The location of this hotel is extremely poor, making it very difficult to access and navigate around. Despite confirming my booking, the hotel has failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as it appears to be misleading and unprofessional. It feels like a complete waste of money, and I believe this hotel is taking advantage of customers. Do yourself a favor and choose a more reliable option.

We stayed at this property as it came as a package. Very unusual hotel where the main building is a good 50 odd meters away from the rooms. Plus being on a hill it was not easy to go up and down. We had taken half board. Breakfast though was good the service is not so. One server and one cook. Dinner was good and the compliments go to the sole cook. We were offered a room with a jacuzzi which was out of order and only fixed on the penultimate day. Couldn't still use it as it didn't heat up. Maybe coming to end of the season the hotel didn't think it was worth the money. Even though there was kettle in the room there was no tea or coffee. Had to ask. If you have weak knees or mobility issues stay away from all hotels in Pyrgos as you will have a lot of climbing to do. A note to the management and the owners; please look after your current staff. They bent over backwards to please the guest. They needed extra help and were struggling. It doesn't happen in a proper 5 star hotel.

Firstly after reading some the reviews we were very dubious but what can i say .....Wow !! the most perfect holiday. We stayed in the luxury suites honeymoon suite. It was clean with a great modern decor. The view from our suite were absolutely stunning . The breakfast at the main hotel was really good and the staff there were extremely helpful, chatty and very kind people. Our room & hot tub were cleaned daily and we had fresh towels daily. Honestly couldn't of asked for anymore from the location staff or hotel. Thank you...we will be back 😍 Musts - a Boat trip & visit Fira 👌

Excellent service, fantastic location, and historically-interesting hotel. We booked a canava suite, which is a bit too cave-like (i.e., dark with no windows). Would book another room. Hard-working staff who were at the ready to help with getting cabs and any other services. They really try to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Pygros is a really great town that is filled with stores and tavernas at every turn, and not nearly as crowded as other areas. Recommend the Zannos.

Majestic Hotel is ideally situated in the iconic Byzantine village of Pirgos presenting scenic views of the Volcan of Santorini’s and the whole Island The houses of the resort are made with lots of caring and the white of them contrasting the Aegean blue We felt the Greek filoxenia (Hospitality)and we definitely we are coming back ! Thank you so much wonderful cleaning ladies and team whose look after us !!🩵🩵
