When we were leaving the hotel, I said to the very kind doorman that Brix will be one od the key reasons for iur eventual second visit of Trinidad and Tobago. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is outstanding (you can experience reachness of Trinidad cousine). Roof bar is very nice, drinks are very good, food is reasonable, but not to be recomended. Staff is kind and efficient, even for standard of kindest Caribbean country we have visited - Trinidad and Tobago. So, If you chose Port of Spain, Brix is our recomendation.

체크인 시(21시 정도), 직원이 와이파이, 식당위치, 아침 식사시간, 스포츠센터이 위치와 시간 등 다른 호텔에서라면 당연히 안내해줘야하는 것을 안내해주지 않았다. 내가 문의하자 그제서야 안내를 해주면서 룸에 모두 적혀있다고 귀찮은 듯 이야기 했다(룸에는 그런 안내가 없었다.) 힐튼에서 이런 상황이 발생한 것은 무척 실망스럽다. 1쨰날 숙박이후 룸 메이크업 이후, 룸에 물, 물컵, 수건등이 리필이 되지 않았다. 전화해서 받기는 했지만....왜 이런일이 일어나는지. 수영장의 경우 가둬두는 물이라서 어쩔수 없지만 조금 먼지나 나뭇잎 등이 많이 있었다. 동일 도시에서 하야트에 1박을 하고 힐튼에서 3박을 한 일정이라. 하야트의 직원, 서비스, 수영장 등과 너무 비교가 된다. 힐튼의 인지도에 맞는 서비스를 해주었으면 한다. 식사는 5성급 수준은 아니다. 호텔 조식의 꽃은 생과일 쥬스인데.....없는것 같다. 과일도 세가지 종류만 3일 내내 동일하게 나왔다.

방은 4-star 방이 아니 었습니다. 나는 그것을 2.로 평가할 것이다. 너무 오래되었습니다. 냄새와 늙어 보인다. 금속으로 만든 모든 것이 녹으로 덮여 있으며 램프 셰이드가 모두 깨졌습니다. 욕실 거울을 포함한 많은 표면이 더러워졌습니다. 옥상 레스토랑이 내내 문을 닫았음에 실망했습니다.
