스파 시설을 갖춘 키프로스 파마구스타 구 호텔

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.

Всё понравилось. Конечно, отель не новый, но на каждый минус( а их не много) есть много плюсов. Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

Anmaria Beach Resort에서의 멋진 숙박! Anmaria Beach Resort는 환상적이었습니다! 🌴 위치는 완벽합니다 – 버스 정류장은 많은 바, 클럽 및 상점과 마찬가지로 매우 가깝습니다. 해변은 도보로 불과 몇 분 거리에있어 태양과 바다를 사랑하는 모든 사람들에게 이상적입니다. ☀️🏖️ 서비스는 최고였습니다! 모든 직원은 믿을 수 없을만큼 친절하고 도움이되었으며 항상 잘 운영되었습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 유지되었습니다 – 여기에서 사랑과 함께 일하고 있다는 것을 깨닫습니다. 💫 저녁 식사는 매우 맛있고 다양했으며 실내와 실외 수영장은 모두 아름답습니다. 나는 수영장에서 일하는 여성을 언급하고 싶습니다 – 그녀는 매우 따뜻하고 조심스러워서 환영받는다고 느꼈습니다. 💖

Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

나는 Ayia Napa에 있는 이 호텔에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 잘 관리되어 하루를 보낸 후 휴식을 취하기에 편안한 장소입니다. 위치는 이상적이었습니다 – 메인 광장과 *****에 충분히 가까워 쉽게 걸을 수 있었지만 밤에는 조용했고 숙면을 취할 수있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 에어컨이었습니다. 호텔은 낮출 수 없는 최소 온도를 설정했기 때문에 특히 따뜻한 밤에 방이 내가 원하는 만큼 시원하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었고 편리하고 평화로운 위치에 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔을 찾는 사람에게 기꺼이 추천합니다.

We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great,will be trying it on our next stay. The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite,the staff are great. Breakfast was great,a good choice. All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after. Will be going back in June.

Отличный отдых в Dome Beach Marina Hotel & Resort! Отель очень понравился — прекрасное место для семейного отдыха. Удобное расположение, красивый пляж, чистое море и очень приятная атмосфера. Отдельно хочется отметить питание: еда была действительно вкусная и разнообразная. Всегда можно было найти что-то для себя и для ребёнка — свежие продукты, хорошие блюда, приятные десерты. Большой плюс — команда анимации. Ребята молодцы: активные, дружелюбные, стараются вовлечь гостей, создают хорошее настроение и делают отдых интереснее как для детей, так и для взрослых. Персонал отеля приветливый и внимательный, все вопросы решались быстро. Формат all inclusive здесь действительно удобный — можно спокойно отдыхать и наслаждаться отпуском, не думая о мелочах. Спасибо Dome Beach за отличный отдых! Обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель тем, кто ищет комфортный семейный отдых на Кипре.

Нормальная 4ка, до пляжа мин 5-7, номера не большие, завтрак и ужин не плохой. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, Светлане, Юлии и Мирославе, всегда помогали с вопросами. И отдельное спасибо уборщице Катерине, никогда не заходила в номер когда включали режим «не беспокоить», в отличии от других! Мое пожелание отелю, сделайте что-то с теми кто встречает гостей на завтраке и ужине, мне кажется им надо работать на другой должности, так как всегда были с угрюмыми лицами:)
