EErna ZaabarMy first stay in the Jabal Omar area.
I didn’t put high expectations at first, but honestly the service and staff deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
My stay here during Umrah was excellent. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and the amenities were great there was a coffee machine, kettle, and even an iron provided
The bathroom was quite spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Only one small thing the room could use more lamps 😌. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

II live to travelThe location is great, walkable on flat surface to Masjidil Haram. It’s about 10 min walk to the mosque due to the crowd. The lady at the reception is fabulous - warm, friendly, accommodating. She was very kind to me. Because i stayed here, i was able to go to the mosque for every prayer time. Plenty of food shops and supermarkets nearby. Short walking distance to taxis when the road is closed for prayers.
The only complaint is the lift which is a bit slow. I would definitely stay here again, in shaa Allah

The price during season ( Ramadan) is volatile and expensive. The Hotels exploit the high demand to make big profit. That is not something new. But in the near of The Haram?!

리리뷰어I stayed 6 nights at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba during my first Umrah, and honestly, it was the best 6 days of my life. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem and, without a doubt, the best hotel in Makkah. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and stunning modern interior completely blew me away.
At check-in, I was greeted by the incredible Brother Rayan, whose warm and welcoming service immediately confirmed I had chosen the perfect hotel. I was guided to my room, which was nothing short of spectacular, immaculate cleanliness, a modern design, premium amenities, and beds so soft I’ve never slept better in my life. The room even offered a beautiful view of the Haram, which made my stay even more special.
The breakfast service was another highlight. The variety and quality were unmatched, from freshly baked croissants and made-to-order omelettes to pancakes, fresh cheeses, olives, breads, fruits, and special daily dishes. The breakfast staff were amazing, always attentive, welcoming, and ready to fulfill every need. Special thanks to Roaa Ahmed, Faisal, Usman, Imtiyaz, and Alam, as well as the restaurant manager Abdul Aziz and Chef Sameh, who went above and beyond, even preparing a special shawarma for me and sending complimentary amenities to my room. Brother Abdul Aziz personally ensured my entire stay was flawless.
I also want to thank Brother NASER ALI, who always served us during breakfast, made the most amazing tea daily, and was genuinely kind and attentive.
Throughout my stay, the rooms were consistently spotless, and any requests were addressed almost instantly. The level of care and dedication from the cleaning and maintenance teams was phenomenal.
A particularly memorable moment: I had lost a significant amount of money during my stay and was extremely distressed. Within hours, Jibran & Sultan found it and returned it to me, showing a level of honesty and integrity that is truly remarkable. I honestly feel you could never lose anything at this hotel - it’s that trustworthy.
The location is perfect! Just a short walking distance to the Haram, with a shuttle bus available at times, and fresh drinks and dates are offered after every Salah by the kind Brother Abdul Majid.
If you want the best hotel experience in Makkah, look no further than Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba. From the impeccable service and luxurious rooms to the amazing food and unmatched integrity, this hotel will make your stay unforgettable. Don’t think twice - book it! It will honestly be the best stay of your life.

리리뷰어Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The reception staff were exceptionally helpful,friendly, and spoke excellent English, ensuring no communication barriers. Any request we had—for clean towels, toilet paper, or fixing a blocked drain—was addressed immediately. They also offered a lovely free spread of cake and coffee after Jumuah prayers.
Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Overall,the room was kept clean. They missed one day of cleaning during our 10-day stay, but it was not an issue as we could still request fresh towels and toiletries on demand.
Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location is on a lovely,busy street with great discounts for gift shopping. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Haram, so you need to factor in a little extra time to get there for prayers.

The hotel has a nice bakery section with lovely fresh croissants for only 4 riyal.The breakfast variety is not big, but it's doable. We didn't book breakfast but checked it out.
