Positives: - Young lady on reception super friendly, helpful and professional. - Requested teapot and fresh milk for room and provided efficiently with a smile.  - Issue with dirty bed linen dealt with professionally and apologetically, room changed offered but declined. Negatives: - Both twin bed sheets were dirty. One covered in mould or grease. The dirt did not look fresh but still I find this disgusting and unacceptable in any hotel of any standard.  - Lady on checkout abrupt and unpleasant.

훌륭한 호텔, 좋은 아침 식사, 좋은 위생, 친절한 프론트 데스크 서비스, 매우 좋은 위치, 좋은 위치, 근처에 맛있는 음식이 많이 있습니다. 다음에 예약하고 싶습니다. 주차장이 있습니다.

Very Disappointing Stay I booked this stay after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. It also wasn’t in the centre of town, which made getting around less convenient than expected. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was being swallowed by it, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was extremely hot — even after turning off the radiator it was still warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. That would’ve been fine, except the noise from the spa pumps ran all night and made it difficult to rest. We must have been given an older room because it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on TikTok. Parking was valet-only and cost £25, which felt excessive. On a positive note, the room was clean, but it was also quite small and definitely in need of an update. Overall, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Everything was great; the hotel is close to the center of Oban.

Beautiful building overlooking the river and mountains Room was excellent with table and chairs to enjoy the view Breakfast was very good excellent choice of food and hot which is not always the case with buffet breakfasts so this was a real bonus Lovely friendly staff who you could easily converse with and have a laugh Have stayed here often and the people who run it now are the best

숙박은 괜찮았습니다. 비슷한 숙소들과 비교했을 때 가장 눈에 띄는 점은 정말 정말 정말 좋은 침대(더블 침대가 슈퍼킹 사이즈로 바뀌었어요), 50인치 이상 크기의 TV, USB 포트가 있다는 점입니다. 인테리어 디자인은 취향에 따라 다르겠지만, 이 가격에 이런 부분은 제 취향이 아닙니다. 새 가구는 강조해도 지나치지 않겠죠. 욕실: 깨끗한 샤워 시설, 수건과 샤워 매트는 기본 수량, 헤어드라이어, 수건걸이, 샴푸/비누/바디로션, 비누가 비치되어 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 조식: 아침 식사는 일반적인 스코틀랜드식 조식 뷔페(계란 프라이, 블랙 푸딩, 해시브라운, 스콘, 소시지, 베이컨, 콩)로 구성되어 있으며, 다양한 양념과 토스트 3종, 치즈와 햄 몇 가지, 과일 샐러드, 요구르트, 다양한 달콤한 페이스트리가 제공됩니다. 차, 잼, 꿀 등 다양한 차가 준비되어 있지만, 커피는 조금 더 좋았으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 하지만 가격 대비 불만은 없습니다. 이 호텔은 확실히 과소평가된 것 같습니다. 호텔 주변 시설은 다소 허술하고 먼지가 많지만, 가성비는 매우 좋습니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 침대가 얼마나 좋은지, 그리고 페리 터미널에서 몇 분 거리에 있다는 사실을 생각하면 그런 걱정은 사라집니다. 멋진 전망은 큰 장점입니다. 주차장 참고: 주차 공간이 매우 제한적이지만, 멀지 않은 시립 주차장에 합리적인 가격으로 주차할 수 있습니다.

이것은 Stonefield 성에서의 세 번째 숙박이었습니다. 약간의 역사가 있는 아름다운 건물입니다. 부지는 아름다운 전망과 멋진 산책로로 광대합니다. 호텔 직원들은 정중하고 친절했습니다. 많은 라운지 객실과 잘 갖춰진 바가 있었습니다. Loch Fyne 지역을 여행하는 경우 Tarbert 근처에서 단기 체류하기에 편리한 장소입니다. 우리는 돌아올 것이다.

We booked 2 rooms 1 night last minute booking. I got Junior suite for me & my husband. Room is very spacious for UK standard, sea view is very beautiful Seaview. The hotel has lift thats very good for travelers with many luggages.The room is a little cold so we switched on spare small heater which is warm enough. Their specialist amenities are very good. Whisky Honey. Oh.our room door isn't working, that's pretty scary.

フェリー乗り場からも鉄道駅からも近く、街にも歩いて行ける範囲なのでとても便利でした。 洗面台が狭すぎて顔も洗えないのは唯一の難点ですが、部屋は清潔でぐっすり眠れました。 部屋に紅茶もコーヒーもミルクも置いてあったので、色々飲めて良かったです。
