그레이트 울프 루지 호텔 안에 모든 일정과 행사들은 정말 저희 가정에 잊지못할 최상의 추억과 고마음 그리고 감사만이 있었습니다. 최고였어요❤️

No vegan option for vegan vegetarians. No option for Indian food. Jain food option should be there. Arcade should be included in the stay for kids. It's a rip off after paying for stay. Room service is only available if stay is more than 3 days. This is ridiculous. Room service should be every day.

水樂園是特色，不過房間很一般，時間長了有點老舊，也可能是天天滿房服務員打掃不過來吧，每天就收一下垃圾換一下毛巾的簡潔式服務，但房間有提供微波爐。

我們在pizza裏面吃出來了塑料製品，並且是融化在pizza裏面的😣。其他的環境，設施都很不錯，這可能是唯一的遺憾吧

酒店有點舊，設備看得出有年份，但整體還算衞生，浴室的用品不是很好用，最好還是自備合適的，價格有點偏貴。

Everything great, kids had much fun. Just the line ups for meal was very long. waited 30mins to get into the breakfast buffet

Very clean room, spacious, kids really enjoyed the water park, staff gave clear instructions, easy check in and check out.

Had a fantasic family weekend first visit to Great Wolf Lodge. HL were the magiquests, waterpark and buffet dinner! Family will be back. Thanks!

After 10 days i still did not receive my bill.they charged me without sending bill and when i contacted them they said we sent it and we can not send it anymore.i told them i did not receieve but they insist we can not send bill again.one time bill ,funny.it seems ehen they send bill it will be gone from their database.zero for customer service in canada
