사우디아라비아 메카주 소재 5성급 호텔

If you are planning for Umrah or Ziyarat, Swissôtel Al Maqam is by far the better choice. The location is excellent – one of the closest hotels to Masjid al-Haram. It has two very convenient access points: one through the Abraj Mall and another that leads directly to the Haram. The lifts are very fast, which is a big help during peak prayer times. Although the cleaning service is a bit slow, the location and convenience make it an ideal hotel for Umrah. On the other hand, Swissôtel Makkah is not a good option compared to Al Maqam. The location and access are less convenient, and overall the experience feels weaker. If you have to choose between the two, always go for Swissôtel Al Maqam.

처음 이사한 방은 모기가 너무 많아서 다른 방으로 배정받았습니다. 청결 문제로 몇 점 감점되었습니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고, 전형적인 5성급 서비스였습니다. 방 변경도 도와주셨고, 호텔 컨시어지는 바쁜 시간에도 매우 친절했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 짐도 잘 들어주었습니다. 시설은 꽤 오래되었습니다. 침대 옆 탁자에는 플러그가 없었고, 욕실 세면대 수압이 너무 세서 손을 씻을 때 물이 튀었습니다. 그래서 몇 점 감점되었습니다. 위치는 해변과 가까워서 좋았고, 아침 식사는 사우디아라비아에서 보기 드문 괜찮은 수준이었습니다.

Overall, the hotel was excellent, especially with its great location near Al-Haram and the Kaaba. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast it would be nice to have more variety of options

Overall OK. On one occasion the room delivery guy ask for cash - he says machine not working? Towels look worn out. TV was not working when we check in, the technician takes over an hour to arrive but didn't solve the issue. We call again a different personnel came to solve it

Muhammad Alatas really kind helpfull officer in the reception desk. He made guest valuable. We do really appreciate for his effort to make our stay wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, partial view of masjidil haram. The cleaning service comes everyday to suck the dust in carpet. The breaksfast, lunch & dinner were superb. Really recommended hotel tto stay. We'd like to come back In sha Allah

Great impressive hotel. A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it. We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic. Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect.

놀라운 방, 3개의 침대를 예약하고 4개의 침대로 올라갔습니다. 매우 좋은 접근, 하람과 가깝고 쉬운 체크인 및 체크아웃. 아주 좋은 직원, 특히 벨보이. 호텔은 공공 시설의 청결에주의를 기울여야합니다. 특히 로비의 화장실은 매우 더럽습니다.

We stay at le meridien makkah in 5-8 Apr '26. We would like to recommend this hotel so much, will be back here. What is the best thing from this hotel : 1. Location : Near gate 2 to do Umrah 2. Helpfull staff : the receptionist, sorry we forget his name really helpfull and kind when checkin. 3. Room : room is best! Spacious, clean, neat, well maintaned 4. They have electric for Asian People like us 5. The bed is so fluffy and best bed ever 6. Bathroom : shower gel, shampoo, all of amenities is here with good qualities Surely will comeback here! 모든게 완벽해 위치의 경우 Baitullah까지 충분히 닫혀있는 경우 매우 언덕이 많습니다. 그러나 매우 신뢰할 수있는 셔틀은 5 분 이상 기다릴 필요가 거의 없습니다. 7 박 숙박에서 1 시간 만 Masjidil-Haram에서 호텔로 돌아가려면 약 10 분 정도 기다려야했습니다. 그 외에는 일반적으로 2-3 분 미만입니다. 나는 trip.com과 함께 특히 제공해야하는 가격에 대해 다시 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

We come from uk 🇬🇧 family of 4 and we got upgrade on arrival to suite room with partial kabba view I really appreciated and thank full for everything and plus breakfast is so delicious and so much variety to choice.. we look forward back inshallah soon ..
