The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows or balconies that let you soak in the serene surroundings. The beds are comfortable, and the overall ambiance feels homely yet refined. While the property is generally well-maintained, a few minor maintenance touches could make it even better.
One of the highlights is the service — the staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is hearty and flavorful, often featuring fresh local produce, and dining on the terrace with a view is a treat in itself

IIvan GR아름다운 전망을 갖춘 아름다운 호텔입니다. 그러나 벽이 얇아서 많은 소음이 들립니다. 거의 산 정상에 있기 때문에 쉽게 갈 수 없습니다. 또 다른 좋은 점은 레스토랑이 오후 10시에 문을 닫고 음식이 좋고 저렴하다는 것입니다. 우리는 하룻밤만 머물렀기 때문에 수영장을 찾지 못했습니다. 그건 그렇고 좋은 숙박이었고 아침 식사는 좋았습니다.
PD: 우리는 킹/퀸 침대가 있어야 하는 더블룸을 예약했지만 두 개의 개별 침대가 함께 배치되었습니다.

리리뷰어The Good
The standout feature of The Coffee Bungalow is undoubtedly its staff, particularly Adrian, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was attentive and genuinely warm, making us feel well cared for. The food was another highlight—delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A particularly nice touch was when they packed us a complimentary to-go lunch for our train journey out of Kandy, which was a pleasant and unexpected gesture.
The Bad
The lack of air conditioning was a notable downside, especially given Kandy’s humidity. While the property has a charming colonial feel, the absence of a solid door between the bedroom and bathroom was an odd design choice. Although the toilet and shower do have louvered doors, privacy is somewhat compromised. Another issue was the challenging entry system—we found ourselves locked out one night, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
The Ugly
Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the ant problem. While some level of bugs is to be expected in a tropical setting, the sheer number of ants, particularly in the bathroom but also in the bedroom, was hard to ignore. It definitely impacted our overall comfort.
Overall, The Coffee Bungalow has a lot of charm and some truly wonderful hospitality, but there are a few quirks and inconveniences that might not suit every traveler. If you’re prepared for a bit of rustic charm and can handle the lack of AC and privacy, the warm service and great food may make up for the downsides.

YYY123456새로 지어진 호텔인데 엘리베이터가 없는게 아쉽습니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑도 맛있고, 웨이터들이 세심하고 재미있습니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 캔디에서의 체류 시간이 너무 짧아서 아쉽습니다. 그렇지 않았다면 며칠 더 머물렀을 것입니다.

리리뷰어이 호텔에 머무르는 기쁨을 누렸고 우리가 받은 서비스와 환대 수준에 이보다 더 감동할 수 없었습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 직원들은 우리의 체류가 편안하고 기억에 남을 수 있도록 계속해서 나아갔습니다.
팀은 교통 수단을 마련하고 방문할 장소를 제안하는 데 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 우리가 치아 유물 과정에 참석할 것을 권했고 내가 본 폭포 중 가장 숨막히는 폭포로 밝혀진 폭포를 방문하도록 제안했습니다. 그들의 현지 지식은 우리의 경험을 진정으로 향상시켰습니다.
우리 택시가 우리를 중간에 내려 주었을 때, 호텔 직원은 즉시 tuk-tuk에서 우리를 데리러 왔습니다.

KKiana MendozaAbsolutely stunning, giant compound with an extensive history! They even offer a history walking tour but unfortunately there weren’t enough people signed up to make the tour happen. If you’re looking for a “colonial” stay, this is a great place. I recommend just walking around to see it for yourself. It’s also right on Kandy Lake, so it’s a nice walk (and not too far from the Kandyan Culture Center and the Sacred Tooth Temple
Meals were good, but service sometimes is a little messy. Buffet was missing things like tongs or a cloth over the tray handles (which were hot to touch), but there’s a lot of servers walking around so I’m sure they’ll be able to do double-checks on this

리리뷰어Overall stay in radisson kandy was pretty pleasant and comfortable. Room was very clean and presentable. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the dining hall was spacious and the food was tasty with a variety of dishes. Roof top restaurants have a good variety of dishes with swimming pool and very view of skyline with visible kandy lake, buddha temples, mountains etc. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help for any requirements. Only was the availability of drinking water. Supplied only 2 bottles of 500 ml each and water cooler/ dispenser not available and guest had to buy additional water bottles at very high cost (compared to market rate. Hotel management can have a look at an issue of availability of drinking water. Otherwise the overall hotel stay was pleasant/ satisfying.

리리뷰어無變泳池擁有一流的風景，從泳池可以看到Kandy美麗的風景，房間的風景也不錯。到了酒店以後，酒店工作人員會幫忙協助辦理入住，並提供welcome drink，酒店比較大，我入住的房間相對比較遠。房間比較大，三人間有2張拼到一起的床，和一張單人床，足夠三個人睡覺。房間比較大，有空調和風扇，房間的落地窗不錯，有一個小陽台，可以用來發獃。房間不足的地方是的確比較舊，個別毛巾有點黑，而且感覺衛生間馬桶的衛生沒有搞好!在酒店吃了自助晚餐，價格3000多盧比，種類挺多，味道也不錯! 但是自助晚餐不含酒水，飯後需要給一些小費(畢竟這麪是小費國家)。另外補充一句，這個酒店在攜程感覺比其他平台都便宜!

리리뷰어The owners and employees at this hotel are so, so lovely.
Unfortunately their hotel is not. I almost feel catfished as many of the photos highlighted the bar and pool party atmosphere. This was not the case - the pool was a decent size but in the shade and I actually didn’t see anyone in it. The pool party drinking shots I highly suspect were perhaps not a genuine source.
The same goes for the bar which is massive and attended to by several lovely young, bored gentlemen as both times I popped up (once for dinner) I was the only patron. Again no party atmosphere or even people - which is a shame as it is a big venue.
Fortunately next door was another venue for some decent cocktails and music which saved the boredom somewhat.
The bedroom was a decent size with a small fridge (but didn’t work), the bathroom was small, felt dirty, no hand soap or soap for the shower (apart from leftover previous occupants - and that was gross).
The pressure was poor making showering difficult and there was plaster on the floor from some damage - not cleaned up.
The bed was massive and comfortable with air conditioning and a fan so sleep was good.
Finally, and to repeat, the staff were lovely. Very hospitable and the location is about a ten minute walk to the Sacred Tooth Temple and Kandy Lake. So great location.
Would I stay there again - no. Would I pop in to say hello to the owners and next door for a cocktails - possibly!
