We stayed 7 nights in this historic hotel and celebrated a special occasion during our trip. The hotel is truly beautiful & elegantly decorated, however the service levels were inconsistent and sorely disappointing for a hotel of this standard & price. Also, there was unfortunately no special factor that made this hotel memorable. Rooms - we booked a classic double room for 3 people & got upgraded to a deluxe room on a high floor. While I appreciated the upgrade and the room decor was beautiful, the bathroom (while spacious) was in visible need of refurbishment. The paint was badly peeling in certain parts, the closet doorknob came off on our third day, the glass shower door wouldn't close fully so the bathroom got wet during a shower. I'm not expecting a newly renovated room but for the price, the room should at least be in good working condition. Housekeeping - was very inconsistent and there was a severe lack of attention to detail. Some examples: - Upon check in, the room curtain was unhooked from the first hook and messily hanging - it took 3 days for housekeeping to finally notice & fix this. - For the entirety of our stay, all room amenities were provided for 2 (not 3) people despite us having booked & paid for 3 people. - Used wine glasses & water mugs were not washed for several days until we called housekeeping to do so. - On several days, I came back to my luggage having been moved haphazardly (I think they were trying to make up the extra bed) and not put back in its place. - Turn down service was done beautifully on some days and not at all on other days. Rooftop terrace - was a gorgeous place to dine, food was excellent and the service was lovely. We felt very welcome here and it was a real treat dining here! Definitely try the rooftop terrace at least once! Front desk, concierge and bellman were excellent. The concierge was helpful with dining recommendations and guest relations gave us a cake for the special occasion we were celebrating. The bellman was attentive to get us taxis & always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast - is definitely worth a try! The breakfast room is beautiful and the drawing room leading to it is so regal & gorgeous. Generous spread of food & service was warm as well. Amar - dined here & paid over 400 euros but it was a shockingly disappointing experience. The bread, starters, petit fours & decor were wonderful - but the 200 euros of seafood we ordered was not fresh at all and the service was disinterested & careless. We were abit shocked at how bad it was for a Michelin restaurant. Bluesman cocktail bar - did not try. There's a 50 euro per pax minimum spend but perhaps this could be waived for hotel guests who are already paying a lot for a room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt greatly let down by the service standards at this otherwise lovely hotel. Unfortunately, I highly doubt I'd return here again but sincerely hope the hotel improves its service standards to match its elega

Fantastic hotel!!!!!🌟🌟🌟. Our daughter booked it as a treat for our pearl anniversary. Beautifully clean room. Bed and pillows were so so soft and comfortable. Staff were so friendly, helpful and always greeted you with a smile . Great location for EVERYTHING…. Sagrada familia, Catalonia, the Ramblas, etc. Can’t fault it in any way. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay easy and pleasant 😊

Where do I start we simply loved everything about our stay at the edition. We stayed here April 18th - 21st and the staff specifically the concierge, night bell man on the 18th and front desk were beyond helpful and accommodating. I unfortunately lost the card with their names but those three guys helped my mom and I tremendously - from recommendations, transportations and other tidbits which made our stay very special. Lou Lou on the rooftop was exceptional and actually would remember our morning order which added that extra touch of personalization and guest service. Lisa I believe was her name at the rooftop bar (evening) was also fabulous. The Edition hotel is one of my favorite luxury boutique hotels and the Barcelona one didn’t disappoint - the rooms were gorgeous, clean and well appointed. The rooftop had breath taking views and the bar on the 1st floor was great for a nightcap. On top of the service, great rooms the hotel was in an exceptional location which made exploring super easy! We spent three days here and then moved to the W and it was nowhere near the level of luxury service - quite frankly we regretted having not stayed at the Edition for our entire stay!

ISE 2022 기간에 벌어진 엄청난 난센스를 말해야 겠습니다. 이 호텔에 머무는 마지막 날에 날치기 사건이 일어났습니다. 저녁 식사를 마치고 작별 인사로 포옹을 하는 사이를 노려 2인조 중 한 명이 손목 시계를 강탈해 갔습니다. 그 직후 대기 중이던 나머지 한 명이 e-스쿠터로 도주를 도왔습니다. 우리가 소리를 지르며 추적했습니다만 잡을 수 없었습니다. 전하려는 난센스는 여기서 부터입니다. 특히나 호텔 입구에서 벌어진 일이기 때문에 무척 놀랐습니다. 하지만 호텔 직원 누구 하나 현장에 나와보지 않더군요! 더 가관인 것은 호텔 정문 앞은 자기들 책임이 아니라더 군요!! 호텔 정문 앞에 고객차를 주차시키는 공간도 자기 책임이 아닐까요? 정말 소름끼칩니다. 그리고 그 표정도 정말 이상했습니다. 별로 놀라지 않는 얼굴은 지금도 이해가 되지 않습니다. 물론 현장 출동한 경찰이 그 주변이 일주일 2 건 정도 날치기가 일어나는 우범지역이라고 했을 때 어느정도 이해는 했지만 마치 일상처럼 느끼게 하는 표정은 정말 많은 것을 (?) 상상하게 했습니다. 그 외 희박한 서비스 정신에 대해서 이야기하자면, 2인 1실에 퀸 사이즈 침대를 1인용 2개로 분리해 달라, 추가 담요를 달라고 했는데 3일차가 되어서야 얇은 담요 한 장 겨우 주더군요. 그때 이 호텔의 진정한 수준을 알았어야 했나 싶습니다. 또 호텔 창문 아예 열 수 없수 없다는 것은 매우 불편했습니다. 특히나 싸구려(?) 향수를 너무 많이 뿌려 놓아서 두통에 시달려야 했습니다. 열 수 없는 창문과 향수가 시너지를 발휘했습니다. 어처구니 없는 서비스와 대응 때문에 정말 비추천 호텔입니다! 겉만 보고 판단하지 마세요!!!!!

The Hotel has a wonderful staff. They are very friendly and polite. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is located 5-7 away of the central part of the city. Plenty of restaurants choices . Very clean place with a modern design. We've been there to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday and the management has been prepare for. They had organised the room with a lot of balloons and small presents for him. Very kind of them. The breakfast was included and it was with a multiple choices. Excellent customer service... So - Highly recommended place of any one aspect!

Hotel tutto nuovo, ora si chiama Green House Hotel. È situato di fronte all’Auditori, ben collegato con la metro L1 essendo vicino alla fermata Marina e anche alla metro che passa da Monumental e va verso Badalona. Camere piccola ma giusta per ospitare due persone, materasso comodo, bagno senza bidet (purtroppo) doccia con porta a vetri sufficientemente ampia e con ottima pressione dell’acqua. Wi-Fi funzionante, in camera c’erano cassaforte e frigorifero. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sia al check in che al check out, sia per la richiesta di asciugamani aggiuntivi immediatamente soddisfatta. Bisognerà aggiungere qualche accessorio in bagno e camera, come grucce e porta spazzolini da denti, ma l’hotel ha del potenziale ed è perfetto per chi vuole vivere la città ad un prezzo non esorbitante.

Overall an ok place if you don't spend much time in your room, but quite overpriced at an average nightly rate of 150 euros (without breakfast).

This hotel is very good. Reminded us of Hampton Inn's in the states. Very good bed. Only reason not 5 stars is they turned off the AC Nov. 1st (we were told) and we visited a couple weeks later during an unusually warm spell so the room was a bit uncomfortably hot at night.
