Convenient, simple no fuss accommodation.
Food was average in the restaurant but the service was very good and helpful.
Just a shame no alternative milks for breakfast except soya.
Room a little worn but had everything needed for the night.

Where to begin with this one?
Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing).
Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture.
Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER.
Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Leider habe ich im Kenthall Milbenbisse erfahren in der ersten Nacht. Eine Entschaedigung gab es nicht. Ich musste in die naechste Stufe im main Hall upgraden gebuehrenpflichtig um das Problem nicht mehr zu haben. Das Management ist mir da nicht entgegen gekommen, obwohl die Milbenbisse offensichtlich zu sehen waren auf meinem Ruecken und arm.
Sauberkeit von Kenthall muss ich leider schlecht damit bewerten.
Im neuen Raum in der Main Hall habe ich ein unglaubliches Zimmer bekommen mit Bad, Buegeleisen und einen unfassbaren Blick in den Garten. Der upgrade hatte sich gelohnt.
Was ich nicht gut fand war , dass die lampen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank alle vom Akku leer waren, und keiner die Batterien austauschte. Auch gab es keine Klimaanlage.
Ich wuerde nochmal kommen.
Die Bettläuse und Milben in der Kenthall wuerde ich mehr begruessen wollen.
Ich warte uebrigens immer noch auf die Rechnung fuer den upgrade.

The room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.

전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이 아니었고, 짧고 달콤하게 유지하고 세부 사항에 들어가기보다는 긍정적 인 점과 부정적인 점을 나열합니다.
장점 - 모든 직원이 친절하고 도움이 되며 위치가 좋습니다. 디럭스 룸을 예약할 수 있다면 외부 테이블과 의자가 있는 1층 객실과 골프 코스의 전망을 얻을 수 있습니다. jaqoozi는 없지만 치료와 스파 시설은 좋았습니다. 편안한 침대!
부정적인 점 - 조직, 나는 스파 데이와 점심을 먹었고 점심이 어디에 있거나 포함 된 것에 대해 설명하지 않았습니다. 나는 모든 질문을해야했습니다. 나는 점심에 15파운드 제한을 받지 않았기 때문에 나는 갔고 그들은 내가 차액을 지불할 것으로 기대했지만 그들은 그것이 불공평하다는 데 동의했습니다. 방의 청결, 욕실은 좋지 않았고 바닥에 손톱이 잘려지고 누군가 면도 후 욕조 주위에 100개의 작은 머리카락이 있습니다! 방은 매우 따뜻했고 밖은 그렇게 덥지 않았습니다. 더운 날씨에 선풍기를 주세요! 당신이 얻는 것에 대해 매우 높은 음식 가격, 특별한 것은 없습니다! 저녁 식사에서 음료를 마시는 데 30분이 걸렸고 버거와 칩을 마시는 데 65분이 걸렸습니다. 분명히 직원은 아프고 음료를 지연시키는 새로운 바 남자가있었습니다.

우리는 금요일 밤에 머물렀다. 방은 괜찮 았고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 인도 레스토랑에서 멋진 식사를 했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 음식은 훌륭했습니다.
그 후 Waterside에서 멋진 칵테일.
리셉션 직원은 도움이되고 정중했습니다. 특히 야간 직원.
아침 식사는 풍부했습니다. 커피 머신이 놀고있었습니다.
앉기를 기다리지 않는 다른 손님과 크루아상 부족에 대한 불만 만 있습니다! ! !
우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼고 주저하지 않고 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

WWAI호텔 주소에 주어진 우편 코드는 우리를 호텔로 안내하지 않았습니다. 부동산 안에 있었기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 호텔은 도로와 가깝지 않습니다. 도로 입구의 간판은 그리 눈에 띄지 않습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 건물은 인상적인 일부 로열티의 저택처럼 보입니다. 체크인은 매끄럽지 만 리프트가 없었으며 계단과 좁은 복도를 통해 무거운 짐을 두 번 올려 놓아야했습니다. 도움을주는 포터 나 자부심은 약간 성가신 것이 아니 었습니다. 아침 식사는 예상대로 표준 전체 영어 아침 식사였습니다. 호텔 주변의 잔디밭과 많은 큰 나무는 편안한 느낌을줍니다. 수영장과 체육관을 짓는 별도의 건물이 있습니다. 이 시설은 호텔 투숙객 전용이 아니었고 클럽에 가입하는 사람들에게 개방되어 있었습니다. 안타깝게도 숙박 당일 그곳에 사람이 많아서 그리워 하였습니다.
