'Kangti 외곽의 산 정상. 산을 오르는 길은 가파르고 험준하지만 호텔에 들어서면 작고 절묘하고 인간미가 가득하다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 레스토랑은 Kangti 계곡을 내려다보고 있으며 경치가 매우 좋습니다.
서비스 태도는 제안할만한 가치가 있습니다 : 우리는 아이를 데려오고 기본적으로 모든 호텔에 15-20 나이프의 추가 요금을 추가하지만 여기서는 면제되고 어린이에게 아침 식사를 제공했습니다.

'Misty Hills Villa Kadugannawa boasts the most incredible view over local mountains, best enjoyed if you are taking a cooling dip in the (small, but perfectly positioned) infinity pool! My husband and I were very well looked after during our short stay. The hotel staff served lovely breakfasts, organised two dinners for us and booked a tuk tuk for a day trip to Kandy. They also surprised me with a beautiful little cake on my birthday and even sang to me! The only small points I would make is that the dinners are not actually cooked on site - and that the staff did not offer to clean or make up our bedroom during our 3 night stay. Nevertheless, much kindness and warmth was demonstrated towards us and we loved the rural position of the property.'

'這家酒店是新開的，還是挺乾淨的，但是臨街，而且是主街，太吵了，汽車摩託車不停的跑的聲音，還有喇叭聲，夜深的時候聽的特別清楚，我的心養病都快犯了，一晚無法入睡，太痛苦了！本來定了兩晚，但再住一晚，我的心臟會出問題，第二天一早6點就去協商退房的事情，又找到攜程，答應給退房了！因為這個民宿不含早餐，所以我們入住的時候預訂了早餐，額外付款了兩份早餐，兩個雞蛋餅兩盤水果，幾片麪包和果醬，沒有飲料沒有咖啡，4200盧比，不知道這個價格為什麼這麼貴！？是因為我們取消了一天還是早餐價格如此不合理？
另外，服務員們態度還不錯，但這家民宿的位置和早餐，實在不推薦！

리리뷰어고정된 침실에는 3-4 사람을 잘 수 있는 다락방이 있습니다. 공공 장소와 객실 장식 및 유지 관리가 좋습니다. 위치는 도심에서 멀지 않지만 도로와 철도와 가깝고 밤을 제외하고 다른 시간에는 시끄럽습니다. 온수 스위치는 옷장에 숨겨져 있고 체크인 할 때 열리지 않으며 추가 지침이 없습니다. 프론트 데스크는 저녁 10시에 퇴근 할 수 없어 찬물로 샤워를 할 수 있습니다. 욕조에 작은 도마뱀붙이가 있습니다. 저녁 식사는 수프를 제외하고는 맛이 좋지 않습니다. 두 종류의 생선은 너무 건조하고 쓴 맛이 있습니다. 오후 2시에 처음 체크인했을 때 세탁물을 보내고 싶었습니다. 다음날 아침 가게를 떠나기 전에 추가 요금을 청구해야한다고 들었습니다. 전날 같은 브랜드의 다른 호텔에 체크인하고 다음날 아침 10시에 세탁을 보내십시오. 세탁 및 다림질은 무료입니다. 또한 이상한 점은 매장을 떠날 때 만족도 조사 피드백이 프론트 데스크에서 서명을 작성하는 데 도움이되고 마지막 하나는 실제로 작성하도록 허용한다는 것입니다. 높은 점수를 보면 개선 의견을 제시 할 수 있습니다. 서비스 인식의 차이를 볼 수 있습니다.

JJodie방은 아주 좋았고 직원들의 서비스도 좋았지만, 방이 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 바로 아래층에서 매일 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 계속 나서 리셉션에 전화해서 멈춰달라고 부탁했습니다. 밤 11시가 넘어서 묵었던 이틀 동안은 대화 소리가 아주 크게 들렸습니다. 침대는 정말 편안했고 시설도 좋았지만, 소음이 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

The standout feature of The Coffee Bungalow is undoubtedly its staff, particularly Adrian, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was attentive and genuinely warm, making us feel well cared for. The food was another highlight—delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A particularly nice touch was when they packed us a complimentary to-go lunch for our train journey out of Kandy, which was a pleasant and unexpected gesture.
The Bad
The lack of air conditioning was a notable downside, especially given Kandy’s humidity. While the property has a charming colonial feel, the absence of a solid door between the bedroom and bathroom was an odd design choice. Although the toilet and shower do have louvered doors, privacy is somewhat compromised. Another issue was the challenging entry system—we found ourselves locked out one night, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
The Ugly
Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the ant problem. While some level of bugs is to be expected in a tropical setting, the sheer number of ants, particularly in the bathroom but also in the bedroom, was hard to ignore. It definitely impacted our overall comfort.
Overall, The Coffee Bungalow has a lot of charm and some truly wonderful hospitality, but there are a few quirks and inconveniences that might not suit every traveler. If you’re prepared for a bit of rustic charm and can handle the lack of AC and privacy, the warm service and great food may make up for the downsides.

팀은 교통 수단을 마련하고 방문할 장소를 제안하는 데 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 우리가 치아 유물 과정에 참석할 것을 권했고 내가 본 폭포 중 가장 숨막히는 폭포로 밝혀진 폭포를 방문하도록 제안했습니다. 그들의 현지 지식은 우리의 경험을 진정으로 향상시켰습니다.
우리 택시가 우리를 중간에 내려 주었을 때, 호텔 직원은 즉시 tuk-tuk에서 우리를 데리러 왔습니다.

The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!

리리뷰어Overall stay in radisson kandy was pretty pleasant and comfortable. Room was very clean and presentable. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the dining hall was spacious and the food was tasty with a variety of dishes. Roof top restaurants have a good variety of dishes with swimming pool and very view of skyline with visible kandy lake, buddha temples, mountains etc. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help for any requirements. Only was the availability of drinking water. Supplied only 2 bottles of 500 ml each and water cooler/ dispenser not available and guest had to buy additional water bottles at very high cost (compared to market rate. Hotel management can have a look at an issue of availability of drinking water. Otherwise the overall hotel stay was pleasant/ satisfying.

Ssafkhat직원들은 친절하고, 배려심이 많고, 도움이 되었습니다. 특히, 세심하고 제 숙박이 편안하도록 최선을 다한 Ashan이 있었습니다. 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 매일 깨끗한 타월을 제공하고 매일 객실을 청소했습니다. 객실에는 무료 wifi, 세면도구, 금고, 에어컨, 무료 생수가 포함되어 있습니다. 편리한 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 캔디 기차역에서 15분 거리에 있습니다. 근처 명소로는 캔디 호수(도보 5분)와 신성한 치아 유물 사원(도보 10분)이 있습니다.

리리뷰어The owners and employees at this hotel are so, so lovely.
Unfortunately their hotel is not. I almost feel catfished as many of the photos highlighted the bar and pool party atmosphere. This was not the case - the pool was a decent size but in the shade and I actually didn’t see anyone in it. The pool party drinking shots I highly suspect were perhaps not a genuine source.
The same goes for the bar which is massive and attended to by several lovely young, bored gentlemen as both times I popped up (once for dinner) I was the only patron. Again no party atmosphere or even people - which is a shame as it is a big venue.
Fortunately next door was another venue for some decent cocktails and music which saved the boredom somewhat.
The bedroom was a decent size with a small fridge (but didn’t work), the bathroom was small, felt dirty, no hand soap or soap for the shower (apart from leftover previous occupants - and that was gross).
The pressure was poor making showering difficult and there was plaster on the floor from some damage - not cleaned up.
The bed was massive and comfortable with air conditioning and a fan so sleep was good.
Finally, and to repeat, the staff were lovely. Very hospitable and the location is about a ten minute walk to the Sacred Tooth Temple and Kandy Lake. So great location.
Would I stay there again - no. Would I pop in to say hello to the owners and next door for a cocktails - possibly!
