리리뷰어오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 바로 체크인을 해주지 않고 한 시간 후에 체크인하라고 하더군요. 대신 스무디를 가져다주고 수영장 타월도 제공해 주었습니다. 관리자(이름은 기억이 안 나네요)는 매우 정중하고 친절했고, 전반적으로 이 호텔에 머무는 동안 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 호텔을 세심하게 관리하고 있다는 게 느껴졌습니다. 전망도 훌륭했고, 객실은 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 조식은 뷔페였는데, 종류는 많지 않았지만 모두 맛있었습니다. 기차길을 따라 엘라 중심가까지 걸어갈 수 있는데, 아주 가깝습니다. 5분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 호텔에 만족하며 추천합니다.

GGinbuHowwan這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。
我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。
mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。
游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。
一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。
唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的

TtorinessKeeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

리리뷰어Приехали уставшими и не в духе, но нас так душевно встретили, что настроение поднялось сразу. Хозяева напоили чаем, пообщались по-домашнему – чувствуешь себя не клиентом, а желанным гостем.
Отель на вершине горы, и из каждого номера – выход на террасу с потрясающим видом. Утром просыпаешься – а перед тобой только горы и тишина. Номер чистый, уютный, всё продумано до мелочей.
Завтрак готовили специально под наши предпочтения: свежие фрукты, яичница, тосты, даже смузи! Персонал не формально вежливый, а по-настоящему добрый.
Если хотите не просто переночевать, а почувствовать заботу и отдохнуть душой – это точно ваше место. Хочется вернуться снова и всем рекомендовать. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за такую атмосферу!

AAntonella BonissiDowa Elegance Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka with warm hospitality.

KKiana MendozaIt’s a little high up on a hill, but the view from my balcony was gorgeous. It’s also right off the main street, so if you don’t mind the trek up and down you’re still relatively well-situated to be near the backpackers’ bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a lot of local Sri Lankan options which I greatly appreciated, and staff was also happy to explain each dish to newcomers.
A small piece of advice for the team though: perhaps hire a few female staffers? As a woman traveling alone, one of the first things I noticed was the all-male staff—or at least, I didn’t see a single woman working there in my 2-night stay. I don’t have a problem with it, but newer solo female travelers might unintentionally be scared off

리리뷰어Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch.

MMaso Maso (Maso)This was one of my best stays in Sri Lanka. The only thing I could fault the place for, was the water pressure was not very good. I know serious world problems right. As a frequent world traveler I look for clean/safe/valuable for money accommodation, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, working AC for the hot climates and good Wi Fi. This place ticked all those boxes and some. Great hosts and you have the option of paying the extra for a home cooked meal, which was tasty and plentiful. It is located in a very quiet serene part of Ella and you will either be faced with a short drive into the Ella township or an approx 20min walk. The hosts went out of their way to ensure a great stay, helped with luggage up the steep stairs to the accommodation and bought some required items, when the host went into town. Pics shown stairs leading up to the accommodation, so definitively not wheel chair friendly. Another pic shows the evening meal. We also opted for the host to provide breakfast and it was just as good and affordable.

음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 절대적으로 맛있고 매우 합리적인 가격이었습니다. 아침 뷔페는 선택할 수있는 다양한 요리가 있기 때문에 특별한 언급을받을 가치가 있습니다.
우리 방은 신선한 침대 시트와 화려한 흰색 수건으로 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗했습니다.
