The hotel is hidden away in the mountains outside Kandy, a great spot to relax and unwind. It is about 45 minutes out of central Kandy and 20 minutes to the botanical gardens  but the hotel will helpfully arrange transport if you decide to head into town. The view from the hotel is one of the best I have ever seen and sitting, relaxing in the beautiful grounds was one of the highlights of our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel food is also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious curries available. All of the staff are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming, they went out of their way to make sure we had a good time They also have a very affectionate dog, which was a huge win!

Misty Hills Villa Kadugannawa boasts the most incredible view over local mountains, best enjoyed if you are taking a cooling dip in the (small, but perfectly positioned) infinity pool! My husband and I were very well looked after during our short stay. The hotel staff served lovely breakfasts, organised two dinners for us and booked a tuk tuk for a day trip to Kandy. They also surprised me with a beautiful little cake on my birthday and even sang to me! The only small points I would make is that the dinners are not actually cooked on site - and that the staff did not offer to clean or make up our bedroom during our 3 night stay. Nevertheless, much kindness and warmth was demonstrated towards us and we loved the rural position of the property.

The place is quite nice, peaceful and the room (we got the honeymoon apartment) is absolutely huge. The only thing we can say about this place is that is not so near Kandy (takes 45 minutes from the city center/ Tooth temple). It is not easy to reach. If location is the goal, this is not the place to be. If peace, quiet, and good service is the goal, definitely visit.

Kangti 외곽의 산 정상. 산을 오르는 길은 가파르고 험준하지만 호텔에 들어서면 작고 절묘하고 인간미가 가득하다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 레스토랑은 Kangti 계곡을 내려다보고 있으며 경치가 매우 좋습니다. 서비스 태도는 제안할만한 가치가 있습니다 : 우리는 아이를 데려오고 기본적으로 모든 호텔에 15-20 나이프의 추가 요금을 추가하지만 여기서는 면제되고 어린이에게 아침 식사를 제공했습니다. 특히 하이라이트는 저녁 뷔페였습니다. 원래는 주문하고 싶었습니다. 매니저는 그들에게 문제를 일으키지 않는 정신으로 자조를 간신히 주문했습니다. 결과는 예상치 못한 놀라움이었습니다. 그냥 ......... 정말 세심하고 맛있습니다. 특히 별 다섯 개짜리 칭찬하지 않는 뷔페를 며칠 먹은 후, 나는 확실히 놀랐습니다. 다른 사람들은 말하지 마십시오, 권장 사진은 처리되지 않았고, 빛은 그다지 좋지 않으며, 실제로 사진보다 낫습니다.

Оставались на одну ночь, приехали в 8 примерно, до 9 работают стойка регистрации, помогли отнести все сумки, с виду кажется отель новым, ещё где-то красят, где-то что-то доделывают , бассейн был совершенно пустой, мы купались одни и было ощущение, что это вся наша вилла, заказали рис с овощами, был вкусный и огромная порция, проживанием остались довольны, был кондиционер, вентилятор, чай, кофе, целый кулер воды, шампунь

Not sure why the rating is so high. The photos shown are misleading. In real, the hotel looked nothing like the photos. In real, everything looked ancient and tired. The room i stayed was spacious but that’s the only thing about it. I didnt feel comfortable in the room . Even bath rope was frayed. There’s a swimming pool and sauna room in the hotel, the room itself is ok. All the outside areas including the pool looked dirty and extremely basic. I doubt anyone would want to go in for a dip. It’s also kinda stocking that the height of the bathroom countertop was to my mid-thighs. I’m 160cm. Having said that, staff were nice and polite. Will I pay 90USD for this, without breakfast? Never again.

The location is over the hill, it’s a little difficult to get a tuk tuk or car that is willingly to go up to the hotel from city Center, especially at night. From hotel to city Center is about 8 mins of tuk tuk ride. Otherwise the service is great, staff are really friendly, nice hilly view from the balcony, western style breakfast platter with pastries.

우리는 전망이 있는 방을 예약했고 확실히 배달되었습니다. 우리는 넓은 발코니를 가지고 있었고 너무 많이 볼 수 있었고 행복하게 몇 시간 동안 밖에 앉아 있었고 운 좋게도 일출도 볼 수 있었습니다. 서비스는 정말 좋았고 직원들은 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 방은 매우 넓고 욕조는 훌륭했으며 전망도 함께 제공되었습니다. 우리가 만든 다른 시설은 인피니티 풀을 최대한 활용했는데 다시 전망과 함께 왔습니다. 호텔에 도착하는 것은 어려웠지만 산에있을 때 기대하는 것입니다. 우리는 다시 머물 것입니다!

Excellent location with GREAT SERVICE, SUPERB FOOD and HAPPY STAFF. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will go back here again. The staff goes out of their way to take care of the guest is the standard here. Love the location in between the mountains and the balcony in every room adds to the beauty. Well maintained and extremely clean.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. 1. The Wi-Fi was not working and had no signal. 2. We requested a medium spice level for our food, but our request was ignored, and the dishes were extremely spicy. 3. There was no toilet paper provided in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel. 4. The shower experience was bad and could be improved. 5. It’s really hard to get to the location. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its basic facilities and pay more attention to guests’ requests.
