Convenient for the station with a car park if needed and decent rooms. A higher floor than 2 would be better as the noise from the trains and traffic was quite loud if you need the window open. Took a short wait sorting out my room due to a high number of bookings but otherwise a decent standard of hotel at a good price

Fairly similar to the rest of my reviews of this place. The staff are great, it's clean and well located which makes it a no brainer for me and it could be helpful to many others too.

Hotel experiences range from luxurious, memorable stays with personalized service to challenging situations requiring quick, empathetic problem-solving.

We had a really good experience, and the ambiance in the reception/ dining was great. We stayed in a double studio, was perfect for our stay, a long standing mirror, and a socket on the side would be perfect while getting ready. Staff members were helpful. Overall that was an amazing experience! We would stay again! 🙂

The place advertised was miss leading, as the hotel it self is in a building next to this huge house that is advertised. The bedroom and bathroom was good, clean and tidy. Service on arrival poor. No information given. The evening meal and breakfast was definitely not good. We would not eat there again. Very poor. Waited an hour for a poor meal. As we waited so long for our food, was 2 minutes late entering the swimming pool. Last entry at 8pm, we got there 2 min past, was told sorry closed. After asking to speak to the manager was allowed in. Which the pool was nice and warm. Overall not a very good experience. Sorry will not be returning.

The value is incredible. Includes breakkie. They are less than a mile away from the EMA airport terminal. Very straightforward to get to. Easy peezy check in . Took no more than half a minute , or thereabouts. We had to stay near the airport as we had a red-eye flight to the Canaries at 5.50am . Brilliant service - they make their breakfast available from 4am. Spacious rooms with all the mod-cons. Not a bad word to say about this establishment. ✅✔️☑️

Great location & fab gardens, hotel inside is dated & needs a make over, our room was basic, bed comfy, black mould on bathroom mastic & cracked tiles in shower area, stained tiles in ceiling area, patio doors to outside, but on opening in the morning, was greeted by a white transit van right outside doors & the wedding planners for the next wedding going back & forth,so couldn’t even have the curtains open, great full English breakfast options, but food had clearly been kept warm for quite a while,no plates,no tea bags, had to ask, tables hadn’t been cleared of dirty plates, glasses, mugs, etc & no staff to be seen,so had to clear our own table, staff all looked miserable & when they did appear, not one of them spoke to us!
