리리뷰어우리는 Baia Azul에서의 숙박을 정말 즐겼습니다. 이 호텔에는 모든 것이 있습니다! 라운지 공간의 멋진 전망, 밤에는 엔터테인먼트가 있는 아름다운 바, 훌륭한 서비스, 사랑스럽고 편안한 객실, 매우 멋진 수영장 공간. 우리는 그것을 잘못 할 수 없습니다! 아침 식사도 사랑 스러웠습니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다!

리리뷰어The staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

MMuhammadOne of the main reason why I booked this 4 star hotel was that it said it had a large space gym area as mentioned before booking, so I assumed it being a 4 start Hotel it will have decent weights and machines. However, when I arrived, the gym didn’t have a pull-up bar or a cable machine, the dumbbell weights were very basic that went up to only 10 kg. That is absolutely disappointing considering this was a 4 start Hotel. To be honest the multiuse cable machine is pretty much all you need as it has everything to be exercise all your body parts! I love my pullups hence I had to find a way to do them so I found a metal gate just outside the gym in the tennis court believe it or not I used the gate frame to do my pullups (see picture). Another downfall is that it didn’t have a water fountain in the gym area. You had to go up to the reception and buy bottle of water for €2. Good luck to those who suffer from quick dehydration.
I expected the room to have a kettle which you wouldn’t think twice whether it will have it or not. But guess what? You have to pay extra to have a kettle in your room during your stay between €5 to €7. That’s just jokes, I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry!
Other than that, the staff were very friendly and the location is close to the sea, and approximately 11 minutes drive to the main city area in Funchal.
I’d say the breakfast is good, but the same time pretty standard what you would get in a 3 star hotel. I was expecting better variety. The breakfast is always the same every day. Hardly never changes. However, the dinner menu has a rotation.
Overall, I would give this place 3.5 out of 5!
I hope they can accommodate the above the next time I visit.

FFahad A Alghamdi모든 것이 환상적이었고 호텔 위치, 서비스 및 호텔의 디자인이었습니다. 나는 거기에서 2 박을 즐겼다. 불행히도 3 시간 20 분을 기다렸기 때문에 환영은 나에게 좋지 않았습니다. 예, 오후 2시 체크인 시간 전에 일찍 와서 11시 50분에 왔고 프론트 데크 직원(Eduard)은 내 방이 오후 2시에 준비될 것이라고 확인했지만 3시까지: 오후 10시 프론트 데크 매니저(Peter)에게 문제를 업그레이드 한 후 방에 도착했습니다. 문제는 내가 잃어버린 시간이 아니라 프론트 데크 직원의 태도가 내 얼굴을 여러 번보고 있었고 그는 당신의 방이 아직 준비되지 않은 것에 대해 미안하다고 말하기 위해 오지 않았습니다. 사과하기 위해...

리리뷰어A experiência no Pestana Ocean Bay foi bastante agradável, os colaboradores foram sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos, ajudaram sempre que foi necessário, têm sem dúvida uma equipa preocupada com o hóspede, atenta, empática, senti-me muito bem recebida… num questionário que respondi a meio da estadia, mencionei que nos buffets poderia haver uvas (isto porque a minha filha gosta muito, e as uvas eram uma fruta que ainda não tinha surgido), fiz essa observação pensando que nem ia ser lida, no entanto, no dia seguinte ao chegar ao quarto tínhamos um belo prato de uvas, nesse momento, sentimo-nos acarinhadas como se estivéssemos em casa, foi um gesto de cuidado que nos deixou sensibilizadas, estão de parabéns por isso e por, efetivamente, lerem os questionários, que muitas vezes achamos que ninguém vai ler e importarem-se com o que lá se escreve. Têm uma boa organização, apresentação e logística de tudo o que envolve uma estadia: refeições, animação ao fim do dia, saídas/passeios, etc.
Continuação de um trabalho de excelência ☺️ obrigada.

리리뷰어Very disappointing parking situation, 10e a day parking or driving up and down the road trying to find public spot.. NO WIFI!!!! What do you mean there’s 0 free WiFi access in any areas of the hotel
Wouldn’t be as big of an issue but there’s also very little mobile network connection, therefore use of Data was ever limited..
Breakfast - is okay, you could tell a lot of items are stored and reused days later (pastries, fresh fruits)
Pool is okay but sunbeds are uncomfortable and you can’t get a towel in morning (10am…)
Hotel management could easily make this in a 5* property with just basic additional amenities and being less greedy with add ons..
Overall for a supposedly 4 star hotel it’s more like 3.
However
Staff are quite nice and helpful
Rooms are crazy spacious (probably double what average same price hotel will get you in Portugal)
Location is good, a little further from city center (about 75min walk) but in front of a nice empty black sand beach

FFabianThe dining room -I was there for the breakfast- is an old one, not so inviting. The breakfast-selection is not so good, as a vegan or vegetarian you can't choose much (only beans & bread), the coffee is okay but not tasty, the juices are not fresh & sugary.
There is no big pot for cooking, for two persons it would be good to have one.
The bed is good, the fan does its job, the bathroom is big enough, the balcony practical.
The location is near to the busline, 30min to walk to the center & there is the Lido promenade (with some places to swim) to the next small city with a small light tunnel for pedestrians, there you can hear/see the surf :)
The opening times for the pool are too late in the morning and too short (8.00-20.00).
The female staff at the reception with the glasses (saturday evening), didn't manage my wake-up-call for the next morning (the staff at this day showed me that he had no notice for a call), thats not a good one, because sometimes you have to depend on it.

VVictoria훌륭한 위치, 좋은 내 수영장, 바닷물과 바다로의 콘센트가있는 2 가지 유형의 수영장 옆에 있으며 호텔의 아름다운 동굴과 긴 모래 해변에서 도보로 단 25 분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 모두에게 매우 친절했고 남편의 생일에 샴페인 한 병을 주었습니다. 우리는 창에서 탁 트인 전망을 가지고 있었고 세련되었습니다. 1003호실이었습니다. 단점으로 아침식사를 샀는데 남편이 오래 자고 아침식사만 하고 이미 지불을 해서 직원에게 남편을 위해 아침식사 상자를 가져오라고 했지만 할 수 없었고 결과적으로 모든 아침 식사가 허용되지 않았습니다. 우리가 잃어버린 지불, 10:00까지 아침 식사 일찍 일어나지 않으면 먹지 마십시오. 염두에 두십시오. 다른 모든 것은 괜찮습니다. 매일 청소하십시오.

리리뷰어우리는 늦은 새 가격으로 마지막 순간에 트리플 룸 3 침대를 예약했습니다. 그러나 그들은 우리에게 더블룸 2개의 침대를 주었습니다. 꽤 시끄러운 테니스 코트 바로 옆 1층에 있습니다. 31도 F이며 에어컨이 없습니다. 신선한 공기를 위해 1 개의 작은 창 만 열 수 있지만 많은 손님이 실내 수영장, 체육관 ... 등으로 접근 할 수있는 산책로를 향하고 있습니다. 프라이버시가 충분하지 않습니다.
도보 거리에 많은 작은 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑 및 버스 정류장이 있으므로 위치는 괜찮습니다. 호텔 시설은 가격대비 좋습니다.

리리뷰어The hotel is in Lido area with plenty of restaurants and small super markets near by. Only 3 mins walk to bus top where can bring you to City Center €1.95 single one way and airport. €5 single one way, €8 return. Walking to City center is about 20-30mins. Only 10mins walk to Forum Madeira shopping mall. Breakfast is good with many choices of fruit, salad, yogurt, ham, eggs, bread, cereals. Indoor, outdoor pool and gym are nice too. We stay in sea and swimming pool view studio with kitchenette. The balcony is wonderful.
Staffs are polite and patient. Only one con, no air conditioning in 31 degrees. Only have a ceiling fan.
