We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Shantou railway station. The night prior, we stayed at a nearby Hampton but had a disappointing experience, so this was our first stay with a local Chinese chain brand. Check-in was smooth and efficient, although no English was spoken at the front desk. We had requested a higher-floor, quieter room via WeChat in advance and were initially assigned Room 602. Upon entering, the room appeared clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered an unusual and inconvenient issue with the Wi-Fi. Guests are instructed to turn on the TV to access the Wi-Fi password, but we discovered that the TV must remain on in order for the Wi-Fi to function. This was confirmed by multiple staff members, including what appeared to be a front desk supervisor. This setup was quite disruptive, as the TV screen is bright and cannot be dimmed, and the work desk is positioned directly in front of it. To their credit, Ms. Lin—responded promptly and offered to move us to another room (also 602, but with a different layout). The new layout was more practical, with the desk positioned at a 90-degree angle from the TV, which helped mitigate the issue somewhat. That said, the second room had its own drawback: there was a noticeable gap in the window, which allowed in road noise. Since we stayed over the weekend, traffic noise and honking were quite noticeable at night. In addition, we heard neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight. Lotion could be a nice addition too. A small humidifier with scented oil definitely gave a zen touch. Aside from these two issues (Wi-Fi dependency on the TV and sound insulation), the overall stay was comfortable. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. While we are not typically breakfast eaters, we did try the noodle station. The offerings were entirely Chinese-style. One suggestion would be to label the protein options more clearly (in Chinese or English), as we observed multiple guests asking staff about them—one of which turned out to be pig’s heart. Overall, this was a good introduction to a Chinese domestic hotel brand. I learned that they got a few locations in Europe. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in technology setup and soundproofing, the service recovery effort and general room quality made for a satisfactory stay.

We are very happy about with this hotel. Staffs are very helpful, especially Mr Zhang, the frint desk guy. Food is good too. Laundry room is good too. I hope those guest in house, do their own Laundry especially they have their under garment, it is not so nice to ask them to do it for them. Thank you. All the best. 방은 작지만, 구석구석을 충분히 활용해서 실용성과 편의성이 가득했고, 사물함도 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 수건과 변기 커버는 일회용이라 위생도 완벽했어요! 냄새도 전혀 나지 않았고요! 위치도 좋고, 작은 공원 안에 있어서 쇼핑하기도 정말 편리했습니다. 사장님께서 정말 친절하셔서 직접 오셔서 미리 에어컨도 켜주시고, 지도랑 간식 쿠폰도 주셨어요. 심지어 프런트 데스크 직원분도 한밤중에 테이크아웃 음식을 방까지 배달해 주셨어요. 사랑해요 ❤

공간이 넓고, 편의시설이 깔끔하고 깨끗하며, 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있어 매우 편리합니다. 복층 구조는 아이들이 놀기 좋고, 창문에서 보이는 경치가 아름답고 탁 트인 느낌을 주며, 인근 교통이 편리하고, 서비스도 훌륭하며, 무료 조식도 매우 만족스럽습니다. 심지어 하루 더 예약하기도 했습니다. 즐거운 휴가였습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

호텔은 꽤 새것이고 HSR 역에서 멀지 않았습니다. 주장 야시장에서도 꽤 가깝습니다. 방은 괜찮았지만, 체크인할 때 샤워기 손잡이가 고장 나서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했는데, 기술자를 보내서 고쳐줄 테니 고치지 못하면 방을 바꿔주겠다고 했습니다. 샤워 부스 디자인은 약간 문제가 있었는데, 물이 방 안으로 스며들어서 화장실 칸막이까지 스며들어 바닥이 젖었습니다. 각 방에는 샤워폼, 샴푸, 컨디셔너가 들어 있는 작은 병 하나만 제공되었습니다. 저는 작은 컨디셔너 병 하나만 있어도 괜찮은데, 덩치 큰 어른 두 명이 샤워폼과 샴푸를 작은 병 하나에 어떻게 나눠 쓸 수 있을까요? 그 병 하나로 제 몸의 절반 정도밖에 안 썼을 것 같은데... 하하하. 청소 아주머니를 만나서 더 달라고 했는데, 좀 꺼려하시다가 결국 두 개를 더 주었습니다. 아침에 샤워하는 습관이 있어서 샤워폼은 다 써버렸습니다. 다음 날 아침 청소 아주머니께 다시 여쭤봤더니 '어제 이미 더 가져가셨잖아요'라고 하시더라고요. 흠... 편의용품도 꼼꼼하게 점검하지 않았고, 화장솜(면봉과 화장솜) 중 하나는 사실 이전 투숙객이 남긴 것, 혹은 반쯤 사용한 것이었어요. 이번 숙박의 하이라이트는 아마 붉은 복숭아 쿠에 만들기였을 거예요. 정말 재밌었고, 만든 후에는 바로 드실지, 아니면 다음 날 아침 식사로 드실지 물어보셨어요. 정말 친절한 배려였죠. 전반적으로 꽤 괜찮은 숙박이었어요.

이 숙박은 훌륭했습니다! B&B에 들어서는 순간부터 그 독특한 매력을 느낄 수 있습니다. 객실의 레이아웃은 독특하며 모든 세부 사항이 고급 품질을 보여줍니다. 침구는 푹신하고 편안하여 숙면을 취할 수 있으며, 가구와 장식은 세련되게 선택되어 따뜻한 분위기를 더해줍니다. 서비스는 완벽합니다. 직원들은 따뜻하고 세심하며 언제든지 세심한 도움과 조언을 제공할 수 있습니다. 그들의 현지 지식은 우리의 여행을 더욱 다채롭게 만들어주었습니다. 이곳에서는 정통 현지 음식도 맛볼 수 있어 적극 추천합니다!

환경이 매우 좋고, 다른 섬 B&B에 비해 가성비가 매우 좋습니다. 주변에 맛집도 많고, 버스도 근처로 갈 수 있습니다. 사장님도 매우 친절하시고 말씀도 아주 부드럽게 하십니다. 문 앞에 새끼 고양이가 있고, 밤에는 경치를 감상할 수 있는 테라스도 있습니다. 복도에는 꽃수, 요오드 면봉 등이 준비되어 있어 매우 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다. 창밖 풍경도 아주 좋습니다. 바다 전망 객실을 예약하지 않았지만, 바다 전망을 볼 수 있었습니다. 가게를 나설 때 사장님이 기념품도 주셨습니다.

Exceptional Stay – Panorama Sea View Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. They also specially provide our room upgrade for seaview to our special honeymoon couple. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located at seaside , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities are well-equipped, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private big room, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

早上十點多到達酒店，以為不能辦入住，前台小姐姐人超好查看有房給我辦理了入住，全程耐心細心。一進房間第一感覺就是大！！！而且乾淨衞生，房間門自帶反鎖裝置。廁所淋浴乾濕分離好評！提供一次性牙刷、梳子、刮鬍刀，不過浴巾不是一次性的，有地巾。桌子區域超級好評，沙發凳子都有，如果兩三人一起也夠坐，很方便酒店點外賣吃👍🏻，還有小冰箱，我晚上吃不完的水果啥的放冰箱就不擔心壞掉。洗衣房在二樓，有三台洗衣機和烘乾機，好用！汕頭交通靠公交超級方便還便宜，酒店離公交站也不遠。
