2023년도에 리모델링한 브롬스그로브 호텔 객실은 더욱 쾌적한 환경으로 편안한 캣쉴 앤드 노스 말브룩 여행을 만드실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 브롬스그로브에서 약 6km 정도 거리에 있고, 버밍엄 공항에서는 약 23km 정도 거리에 있어 호텔까지 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 주변에 Welcome Hall Evangelical Church, Catshill Methodist Church, Fairfield 등 유명 관광지들이 많이 있어 특별한 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 다양한 시설을 이용하여 여가시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 호텔의 주차 공간을 이용할 수 있습니다. 비즈니스 출장객들에게 인기있는 숙박시설입니다.
'We absolutely love staying at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when we’re up here. I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back and forth since. I have family close by but we always end up staying a few days at least at a time and going on some adventures with our little one. It’s the perfect location for us. It feels like a real home from home for us every single time. The hotel is always welcoming, and has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is a huge favourite for L he absolutely loves it and always gets so excited to go swimming during our stays. It makes such a difference having facilities that he can truly enjoy. What truly makes this place stand out though is the staff. They deserve so much recognition for how amazing, helpful and hardworking they are. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel are just a few names to mention, & Phil the chef was 10/10 especially as we have allergens but every single one of them goes above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful, warm, and genuinely care about their guests. They are especially wonderful with L, which means the world to us because of his additional needs. They make him feel comfortable, included, and happy, and that level of kindness is something you never forget. It’s rare to find somewhere that consistently delivers such amazing service, but this hotel does exactly that every time. We always leave happy and already looking forward to coming back. We also had a lovely girl called Chloe who was housekeeping and she made sure we had everything we needed.  This place deserves to be rated so much higher because it truly is a gem. Thank you to all the team for making every stay so special for us'

Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

스파는 예상보다 일찍 문을 닫았고 방문했던 다른 스파와 마찬가지로 신발이 제공되지 않았습니다. 시스템과 아침 식사 예약에 작은 문제가 있었지만 직원들은 매우 도움이되었고 즉시 분류되었습니다.

A beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel interior was a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary. Our room was right at the top of the building and, although very small, it was well designed and very clean. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. We had dinner in the bar, which was tasty and arrived quickly and hot! All in all, The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect place for a quiet break with a little luxury. We will definitely be returning.

역사적인 연결로 놀라운 건물. 욕실은 깊고 욕조가 좋으며 메인 수압이 좋았습니다. 그러나 침실은 심각한 업데이트가 필요했습니다. 침실이나 복도에는 메인 조명이 없으며 침대 옆의 옆 조명과 홀의 구식 라운드 핀 플러그에 표준 램프를 꽂습니다. 나는 침실을 돌아 다니기 위해 성화를 사용해야했다. 직원의 구성원이 내가 복제 할 수없는 일을하기 위해 약간의 조작을 관리했지만 리프트가 작동하지 않았습니다. 식당은 괜찮 았지만 합리적인 술집의 표준은 훌륭한 식사가 아닙니다. 메뉴는 약간 이상했습니다. 스테이크와 칩, 생선과 칩 스타일 또는 내부의 익은 건조한 고기와 함께 거대한 스테디가있는 ”venison 푸딩”. 아침 뷔페는 매우 좋았지 만 그 방에서 너무 어둡습니다. 6 개의 잼과 마마lade가 열린 항아리에 있으며, 그것이 무엇인지 알 수 없으며, 자리에 앉기 위해 작은 접시를 넣을 수 없습니다. 아침 식사 서비스는 구할 필요가 있었으며, 그 자리에는 아무도 없었습니다. 아침 베이컨은 먹을 수 없었습니다. 전반적으로 매력적인 곳이지만 전반적으로 큰 규모와 그들이 제공하는 것에 대한 검토가 필요합니다.
