리리뷰어We visited the place in a low season so not sure how different the experience would be if the island and the hotel would be full of visitors.
The hotel is managed properly and it is well maintained and kept clean. The facilities are well organized and fixtures and decoration well planned and if high standard.
Parking is not with high capacity but properly designed for safety and charging points are available for EV cars.
Accessibility to some rooms through the dinning area is a bit awkward and the same rooms may have poor privacy with their windows next to the pool/garden area.
We stayed in a two bedrooms pool family room - well appointed with good design. View from the room and the external veranda was stunning, while privacy even on the covered pool balcony is secured. Fixtures and amenities of high standard.
Room service was limited to few western dishes but overall good enough to be available!
Very happy to have selection of pour over coffee!
Breakfast was ok - can be improved in terms of quality & standard - no needed extra variety.
Overall happily with the stay - price was on the high side.

SSeasoned travellerRenjoy Hotel （云居）is situated in an ideal location. It is in close proximity to the beach and public and private transport providers. It's central position is also easily accessible to other amenities including food and beverage outlets. The hotel rooms are designed in a practical manner yet with a aesthetic and tasteful style. The rooms and surroundings are well kept, bright and clean.The hotel's executives and counter staff are well trained and polite providing useful information when requested. They are helpful when needed going the extra mile providing delicious afternoon drinks with delicacies. Noted that they received suggestions positively and seriously. My husband and I have a comfortable stay at Renjoy Hotel.

리리뷰어Excellent location. Mins car ride to the mall, food street. Love the style of the home stay, resort feel. Rooms are spacious and amenities fully equipped with projector tv, bidet. Easy access to traditional local food nearby all within 3-5mins walking. Zhang housekeeper is very responsive & helpful, answering all enquiries on WeChat before our arrival and receiving our deliveries. Ah Yi goes extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay for my aged parents. Recommend.

Excellent service and cleanliness.
Super friendly staff with sight seeing and local food recommendation. All are good.

SSapphireDTraveling to Shantou with a friend has been a delightful experience, thanks in part to our conveniently located hotel. Positioned right on Zhujiang Road, we are surrounded by a vibrant array of local restaurants. Despite the bustling street outside, our room is surprisingly quiet, making it a peaceful retreat.
Getting a cab is effortless, thanks to the accessible road. We are very pleased with the hotel's services and the spacious room; the mattress, in particular, is exceptionally comfortable. A unique highlight is the hotel’s robot, which delivers takeaways directly to our room, adding a fun touch to our stay.
The complementary filtered coffee provided in the room was amazing! Don’t miss that out!

ot an ideal location, room was big but empty, I Keep everything on the floor , they should have some sort of cabinet, desks or tables for luggage/belonging. My room was in the back of the building, very noisy. will not book it again.

JJinbingbing_호텔에 도착했을 때는 이미 저녁 6시가 넘었고, 놀랍게도 우리 방은 아직 청소조차 되어 있지 않았습니다! 아이는 아직 자고 있었고, 저는 호텔 측에서 제 손을 좀 편하게 해 주기를 바라며 내내 아이를 안고 왔습니다. 하지만 20분이나 더 기다려야 했습니다! 프런트 직원은 호텔 내부 문제라고 설명했지만, 명백히 투숙객의 잘못이었고 우리는 아무 잘못도 없었습니다! 그들은 우리에게 잠시 쉴 수 있도록 더블룸을 제공했고, 나중에 청소된 방으로 옮겨주었지만, 그래도 기다려야 했습니다. 다른 방이 있는지 물어봤지만, 그 방은 우리가 예약했던 방보다 조금 더 안 좋았고, 업그레이드는 제안하지 않았습니다. 그래도 위챗에서 저를 친구 추가해 준 직원분께는 감사드리고 싶습니다. 그분은 숙박 기간 내내 우리를 도와주셨고, 무료 조식을 두 번이나 제공해 주셨는데 (비록 하루밖에 먹지 못했지만), 과일도 무료로 주셔서 그 서비스만으로도 모든 것을 만회할 수 있었습니다. 게다가 호텔에는 흔치 않은 운남백약도 있었습니다!

리리뷰어Location is excellent as it's fairly close to the Shantou Small Park and right opposite the iconic Longyan South Road food street, plus there are eateries nearby too, which means you never need to go far for food. A good thing too, the breakfast is not that good to be honest, you can spend about the same amount nearby for good soybean milk (plus snacks) and rice rolls at famous food stalls along Longyan South Road. It's also a couple of streets away from The Mixc too, if you prefer to go to a mall. Rooms are fairly clean with no odd smells but we spotted a few mosquitoes in the rooms, lift lobbies and even in the lift itself. My room's (801) shower door wasn't properly sealed so water leaked out easily unless we aimed the showerhead towards the wall. Hopefully they fix that, it was a bit of a nuisance. The washer and dryer are available for free and they have a pretty big capacity, being commercial machines. The room TV is also connected to the machines so you can check if there are empty machines and whether your load is done, which is very helpful. Front desk staff is competent and helpful.
