역 최고의 호텔! 요금은 4 성급입니다 !!!

I booked executive room & expect a great amenities , the toilet is way too small.I arrived in Makkah early and sent an email two days before my arrival if I Check in little early but the hotel appear to be clueless about my request. The receptionist can speak fluent English witch is great for Non Arabic speaking guest.
