The location, the setting, the facilities and cleanliness is pretty good. The issue is with their service. We tried calling the reception during the working hours and there was no answer. They also did not call us back. If we are lucky, we will see a staff and get some assistance. It is important to have a car of your own otherwise it is difficult to get around in the resort. The total that the hotel charged is way more than what was shown in trip website. Even if I include the city tax it was still high. It is important to give a clear picture of the total amount of the booking. Just to put it in context, there was almost Euro 150 difference between what was shown in Trip website and the final amount that I paid to the hotel. This is a shocker for me. And of course it is not what I want to have a first experience of using Trip website. This needs to be looked into.

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

The hotel facilities and location are amazing! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good with many options. The only negative point is the lack of detail in the service. The y offer only one water bottle per room and charge for refill, they offer no vanity kit or sleepers. Emitem magnólia could be a top hotel in Madeira if they pay more attention to the details. Overall we had a good time anyway.

호텔 위치, 서비스, 디자인 등 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 2박 동안 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다만, 체크인 과정에서 3시간 20분을 기다려야 했던 것은 아쉬운 점입니다. 체크인 시간인 오후 2시보다 일찍, 11시 50분에 도착했는데 프런트 직원(에두아르드)이 2시에 방이 준비될 거라고 확인해 주었습니다. 하지만 3시 10분이 되어서야 프런트 매니저(피터)에게 항의한 후에야 방에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 시간적인 문제뿐만 아니라 프런트 직원의 태도가 문제였습니다. 그는 제 얼굴을 여러 번 쳐다보면서도 방이 아직 준비되지 않았다는 사과 한마디도 없이 그냥 지나갔습니다.

オールインクルーシブということで、食事もお酒もどこかしらのレストランで食べることができました。お勧めのレストランはVELA DI CANALEというイタリアンカフェ。 熱々のピザも食べ放題で、タイミングが合えば好みのトッピングでオリジナルも焼いてくれます。プールも広々していてゆっくりと過ごすことができました。また宿泊したいです。

A experiência no Pestana Ocean Bay foi bastante agradável, os colaboradores foram sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos, ajudaram sempre que foi necessário, têm sem dúvida uma equipa preocupada com o hóspede, atenta, empática, senti-me muito bem recebida… num questionário que respondi a meio da estadia, mencionei que nos buffets poderia haver uvas (isto porque a minha filha gosta muito, e as uvas eram uma fruta que ainda não tinha surgido), fiz essa observação pensando que nem ia ser lida, no entanto, no dia seguinte ao chegar ao quarto tínhamos um belo prato de uvas, nesse momento, sentimo-nos acarinhadas como se estivéssemos em casa, foi um gesto de cuidado que nos deixou sensibilizadas, estão de parabéns por isso e por, efetivamente, lerem os questionários, que muitas vezes achamos que ninguém vai ler e importarem-se com o que lá se escreve. Têm uma boa organização, apresentação e logística de tudo o que envolve uma estadia: refeições, animação ao fim do dia, saídas/passeios, etc. Continuação de um trabalho de excelência ☺️ obrigada.

Отель расположен недалеко от набережной, имеет хороший вид на океан. Большие номера с балконом. Wi-Fi быстрый. Завтраки очень разнообразные и вкусные.

A lovely Hotel, with a high level of service and a great restaurant an amenities. The location is only good for those willing to taxi or drive to Funchal- otherwise it is a 30-35minite walk, allow more time for the way back all uphill. The decor of the rooms is dated- very 1990s in style, the carpet is wearing thin in places. The pool side area is nice but could benefit from a modernization to make the decor match the level of service. Can't fault the stay otherwise. Shout out to Sandra, the Maitre 'd, D for her amazing level of service. Obregado!

The dining room -I was there for the breakfast- is an old one, not so inviting. The breakfast-selection is not so good, as a vegan or vegetarian you can't choose much (only beans & bread), the coffee is okay but not tasty, the juices are not fresh & sugary. There is no big pot for cooking, for two persons it would be good to have one. The bed is good, the fan does its job, the bathroom is big enough, the balcony practical. The location is near to the busline, 30min to walk to the center & there is the Lido promenade (with some places to swim) to the next small city with a small light tunnel for pedestrians, there you can hear/see the surf :) The opening times for the pool are too late in the morning and too short (8.00-20.00). The female staff at the reception with the glasses (saturday evening), didn't manage my wake-up-call for the next morning (the staff at this day showed me that he had no notice for a call), thats not a good one, because sometimes you have to depend on it.

Прекрасно всё для этой ценоврй категории. Великолепный завтрак для отеля 3 звезды. Кухня, на которой можно приготовить вкусный ужин из прекрасных продуктов. Сильная вытяжка, никаких запахов, даже если подарить себе рыбку Балкончик с шикарным видом, на котором великолепно удинается с видом на море и сияющую огнём гору Монте. . Уборка каждый день. Район прекрасный. Внизу по улочке-променад вдоль океана, шикарный огромный супермаркет, зелень, кафешки.. Рекомендую. Да, отель старенький, немного пошарпанное всё, но плюсы перекрывают минусы с учётом стоимости этого всего..
