방은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 좋은 냄새가 나고 큽니다. 숨막히는 전경을 조망할 수 있는 발코니. 직원들은 매우 정중하고 각 손님에게 최고의 서비스를 제공합니다. 레스토랑은 매우 좋습니다(스테이크를 먹어봐야 합니다). 나는 확실히이 호텔에서 다시 휴식을 취하기 위해 돌아올 것입니다. 첨부 된 사진이 스스로 말하게하십시오 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. The hotel facilities were decent, including a dining area that offered a variety of options. While the food was satisfactory, there is still some room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. Common areas were kept tidy, and housekeeping did a good job of maintaining cleanliness. One minor downside was that some aspects of the property felt slightly dated, and a few small maintenance issues could be addressed to improve the overall experience. However, these did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

A truly amazing experience from start to finish. The place was consistently clean, organized, and the place convenient location near major landmarks made our stay truly exceptional.

This hotel is so clean. Staffs are nice, well dressed and approachable. Also the location is very good, easily access on all the tourist spot in baguio.

즐겁고 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 아늑했으며 따뜻한 조명으로 멋지게 꾸며져 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 도움이 많이 되어 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었고, 몇 가지 사소한 개선점만 있었을 뿐, 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 😊

My daughter and I have a great bonding time staying at Orchard for 3D2N... breakfast buffet was good... our room is spacious and i love the cozy feel.. ang laki ng bed..

The facilities and service were okay. The amenities which is bathroom gel, shampoo and conditioner have no scents and didn’t like it. Also the aircon always turning off and the humidifier. Aside from that everything is good and okay. The room is clean also the bathroom.

위치도 좋고, 방은 깨끗하고 넓었고, 직원들은 친절하고 유익한 정보를 많이 제공해 주었습니다. 하지만 가장 큰 문제는 방에 아리콘이 없고 천장 선풍기와 스탠드형 선풍기만 있다는 것이었습니다. 동반자가 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 밤에는 창문을 열어야 했는데, 다행히 방충망이 있어서 시원했습니다. 저는 괜찮았지만, 동반자가 유럽인이라 21도 정도밖에 안 돼서 호스트에게 에어컨 방을 요청했지만, 저희가 보기에는 에어컨 방도 제공해 줄 수 없었습니다. 그 외에는 바기오가 아름답고, 음식도 맛있고 가격도 저렴했습니다. 다시 방문할지도 모르겠습니다. 아마 같은 곳으로 갈 것 같지만, 다음에는 에어컨 방이 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Owell and the rest of the service team were excellent! Save for Lilia who didnt know to offer service water during breakfast and charged me with bottled water. The very tight space at the parking was a lowlight, so was the noise from staff talking and guests walking by the stairs (we were in room 206).
