스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 러틀랜드 호텔

We thought the hotel itself was incredible, such a beautiful setting and great value for money. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sauna and really felt these amenities made this hotel stand out. Breakfast was brilliant, lovely range of hot and cold food with coffees/teas etc! However, we had dinner at the bistro at 7:45pm, though the staff were lovely, the food itself was very disappointing. I had a plant based burger and fries for £20 and can honestly say it was very poor. My partner ordered the tamarind pork, it wasn’t cooked throughout, appeared raw next to the bone and didn’t do his stomach any favours during the night, we did raise this and staff took this on board. Despite this, I would absolutely book again but do feel the quality of the food does not anywhere near reflect the quality of the hotel and the warm service.

방은 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 곳곳에 거미줄이 있었고 창문과 커튼 옆의 검은 곰팡이와 욕실, 벽에 두꺼운 먼지가 있었고 욕조 배수구가 막혔고 제공된 수건에 얼룩이있었습니다. 나는 제공되는 손과 바디 워시의 향기가 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 꽃 레스토랑은 친절한 직원이있는 넓습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 좋은 위치에 있었고 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있지만 가격에 비해 방은 매우 기본적이었습니다.
