쾰른 호텔 발코니 예약

호텔 시설은 다소 오래되었고, 메르퀴르 호텔 기준으로는 청소 상태가 꼼꼼하지 못했습니다. 주변 환경은 괜찮았지만 교통편은 평균 수준이었습니다. 체크인 시 프런트 데스크 직원의 응대는 그다지 친절하지 않았고, 가장 큰 문제는 객실에서 나는 심한 악취였습니다. 모든 배수구를 막고, 욕실 문을 닫고, 환기를 위해 창문을 열어 두었음에도 불구하고 밤 9시가 되어서야 냄새가 사라졌습니다. 다행히 체크아웃 시에는 프런트 데스크 직원이 훨씬 친절해서 서비스 평가조차 할 수 없었습니다.

This comment may be a bit long. I come here for check in around 3:30pm, there are a group of elders checking in front me, I waited around 30minutes there. I think the reception is a responsible one but he can either speed up the progress, skip some of the elders questions, and also hotel to consider add one more staff there to support. The long waiting time of check-in delay my travel visit here. The room is very clean, and also new. The place is a little far away by not that far from main city. The room windows are all locked, it is a bit frustrated. The hot water suspended, and when i called reception for 5 times, they finally pick my phone up saying technical issues into 8am , which i have to leave the hotel at 8:15am for my flight... Finally, the breakfast is insanely good! You guys can have a try.

很舒服又新穎的酒店，商務的話還能少付些稅。 房間乾淨舒適，若有double bed會更好。 還有個小阳台，能看到公園及湖。只是阳台许多蚊子，真不知道天冷這麼冷還能生蚊子。 早晨豐富營養又有好吃的溫泉蛋。 只是離火車站有點遠，走路約15分鐘。

저희(54세, 17세)는 주말 동안 싱글룸 두 개를 예약했는데, 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 근처에 도로가 있었지만 밤에는 조용했고, 낮에는 차량 소음이 약간 들리는 정도였습니다. 호텔은 기차역과 가까워 편리했고, 개별 주차장도 제공되어 숙박 기간 동안 차를 길가에 세워둘 필요가 없었습니다. 상점들도 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 숙박비와 선택 사항인 조식 및 주차장 이용료 모두 가격이 매우 합리적입니다. 직원들은 비교적 젊은데, 밝고 친절하며 도움을 아끼지 않았습니다. 결론적으로, 저희는 기꺼이 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다 🙂

직원분들이 정말 친절하고 편안한 분위기였고, 특히 리셉션의 젊은 직원분은 저희 이름까지 기억해주시더라고요 :) 위치는 트램으로 가기 정말 편리했어요. 하이마르크트(건초 시장) 바로 옆에 있고, 크리스마스 마켓까지도 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있는 거리였어요. 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고, 가구도 멋스러웠어요. 전혀 낡거나 지루하지 않았어요! 놀랍게도 다른 호텔들처럼 복도에서 화학 냄새가 나지 않았어요. 단점이라면 얇은 침대 시트가 자꾸 풀리고 볼록해진다는 점이었지만, 가끔씩 모서리에 정리해주면 크게 불편하지는 않았어요. 정말 감사드리고, 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다! 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 꼭 다시 방문할게요!

ケルン大聖堂から近く、バルコニーからも大聖堂の上の部分がほんの少し見えました！ 部屋が広いぶん、暖房はあまり効かなかったです。 あとホテルの入り口が分かりにくいです。 REWEというスーパーが下にありました。 フロント前の朝食スペースっぽいところにあるケトルでお湯を使うことがでしました。

The hotel was in a great location, right by the cathedral and close to the shopping district and mainline train station. The room was big, spacious and clean. However unfortunately at the moment there is a lot of construction work happening behind the hotel where our room was and it was very hard to sleep with such loud noises from 7am we also had to leave the windows open as it was very warm and there was no air conditioning in the room which also didnt help. There was a free coffee machine available to make hot drinks in the lobby to take to the room however it wasnt always working when we needed it. Otherwise good value hotel.

출장 숙소로 위치가 좋고, 조용하고, 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 혼자 지내기에 최적의 스테이로 추천 드립니다. 음식을 조리할 수 있는 기구와 인덕션이 있어 간단한 식사를 해먹을 수 있어 편리했습니다.

Unfortunately pictures in the slideshow don’t match the offer in person. Hotel is not 4 star operated as shown on pictures, an operated “beautiful room” had nothing closely to do with the room shown on display on this picture slideshow in category I have booked. Can be okay, whether advertised correctly.

Self-service entry, excellent central location, neat simple room and bathroom. Beware: no lift, narrow stairs to the rooms, in my case 60 steps up.
