This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

酒店位於一個小坡上，可以看到湖以及高爾夫森林球場，房間簡潔但是很舒服很新，早餐也很豐富的，沒想到這個小城市有很多國人來玩和在這裏生活，酒店旁邊就是target和Macy’s 百貨，百貨打折力度很大 ，有拉夫和Tommy DNKY等品牌，如果有時間可以淘到物美價廉的東西，terrace的落日是每天不一樣的驚艷。

trip.com을 통해 예약했고 호텔은 Trip이 예약하기 위해 사용한 카드를 어떻게 든 지우고 카드를 청구했습니다 ... 체크인 할 때 처음으로 그녀가 나에게 청구하려고했을 때 그들을 잡았고 그녀는 그것을 정리했습니다 ... 50 달러 만 내 카드에 부수적 인 비용으로 갈 것이라고 말했습니다. ... 그랬지만 다음날 아침에 체크아웃할 때 다시 계정을 보니 방에 대해 다시 전액 청구했습니다... 4일이 지났는데 보류가 아직 떨어지지 않았습니다... 사람들에게서 가져가기에는 너무 많은 돈 돌아오기 위해 며칠을 기다려야 하는 오류에... 확실히 그것에 대해 행복하지 않고 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다.

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

리리뷰어I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

리리뷰어No frills hotel, meets the basic needs.
First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

리리뷰어성인 아들과 나는 주말에 장례식을 위해 라인란더까지 여행해야 했습니다. 스포츠 컨벤션도 진행 중이어서 조약돌을 포함한 모든 호텔이 꽤 비쌌습니다. 가격 충격을 극복하자 우리는 호텔을 매우 즐겼습니다. 새것이라 깨끗하고 침대도 너무 편안했습니다. 우리는 2개의 퀸 사이즈 침대와 섹션 소파와 다른 TV가 있는 다른 공간이 있는 방을 가지고 있었습니다. 나는 어린 자녀가있는 모든 그룹이 그 방과 아이들을 위한 TV 채널을 좋아했을 것이라고 생각합니다! 우리는 TV 리모컨이 어떻게 작동하는지 이해하지 못했기 때문에 프론트 데스크에 전화했을 때 매우 유쾌한 젊은 여성이 와서 작동 방식을 보여주었습니다. 훌륭했지만 TV의 인쇄된 지침이 작동하고 시간을 절약했을 것이라고 생각합니다! 아침 식사는 좋았습니다 .... 가루 스크램블 에그, 그러나 그것과 함께 갈 다른 많은 목소리. 바로 옆에 패밀리 레스토랑이 있었지만 아침과 점심 만 열려있었습니다. 나는 확실히 다시 거기에 머물 것이다!

리리뷰어We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a family funeral and the location of the Baymont was perfect. The room was very clean and well furnished. I had to laugh because other members of the family were also staying there and my husband and I were 2 out of 8 who figured out that if you untucked the bed pillow and gave it a slight shake, it turned into a large, soft, comfortable bed pillow! We had a good laugh over that during breakfast. Breakfast was good also. My husband would have preferred some sausage and eggs, but I made sure he got some of that this morning after we got home. I thought there was a very good variety of breakfast items available and when stock ran low, the attendant was right there to restock the coolers, etc. The dining area was kept very clean also, which was very nice to see, indeed.

리리뷰어The room looks modern and has nice, new furniture, which I really appreciate. However, the window wasn’t very clear or clean, and the AC unit had a lot of dust inside, which made me wonder how long it’s been since it was last cleaned. More attention to housekeeping details would make the stay much better.
The exterior area near the entrance also needs improvement. Even though the hotel is a non-smoking property, there are often people smoking right by the front door. It’s unpleasant to walk through cigarette smoke every time I enter or leave.
Also, $25 per night deposit, and no laundry service.
Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with potential, but I hope the hotel focuses more on cleanliness and enforcing the smoke-free policy to create a fresher, more welcoming atmosphere.
